We tested it. Yes, we thought it was a brilliant idea these days. So we ordered it, and just as agreed, it arrived, neatly packaged, well chilled, and with lots of paperwork explaining how to prepare it and how to keep it warm, but more on that in the pictures. Let me talk about the taste. We had the roulade and the duck, and I have to tell you, it was simply amazing: good, home-style cooking for at home, casually warmed up, and simply enjoyed. Everything was delicious, well, almost everything, and that's why it only gave it 4 stars. Everything except the red cabbage was super sour, which meant it didn't taste as good as the roulade, and the duck was completely off the mark. The idea was amazing, the execution was amazing, the delivery was amazing, and yes, taste is something individual. And yes, we need exactly these kinds of restaurateurs these days, with the courage to try something new. We wish you tremendous success, and yes, red cabbage isn't everything.
