We have been to this hotel several times. For us it is central. A large parking lot is available. The rooms are very inviting, very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and attentive! You can have a very good breakfast here, it is always replenished. The rolls were fresh from the bakery even on the weekend. The offer is completely sufficient. It was possible to invite family or friends over for breakfast! We would be happy to visit this family-run hotel again for generations. Thank you Fück family for your hospitality.

Wow... It's a good idea if you're attending an event in the club next door. But the food... Pasta with shrimp: Above the al dente point, lukewarm, lots of tasteless oil, almost unseasoned. Pan gyros: Lukewarm ready-made gyros, at least hot fries without salt, but not crispy. Guys, that was nothing. Plus 2 small beers and a cola, €45 (plus tip). I then paid at the counter because no one was coming. Next time we visit we'll try somewhere else nearby.

I invited an Aussie friend to join me here for lunch recently. We hadn't booked a table in advance and even though the place was quite full the busy waiter indicated a table for us. Here, you really must stick to ordering the excellent Schreckenskammer Kölsch. Ordered in the typical 0,2l glasses this lovely beer is so easy to drink. I had the steamed mussels with white wine and cream. They serve this here with a small piece of black bread and butter. I think that I would have preferred a couple of bread rolls to soak up all the juice/sauce. My friend had a huge omelette with bacon pieces and substantial salad. It was so big that he couldn't finish it. Our waiter had a lot to do on that day. He seemed to be rushed off his feet. Nevertheless he kept his cool and remained friendly and tried to serve us as quickly as possible. All good!

Wenn man mit der Familie mal nicht zum Abendessen kommt sondern „nur“ ein Eis auf die Hand möchte ist man dort nicht Willkommen. Kinder dürfen sich nicht überlegen, welche Sorte Eis sie möchten, sondern müssen sich direkt entscheiden! Unfreundlich und gestresst wird einem das Eis überreicht. Es fühlt sich an, als wäre man eher eine zusätzliche Last. Gute Werbung für den Laden ist das eher nicht. Ist vll. aber auch nicht das Ziel?! Schade…

When you arrive at the hotel in the evening, the hotel restaurant is a good place to go. The menu isn't huge, the prices aren't that cheap, but just like the waiting time, it's still just about reasonable. The food tasted absolutely great. However, the steak wasn't really medium rare and was hard to cut. However, the situation was handled in a friendly manner. Due to the rather sparse restaurant options in the immediate vicinity, this is certainly the best option for a quality dinner.
