We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at the Küche im Keller restaurant in Gera – and it was simply perfect! We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the lovingly set table for our special occasion immediately touched us. The service was consistently attentive, friendly, and professional. A huge compliment goes to the chef and owner, Marco: The food was a true highlight – creative, superbly seasoned, and presented with great attention to detail. Every course was a delight! Thank you for this unforgettable evening – we'll definitely be back!

I was at the restaurant on May 30th for a belated birthday dinner. It was a thoroughly enjoyable two-plus hours. The food was excellent and, despite six different dishes prepared in different ways, arrived at the table at the same time. The staff was friendly and accommodating without being intrusive. I was also impressed by the quick wit and the accompanying wordplay at the table. I'll be back whenever possible, and it's my number one spot for home-style cooking in Gera.

The spare ribs are simply a dream – tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, an absolute highlight! The ambiance and location are authentic. The service is friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. An all-around fantastic experience that I highly recommend!
