Great restaurant with excellent value for money! The breaded schnitzel with cream sauce was particularly delicious – nice and crispy. Even in a larger group, we were served at the same time and with hot food, which was a real plus. The drinks were delicious, and the cocktails were served with great attention to detail. Overall, a very successful visit – we'd love to come back!
Yesterday I was able to accompany a 60th birthday party as a DJ, very nice innkeepers and super friendly waitresses. The food is also highly recommended.
We were there today for the Easter buffet. The food was great. Everything freshly prepared, large selection of starters, main courses and dessert. A quiet atmosphere with a view of the old town. Class service. The entire team enjoyed their work, which was also passed on to the nice guests. An all-round successful Easter day without mass processing and stress. Always happy 👍
Positive:
Definitely the direct beach location. Just leave the house and in 5 minutes you can be on the promenade in Dahme or on the beach.
Staff is quite friendly. On Easter Sunday there was a surprise chocolate bunny in the room. Food in the restaurant (2 fixed times to choose from) tasted delicious, and breakfast was also okay.
Negative:
The house partly has foot or Gas heating. In my single room the underfloor heating was completely off or possibly set very, very low, even though the outside temperatures were known to be quite low. In any case, it was far too cold in the room. The same applies to the very small bathroom. Only after days did the temperature increase slightly, but it wasn't enough. Once there was only cold water. The room itself was okay.
Room cleaning on request.
There are regulations everywhere about what the guest is not allowed/should not do. Only cash payment possible. The consumption cannot be written to the room but must be paid immediately. Friendly requests as to whether a teaspoon or drinking glass could be taken to the room in the breakfast room were completely rejected.
Additional things e.g. B. Additional pillow, towel or similar costs extra.
No Easter decorations at all, everything was absolutely neutral, occasionally there was a single paper napkin with an Easter motif lying around in the hallway and on the room table.
I haven't written a review for a long time but this restaurant completely surprised me and is now my absolute tip on the island. The hosts, the food and the home-made specialties are unparalleled here in the north, it's great that something like this still exists!!! I'm already looking forward to the next time!!!!!
Restaurant located at the northern end of Grömitz's campsites. Connoisseurs of Greek cuisine will get their money's worth here. Restaurant operators are more likely to be classified as Mediterranean. The obligatory ouzo was enjoyed before and after. Salad and grill plates were very good.
I would also like to give great praise to the service!
Recommend this restaurant and visit again at any time!
An unforgettable evening, even though I don't visit any other restaurants, bars or similar places. Everyone present was just super nice, accommodating, funny and in a great mood. I felt very welcome and never felt like I was out of place. It's so unbelievably great what you're doing for the weakest people in our society. I'm completely overwhelmed by what you've organized.
