We ordered food for delivery. There was chicken breast on the cheese footlongs, so I'm vegetarian so I just ate meat. Furthermore, our subs were cold and half were missing. Paid €30 for this.

Unfortunately, some of the staff are really terrible... it feels like there are always too few people working there, as orders come in online that also have to be prepared and you sometimes have to wait a really long time. This evening there was another young man on shift who, when serving at the counter, makes you really feel that he doesn't really feel like it. He doesn't speak in a friendly manner, is totally annoyed and, for example, sometimes throws the spoons out of the containers back in to seemingly express his frustration... I actually think twice about going in and ordering when I see him. Last week he was back on duty, I said I saw there were coupons again and would like some, but he didn't want to accept them. After I asked again, the colleague from the delivery came back and noticed this and said they would probably accept the coupons. Similar situation 1-2 months ago, half an hour before closing time everything was completely packed away, which I didn't see from the outside, when I went in they just looked at me but didn't talk to me. When I asked if I could order anything else, I was given a rude and unfriendly answer that it was already closed. So all in all, it's a shame because I actually like going to Subway. Your employee there, who apparently makes deliveries regularly, is really very nice and service-oriented!
