Pissed off and absolutely disappointed! 2 hours delivery time and the food was cold and inedible! We ordered 3 subs that are now in the trash can because we couldn't eat them anymore, the churros we ordered were a joke! Rock hard and tasted like cardboard, €3 for inedible cardboard?! The food wasn't even McDonald's standard, why do you offer delivery if you can't get it on the chain?! Totally unprofessional and disgraceful! 40€ for the bin... NEVER AGAIN!!!! We've really lost our desire for Subway. No recommendation! My husband complains of stomach pain because he couldn't tolerate the food, which has never happened before.... Just disappointment!

I ordered through Lieferando, food only arrived after 2 hours, cold and inedible. Unfortunately, I was a Subway customer for a long time, but I'll never deliver again and when I spoke to the employee over the phone, I was assured that the food would arrive warm. It's no shame Recommendation

I've already eaten some very tasty subs there. However, the last visit was a disaster. This was mainly due to a certain employee, she wore glasses and was a little corpulent. She was incredibly unfriendly to the customers and what I particularly noticed was that she made a very stupid impression on her colleague (apparently one of the first shifts there). As a customer, I felt like I was tied to the industry. The service was unfriendly and the food was just slapped down. My sub was ready on the counter for about 10-15 minutes until I could pay, so it was COLD. In addition, the ingredients were served very quickly. I actually had 9 corn kernels on my 30cm sub. The branch at kinopolis is actually great. Only one employee made my visit very unpleasant.
