We had our kitchen planned by Mr. Haskaj. It was very good planning; he planned our kitchen exactly according to our wishes. The delivery and assembly went smoothly and even ahead of schedule.

Buying a kitchen is one thing, but the way Mr. Rickermann picked us up and gave us advice was really top notch. Individual concerns on our part were either shared or negated and he reported on his own experiences with one product or another. If the installation is hopefully carried out smoothly in about two months, we will be completely happy.

Yesterday we were at Höffner in Rösrath. They currently have a "voucher campaign", 100€ voucher for purchases of 200€ or more, 500€ voucher for purchases of 1000€ or more, etc. Inspired by this, we wanted to buy a piece of furniture with a final price of just over 1000€ and were looking forward to the 500€ voucher , so we would have paid a little more than €500 for the piece of furniture. The rude awakening came after a salesperson was called in. It was only then that we realized that these vouchers were basically just colorful waste paper. The small print states that the voucher campaign only applies to “promotional goods” and this is already marked with a 49% price reduction. The seller then said... either the 49% or the 500€, both are not possible... Now anyone who can do the math knows that the 49% is always cheaper than a voucher. The marketing campaign is only there to lure the customer into the store; the customer does not benefit from it.

I bought my kitchen from Höffner two months ago and the initial planning was promising. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my experience. The construction of the kitchen was carried out completely incorrectly, which led to significant problems. I've been trying to reach customer service ever since, but I feel let down. There is no helpful feedback or solutions to the problems caused by the incorrect build. Communication is inadequate and I have the feeling that my concerns are not being taken seriously. I cannot recommend Höffner due to this negative experience. Good planning alone is not enough if the service afterwards is so poor.

I can't say anything negative. Was well advised and informed. Delivery came on time as agreed. Friendly service also during delivery. My complaint was processed and resolved quickly. That's why I will recommend the Höffner company.

Very nice furniture store with good prices and not the same overpriced and boring furniture as in the other furniture stores.

Quality-free shopping in many areas. Whether it's a kitchen or a sofa, if you want to buy cheaply because you want to throw it away in a few years, you've come to the right place. The sofa wore out in a very short time and broke through a short time later. Complained sofa was worn out again. The kitchen has not yet been completely paid off after 6 years and several fronts and the worktop could also be replaced. Veneers swollen in many places. Cabinets were replaced after just one year under warranty, Montur also says it's ok, otherwise he wouldn't have any work. The representative gave us important tips, such as we could buy waterproof wood glue and apply it with our finger to the areas where the veneer swells. That would stop it. Kitchen mirror installed the wrong way from the start. I can only advise against buying anything in this store. And it's true again, if you buy cheap, you buy twice.

So I deleted my previous review because I complained there and I spoke to the management on the phone, Ms. Koch was a super nice and polite lady, and we were then advised by Ms. Kamrau and I can tell you that she was also a very nice lady. Ms. Baltes is also super nice. I advise you all to go to Ms. Kamrau for your residential landscapes in the future, she's a really nice advisor. In the children's room, Mrs. Baltes is also very nice and great. We bought our LIVING LANDSCAPE here yesterday and also a closet. The next time I visit I know immediately where I will go. Thanks to Ms. Koch and Ms. Kamrau for your efforts. And Ms. Balles is also a very nice customer advisor.

Absolutely disappointing. Although the store is huge and has a considerable selection, the delivery times and customer service are second to none. We bought a couch there and it had a delivery time of 6 weeks, which turned into 9 weeks. After 2 months, the lounger and seat were already "worn out/saggy) and after a complaint that lasted 6 weeks, exactly the same thing again. This time we complained about the couch completely. Höffner took a “usage allowance” of 30% of the purchase price. If you see the pictures, I think everyone can understand that if you think about a purchase price of €1,600. We bought 4 dining room chairs there for €400 each, the agreed delivery time of 6 was increased to 10 weeks one week after purchase. Then we bought another washbasin (€4500) which was supposed to have a delivery time of 6 weeks. It was delivered after 8, but with the wrong washbasin plate 😂. Well...called again and complained. The woman on the phone assured me of a quick delivery between 2-3 weeks. After the 3 weeks I received an email saying that the record would be delivered in 4 weeks. There has been no response to my email asking if you are serious about the delivery time for 1 1/2 weeks. So that was the last time I was there. If you feel like waiting for a long time and can cope with the fact that you may have to complain about something after delivery and have to wait again, you are welcome to choose this furniture store. I have given them several chances and have been disappointed with every order.
