Hello, we were in Dietz visiting my wife in the hospital. My friends suggested we have something to eat in Dietz. It's very unassuming from the outside and a gem inside. The food is excellent. The service is excellent. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Thank you very much for the good food. So, if you come to Dietz, remember this: this is an insider tip. But please reserve a table in advance.

Hotel is a little old. Renovation would be necessary. Breakfast is good! Service at breakfast good. Room service needs to be better.

Room was big enough at about 25m2. Refrigerator, TV and mobile air conditioning unit available. The facility wasn't the newest, but renovations are ongoing. I would describe it as a retro hotel from the 90s (not meant to be negative, rather positive). It brought back lovely childhood memories. The whole hotel was very clean. The staff at the highest level attentive, nice friendly and attentive. The adjoining restaurant “zum Hecker” provided us with delicious dinner, which was part of half board. I didn't see the cook(s), but what they prepared for the meal was TOP. A large relaxation room with loungers for the sauna was created from the former swimming pool. We liked it very much. Just right for switching off.

The food is quite authentic, based on Bohemian cuisine, but in my opinion, it's not prepared fresh every time due to a lack of staff. There's room for improvement!

Great dinner as part of half board from the adjacent Hotel Willhelm von Nassau. What the chefs have prepared was great. Staff at the highest level, very nice, attentive and friendly.

There was NO food. Ice rink was open, the event was still going on for 2 hours, but there was no food here. Reply from the counter worker: Sorry, the kitchen has been closed for 5 minutes." Underground! Had to leave the ice rink because I was really hungry and MC got my fries
