Kitchen advice from Höffner, 2 hours of wasted time, the price was called to the room without even having discussed the cabinet height, no agreement about drawers/cupboards, let alone electrical appliances. Sink offered without mixing set. Planning on a piece of paper, just floor space of course. Despite sensational discounts, it's €3,000 more expensive than the competition. Thanks for nothing.

Well, let's come back the next day. Unfortunately, our experience with Höffner wasn't any better today. This time we were there several hours before closing time, the warehouse employee didn't return our greeting and was unfriendly. With such unfriendly customer service, this was our first and last purchase from Höffner. I can recommend the Segmüller in Pulheim. It has a similar selection and also nice employees.

Bad service! I arranged a kitchen consultation appointment weeks in advance. When I arrived at the furniture store, no one had time for me and I was "allowed" to attend a phone call between the department head and probably the colleague who was "lucky" enough to catch my eye - quote: "There's no one else there." . You feel really welcome there! It can always happen that someone gets sick, but getting three appointment reminders, please be there on time and then nimenad has time, is really unnecessary. Just call, whether you can do it sooner or later, it's no problem. After waiting for half an hour, I canceled the appointment and left again. Waste of time and I could have done something else nice for the EUR 20 for car sharing. Luckily, there are plenty of other places where you can buy a kitchen. Sorry Höffner, that won't work!

Absolute disaster. Rarely have I experienced worse service than from this company. Customer service uses stalling tactics. The complaint has now been going on for 3 weeks. Despite daily calls, promised feedback is not kept. You also don't get written feedback. You get the impression that the employees don't care about customer satisfaction. We are currently considering turning the matter over to our legal defense team. Nobody feels responsible there on their own initiative. Based on my own experience, I can only advise against it. Never again Höffner for us. The negative recommendation also goes out to our circle of friends and acquaintances. Only for fans of anger, stress and high blood pressure.

The furniture store is big. Very large and also very clean. We went for a stroll here today and found a lot of interesting things for ourselves. Ms. Buntenbroich gave us, among other things, very good advice. Not pushy, just nice and competent. We can well imagine buying something here in the near future! The restaurant? It's great! This includes the very nice ambience, the inviting presentation of the food and the surroundings. And that also includes the really nice employees. Important, very important. Disappointing! You make an appointment for a kitchen consultation, drive through the snow, and then the consultant TS doesn't take you seriously. At first he wanted to brush me off straight away and said that all kitchens would be available for delivery in 4 months and there was basically nothing he could do when I said, let's see what you actually have to choose from. Then he wanted to know my budget. I said that I was offered branded kitchens from Nolte or Nobilia in a kitchen studio for upwards of 3,500 euros without appliances, but let's see what's available here. “Our kitchens start at 7,000 euros, go to Möbel Boss and you’ll find something for 4,000 euros.” He didn't even look at the plan or the size of the kitchen because it wasn't particularly big. The conversation lasted less than 2 minutes. 50% discount on all freely planned kitchens. I came completely for free because the employee couldn't estimate the purchasing power of the customer, either didn't want to or had already sold enough. Either way, absolutely not recommended. When buying a kitchen, I can only advise other local suppliers and to avoid this one.

Here it was, my contribution to the experience of Höffner in Rösrath. It has been a disaster that I have experienced so far, but I have achieved my goal of having my lines read and lo and behold, when things are handled by the right employees, evil turns into great service. We have agreed on an entante cordial and so we hope that the cow will be off the ice soon. If that happens, I will be happy to adjust the stars because of the great commitment that has now been shown.

I ordered a bed on Black Friday and I can't get a delivery date until today, January 3rd. So much for the minimum delivery time... An incorrect telephone number is said to have been to blame. What I don't understand is how I receive emails almost every day about new products, but not even ONE regarding appointment suggestions, allocation or because of my apparently wrong phone number (0123456789). If I hadn't contacted Höffner in several ways, I would probably never have had a chance of getting my order! It was definitely the last order there!!!

I would not recommend anyone to buy a couch from this furniture store because they are of absolutely poor quality. You might think that it might be because the model is inexpensive and the more expensive models are at least convincing. Surprisingly, that is not the case either. Even the leather items there, where you would expect high-quality workmanship, are no different in quality than those from a discount chain. The leather becomes porous after just a few months and begins to separate from the cover and the springs on the frame protrude during normal use. Fair solutions are also not offered and in the end you are stuck with the costs and an item of absolutely inferior quality that would still not be profitable despite discount campaigns! My advice is to think twice before shopping there.

In January the kitchen was purchased from Mrs. Tüllmann, very uncomplicated and with great advice. From then on everything went downhill. Installation was scheduled for July. However, the assembly team and customer service team don't seem to be communicating with each other. Time windows are always given for the entire day and in the end people don't stick to them and come earlier or the assembly equipment is simply missing. The assembly team sometimes does not know what work should be carried out or what defects should be remedied because they are not commissioned by the service team. No additional work that is not noted in the order can be carried out on site because then it will not be paid for. No matter what you say to on-site staff or customer service, communication just doesn't work. In the end, after 4 repairs and contact changes and the threat of contacting the managing director, the kitchen is finally ready. However, the errors were only partially corrected because the effort would be too great. Therefore, an advance payment was agreed upon. A lot of back and forth and extremely poor internal communication!

I had good experiences at Möbel Höffner in Cologne-Rösrath. The selection is really diverse and the furniture is of solid quality. The store is well organized and I quickly found what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful, even if I sometimes had to wait a little longer for assistance. The delivery was on time, although there were small delays during assembly. Overall, I am satisfied and would shop here again.

I would have been better off reading the feedback beforehand, apparently it's a scam. We chose a box spring bed from the advertisement. We gave short and concise advice, everything was very nice and friendly and then we went to the desk to conclude the purchase contract. The seller told me that it will take about 9 weeks until the bed can be delivered. So now the new weeks are over! I called Höffner Service this Saturday and asked what the delivery was doing? And I was informed that it won't work this year, probably on January 10th, 2025, so on a Friday I should be at home and wait all day, I can't tell you a time, and I wouldn't be the only customer. According to customer service. Exactly the answer you expect when you ask for it to be delivered from 1pm. Because I am a professional. Everything is great when you buy something in your store, the customer is king and after you have signed the purchase contract you are lost. Everything would have been timed so well before Christmas. Really great. We had previously been to another well-known furniture store (Porto) and I think we even chose the same box spring bed. Delivery time was approx. 4 weeks!!

We had very detailed and very good and practical advice for a new kitchen. Update: I stick with the very good advice, the kitchen is still great. However: part of the front no longer holds as it should (without any force, it is a material defect that can happen). Unfortunately, this is not considered a warranty-eligible defect. This is very annoying for us. Unfortunately, there was no response to our request as to whether there were any tips on how to repair the damage yourself. It's a shame, the good service only seems to be available until you pay. And another update: you contacted me again and everything was repaired and sorted out. The fitters were even nice enough to quickly adjust a slightly warped drawer in two places.

The kitchen department has a large selection of kitchens - in shape and color. You get a good impression of what is possible. Even without an appointment, my questions were always answered. It's good to make an appointment for kitchen planning. It's quite time consuming. I will definitely make an appointment.

On the ground floor we received excellent advice and service from Mr. K. Sühle, and we had already decided on chairs. Mr. K. Sühle recommended that we also visit the upper floors. Here we were warmly welcomed and served by Mrs. A. Müller. Ultimately we decided on a much more expensive dining set. Ms. A. Müller was also very helpful when we had questions about care products.
