They don't want to sell you anything 🤷 We wanted new chairs – found some, asked the computer if HÖFFNER in Rösrath had them – the computer said YES! Grabbed our money and drove off; 40 minutes 🙄 We were greeted and checked in by what felt like 20 employees. You really feel welcome there 😁👍 Unfortunately, the first disappointment – ​​it feels like there's total confusion in this building, you feel completely overwhelmed when you walk in. And why isn't the central information desk at the entrance but in the middle of the building? Only HÖFFNER itself seems to understand that… The man at the information desk was also very friendly and showed us the way. Arrived on the first floor, found an employee (again greeted nicely) and explained the problem, including the item number. The nice lady immediately looked it up on the computer – YES, it's there, hurray! – But no, you can't look at it, it's packed away in the warehouse. Like, it's here now, but it's hidden in the warehouse? You can't get to it, you can't look at it - what's going on here??? The employee apologized and showed understanding – there was nothing left to do but pack up the money and leave disappointed. HELLO HÖFFNER MÖBEL! CUSTOMER wanted to buy! 🤦‍♂️ Some people should be glad they don't work for us at the company... CONCLUSION – drove for over an hour, wasted time, gas, and money. HÖFFNER MÖBEL? No, that's enough for now... other furniture stores probably have nice chairs, and they might be more interested in selling them, so we'll give it a try after Easter. Two stars only for the friendly employees, otherwise MINUS 5 stars because HÖFFNER MÖBEL senselessly wastes your time and money with its unprofessionalism.
