We bought a kitchen from the Höffner furniture store in Rösrath in February 2025. The seller, Mr. Mainka, gave us professional and very competent advice. He was very friendly and gave us good advice for the new kitchen. Mr. Mainka took his time with the consultation, had a great deal of specialist knowledge and was not intrusive. We were very satisfied with this seller and would be happy to recommend him.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO YOU ORDER THERE!!! I waited all day today for a couch chair to be returned and exchanged without anyone getting in touch with me. In the end I tried to reach Höffner and didn't even have the chance to choose between keys 1-4 in the voice dialogue telephone system (only 1 worked). Last but not least, I had various employees on the phone, all of them unfriendly and unhelpful. My only request was that an employee deal with the driver service so that I would know whether and when he should come, but apparently that was too much for most people. I will return the piece of furniture and ask for my money back, which I recommend to everyone, as there is no communication between the drivers and the employees, the employees just hang up on you and are unhelpful or simply brush you off.

Disaster I just say delivery and customer service. I ordered a dryer on December 30th, 2024, it was supposed to be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks, then I received an email delivery in the 4KW thought ok, 1 week longer, that's fine, 4KW no one answers, I call 5KW, I'm told we'll call the manufacturer and get back to them, if I hadn't called, I would still be waiting for the call, of course I call, I'm told please call again at the end of 6KW, I'm called, I'm told The manufacturer promised delivery at the end of 7KW but I should report again at the end of 7KW whether the goods were delivered. I will think 10 times about whether I will buy something from you again and if so, recommend you to others.

The purest catastrophe. The one star goes exclusively to the saleswoman who planned the kitchen with me, that was great. Everything after that was just extremely customer-unfriendly. The kitchen is delivered and assembled, the wrong cabinets were delivered, the next time I tried the wrong cabinet was delivered, the under-cabinet lighting has not yet been installed and the original screw connections were not used for the electrical appliances, so I had to order a Neff employee twice. The e-mail correspondence with Ms. Winker... relatively disinterested, an appointment is made without prior agreement and still no one comes!!! I'm still waiting for a €1000 voucher to be awarded, even though the kitchen has been paid for in full. This will probably only be available upon completion, which is now dragging on for months due to a number of mistakes made by the Höffner company. Ultimately you feel like you've been taken for a ride. update: At least someone has taken care of it now. Wait and see

Unfortunately our experience today was not good. There are two stars because both employees were really very friendly. We came to look at a couch we found online. We then decided to buy (which we actually wanted to do online, but were then persuaded by the consultant to do it now because the couch was only available once) and told the consultant that we (two trainees) were planning on financing. He said that none of this was a problem and that it could be done flexibly. The purchase agreement was concluded and then we were sent up to arrange financing. We were then told that trainees fundamentally cannot finance themselves. We should find someone else to finance it or cancel the contract. It's a shame, unfortunately we wasted so much time and ended up going home with our purchase canceled.

You're running wild in the store. But we got a nice display case at the correct price. Large selection. You can almost always find something suitable. When it comes to prices, always ask questions and look carefully (including online). The showcase was originally supposed to cost €1300. Then there was a percentage on site and then after a closer inspection there was another special price with a customer card so that we ended up paying 530. So, pay close attention.

We have often purchased furniture from different categories there - we have always received good advice. Delivery also worked great every time. The main reason for my rating today, however, is the sales employee Mr. Oezkan from the sofa department on the 1st floor. A really competent man who didn't hesitate for a second to step into the breach for us to grant or have granted a discount for our purchase today (new living area). This makes furniture shopping really fun! My partner and I went home with a great feeling and a few little things in addition to buying the couch. I would like to share this experience. I am absolutely disappointed with my purchase from Höffner. I purchased a display item that has significant defects that were not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. When I wanted to complain about the product, I was refused any return, even though it was clearly a defect. The customer service was uncooperative and not very solution-oriented. I had the impression that they were deliberately trying to brush me off instead of helping me. Such behavior is unacceptable for a company of this size. I definitely won't shop here again and can't recommend it to anyone!

Bad service! I arranged a kitchen consultation appointment weeks in advance. When I arrived at the furniture store, no one had time for me and I was "allowed" to attend a phone call between the department head and probably the colleague who was "lucky" enough to catch my eye - quote: "There's no one else there." . You feel really welcome there! It can always happen that someone gets sick, but getting three appointment reminders, please be there on time and then nimenad has time, is really unnecessary. Just call, whether you can do it sooner or later, it's no problem. After waiting for half an hour, I canceled the appointment and left again. Waste of time and I could have done something else nice for the EUR 20 for car sharing. Luckily, there are plenty of other places where you can buy a kitchen. Sorry Höffner, that won't work!

Absolute disaster. Rarely have I experienced worse service than from this company. Customer service uses stalling tactics. The complaint has now been going on for 3 weeks. Despite daily calls, promised feedback is not kept. You also don't get written feedback. You get the impression that the employees don't care about customer satisfaction. We are currently considering turning the matter over to our legal defense team. Nobody feels responsible there on their own initiative. Based on my own experience, I can only advise against it. Disappointing! You make an appointment for a kitchen consultation, drive through the snow, and then the consultant TS doesn't take you seriously. At first he wanted to brush me off straight away and said that all kitchens would be available for delivery in 4 months and there was basically nothing he could do when I said, let's see what you actually have to choose from. Then he wanted to know my budget. I said that I was offered branded kitchens from Nolte or Nobilia in a kitchen studio for upwards of 3,500 euros without appliances, but let's see what's available here. “Our kitchens start at 7,000 euros, go to Möbel Boss and you’ll find something for 4,000 euros.” He didn't even look at the plan or the size of the kitchen because it wasn't particularly big. The conversation lasted less than 2 minutes. 50% discount on all freely planned kitchens. I came completely for free because the employee couldn't estimate the purchasing power of the customer, either didn't want to or had already sold enough. Either way, absolutely not recommended. The furniture store is big. Very large and also very clean. We went for a stroll here today and found a lot of interesting things for ourselves. Ms. Buntenbroich gave us, among other things, very good advice. Not pushy, just nice and competent. We can well imagine buying something here in the near future! The restaurant? It's great! This includes the very nice ambience, the inviting presentation of the food and the surroundings. And that also includes the really nice employees. Important, very important. It tasted delicious and the prices are completely acceptable. The toilet nearby is also a positive thing.

At no point did we have the feeling that we were being talked into anything, but rather it was good, well-founded advice about what made sense and what didn't. Our wishes were implemented 100%. What didn't work was clearly communicated and well justified. Highly recommended, even in contrast to the competitors.

We bought a beautiful upholstered bed with a bed box and were given wonderful advice. Mr. Wilhelm Sühl took a lot of time for us and, according to our financial requirements and "bed ideas", showed us beautiful, suitable beds and gave us expert advice and explained everything. He always pointed out the advantages and supposed “disadvantages”. We followed his recommendation when it came to mattresses. A salesperson who really enjoys his job. We felt very well looked after and are very happy with our choice of bed.

We ate there today, I think my husband was happy, but I wasn't at all, but even though almost all of the food went back, no one even asked why, sad. Had sirloin steak and grilled vegetables, steak was good, grilled vegetables, rather pan-fried vegetables were totally mushy, went back, as did all the side dishes that I had put aside, otherwise they would be made for free and unfortunately then have to be thrown away. The pre-soup was An onion soup tasted OK, but there were far too few onions in it, and you also had to look for the cheese. It's a shame, although it is advertised as very good, I can't say that for myself. I hope you can handle criticism, as I just wanted to write my honest opinion.

We had dinner at Gourmet today. The dishes and wine were very tasty. I can recommend it without reservation. But I deducted one star because of the very lackluster service. No smile on your face, no questions about whether everything is OK, no questions about another drink, dessert or espresso. There is definitely still room for improvement. Nevertheless we will come back.
