This is how the day can begin, nice, friendly service and of course a wide range of dishes. Definitely try it out and be grateful!!!

Unfortunately only one star for the food. The currywurst in a glass, which was swimming in a strange, bland sauce and the gray, indefinable sausage for 16.80 euros is absolutely inadequate in terms of price/performance. The service is good, the staff is quick and friendly. The drinks themselves are average, nothing special. Sometimes you sit very closely at the tables and are uncomfortable on the leather seats.

We are already absolute regular customers at Mömax and Essen very often and enjoy going there. It just tastes so delicious. The restaurant manager David is simply a great chef with a lot of attention to detail. Here you can find the best iced coffee far and wide 😀.

No labeling of allergies on the menu (already dubious). When I asked, the waitress recommended a few dishes to me, but apparently something was overlooked because I became very ill a few hours later. I expect better handling of allergies at such prices. I will avoid it in the future and can't recommend Roots for allergy sufferers.
