The wine evenings are a pleasure! The owner Michael Vollmer puts together the right wines for a specific theme. He coordinates these with the excellent chef Rene Sauerzapfe for each course - really a culinary delight :-)

If the kitchen stays cold at home, then go to Wollenberg's. Very, very nice service.

All I can say is, wow, that was delicious! We spent a short vacation in Rietberg and ate out several times in different restaurants, but it tasted the best here by far! Well furnished and rustic, we found it cozy...

The food and the friendly welcome as well as the quick service were very good. Special requests will be implemented if feasible. The ambience doesn't really look nice or inviting. It has more of a “pub flair”. But that shouldn't take away from the good and rich food.

It was my first time there, unfortunately also the last time. The Bürgerkrug will close at the end of 2024! Too bad

The food was pretty bad, the meat was dry, the rösti was dripping with fat, and the vegetables weren't particularly tasty either. I also objected to this when asked whether it was tasty. Unfortunately there was no response to this. No compensation, such as a drink on the house or a small discount on the bill. That was definitely my last visit to the 'Gast'stätte Wöstemeier.

So far, the meals have always been prepared quickly and, above all, deliciously. Friendly service and nice ambience in the pizzeria.

Unfortunately we were disappointed (and quickly hungry). The kebab now costs €7. Okay price increase on the one hand. If the kebab had at least been the same as always, I wouldn't have complained. But the kebab bag has become significantly smaller. A new lady had made the bag for us and it was very small. She was observed by her colleague, who said nothing. Normally it would fill us up, but this time it wasn't enough and after 2.5 hours we were hungry again because it was more like a sandwich. We weren't given any napkins and the different bags weren't marked.

Well, I was there with my friend and the seller had a beer and a kebab in his hand, we had to wait until he finished. Then we were able to order and the food was great, but there were people walking through the store the whole time. That spoiled the experience, but the food was delicious😊
