The food was ok, but a bit sparingly seasoned. There is delicious horror chamber Kölsch, the ambience is typical brewery. We sat in a side room, the air in it was very bad, you can't ventilate this room, and there are also the kitchen smells. A real drawback is the staff; The young lady was friendly, but also completely overwhelmed. You wait a long time for drinks, you have to ask for fresh glasses, and plates are not cleared away. If it's full, it's not an issue that you have to wait, but you'll think about whether you'll go there again under these conditions.

We had a very pleasant experience at Brauhaus Schlebusch. The staff was extremely friendly and tried to make our visit as pleasant as possible. The food was fine and the portions were very generous. The price-performance ratio is great. The ambience and flair of the brewery are also fine. We'd love to come back!

Absolute disaster This is the second time I've had burnt schnitzel and soggy fried potatoes. You have to call the waitress several times to get someone to come. Last time, the food came first and then, after repeated shouts and 5 minutes, the cutlery came! There was also a stupid comment from the waitress! Conclusion: We will be spending our regular meeting at another restaurant in the future.

Unfortunately, the food didn't convince us, the sauce on the mushroom schnitzel was too cold and therefore even lumpy, and the fries were simply hard. The small salad bowl was unspectacular but the tastiest of the whole dish. The really friendly waitress asked if it was tasty and we explained why it wasn't. She said she was sorry, but from the reaction you could tell that no one really cared... it's a shame, I know much better food from other bauhaus locals

I ate there for the first time yesterday and wanted to eat something smaller so I decided on the burger. Looked good at first, but... the patty was as tough as shoe leather, and the lettuce leaf underneath had seen better days... just awful. The fries were good. They'll never see me again

The beer garden is ok, as is the beer horror chamber. Unfortunately the burger was below average with ready-made sauce. The fries were good. The salads were also quite ok. The waiter, however, was rude and said to other guests: "...if you don't like it, you can leave." Another guest ordered apple juice and the answer was harsh: "It's out". And he was particularly confidential with us, even though he doesn't know us at all. Nope 🤨

Nice typical Kölsch brewery. The food is delicious, the portions are large and, as is typical for the brewery, the Kölsch is always delivered quickly. As for Kölsch, there is a chamber of horrors here.

Very varied cuisine... sometimes great and sometimes a no-go... you don't know how that happens. It's just a shame that you don't get consistent quality.

You have to get staff first to order something then they forget to bring it. Food was warmed up. Toilets are dirty despite the report nothing has changed, the reason is that staff are missing for everything even though the restaurant was almost empty

We have been coming here for over 20 years. Even after the change of ownership. Always quite satisfied so far. Unfortunately different today. Pork chop only slightly cooked, i.e. bloody. Potatoes boiled and seasoned, but no fried potatoes. Went back more than half. Salad with turkey liver. Unfortunately, chicken is no longer available, the meat is a bit leathery and dry and, unfortunately, mostly bland iceberg lettuce. The staff accepted the "criticism". Potatoes that evening (after 1 1/2 hours) were probably complained about several times.

Home cooking. Setup normal. But super nice, friendly and funny service. C. (does not want to mention his name here) was always attentive and immediately there for the customer. People like to give a good tip here.

NEVER AGAIN - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Went there one early evening around 6.00pm... Ordered a simple dish (Nürnberger Sausages) and waited and waited. They were clearly understaffed and I observed several other guests complaining about the long waiting times for their food orders to arrive. The "excuse" was that the kitchen was busy...amazingly, at some point one of the female staff members (daughter of the owner/chef?) shouted loudly and for all guests to hear: "die Küche ist ein Schlachtfeld" ('the kitchen is a battlefield')! At that point - had waited for over an hour for my order to arrive - I lost my appetite completely. I cancelled my order, but they insisted that I had to pay for the food I had ordered but that never arrived....UNBELIEVABLE! There are plenty of better restaurant choices around - this Brauhaus is ridiculous: unprofessional, incompetent and outright rude!

Whenever we are in Leverkusen, we meet up with friends there and always have a great time there!!

The service was nice but also very stressful. Everything took a long time. The wait staff can't help it, but how about one more employee on a sunny Saturday? Unfortunately, neither of us enjoyed the food at all. We won't come back.

If you like schnitzel, this is the place for you, if you like good schnitzel, this is the place for you. Great pan-fried schnitzels with buttery flavor, that's how it should be and that's how it's done here. The service was also good, the poor waiter always had to go up the stairs but we never ran dry ;-)

Rustic brewery feeling on the outskirts of the city. The waitress was on the ball and always kept an overview even with our chaotic group of almost 20 people and provided us with delicious horror chamber Kölsch and other cold drinks. The only negative point is that, as a vegan, there isn't much choice on the menu. So I concentrated on drinking beer. Improvements can be made here, especially since there is no shortage of options these days, including for breweries.

Simply great, it's just how you imagine a good brewery to be. The service is great, the food tastes good and there is always a well-tapped Kölsch in front of you. You just feel good and want to come back again and again. I'm already looking forward to the next time.

Highly Recommended! You immediately feel at home here! Not just because of the rustic and cozy atmosphere, but because the entire staff is super attentive and friendly! The Kölsch is fresh and the mussels are absolutely amazing! I will gladly come again!

The few impressions that are not positive confuse the brewery with a gourmet temple. Brauhaus means social interaction with well-kept beer, here the best horror chamber, good food at reasonable prices. In this brewery there is a friendly host, good service, parking spaces available, bus stop right next to the house and, when the weather is good, there is a restaurant outside with lots of seats.

Real brewery atmosphere with small weaknesses in the food. More flavor could be achieved with a little more effort - but that's a matter of taste! But I can really recommend the Cordon Bleu. The service is very attentive and friendly! In terms of price, the brewery remained “on the carpet”. Therefore the price-performance ratio is really very good. Please don't raise the prices right now!!! ;-)

Leider können wir für das Essen nicht mehr geben. Schnitzel leicht angebrannt, Hühnchen in der Mitte kalt. Von 10 Personen waren leider nur einer zufrieden. Es besteht auch leichte Massenabfertigung. Personal super. Ambiente rustikal. Preis normal

Verteilt auf zwei Jahre immer wieder mal erneut dort gewesen nach Enttäuschung, jedoch ist es nicht mehr das was es mal war. Zuletzt Schnitzel trocken, Rahmsoße ohne Geschmack und wässrig, weiteres Schnitzel nicht durch gewesen, Leber sehnig…es kam keine Nachfrage ob es geschmeckt hat und man muss schon länger auf Getränke oder Rechnung warten obwohl der Laden leer war. Und am Telefon wurde immer berichtet dass es ausgebucht sei… Schade, früher war ich dort immer sehr gerne.

Un local muy acogedor y con buen Kölsch. El personal es super amigable, el local está muy limpio, los servicios higiénicos también. Tiene estacionamiento.

Leider heute ein bisschen enttäuschend. Spargel ziemlich zerkocht, zwei kleine Kartoffeln dazu. Verstehe ich nicht, was kostet eine Kartoffel? Lange gewartet haben wir auch. Das Neue Kölsch hat uns aber dafür gut geschmeckt 😊 mal sehen ob wir wieder kommen, es hat uns hier schon besser gefallen 🤨

Super netter zuvorkommender aufmerksamer Service :-) Brauhaus Flair - mehr muss man dazu nicht sagen. Muss man mögen ;-) Es zog an unserem Tisch leider etwas, aber ansonsten gemütlich und rustikal. Essen war lecker und reichhaltig, die Haxe perfekt auf den Punkt knusprig, aber nicht trocken. Gerne mal wieder im Sommer draußen im Biergarten

Wir waren heute mit einer kleinen Gruppe da. 4 Mädels und ein Mann(Hahn im Korb). Das Essen war super und der Köbes (CHRISTIAN) war sehr aufmerksam. Das Kölsch einfach nur lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das gilt jetzt für Christian: schöne Grüße von Steffi.

Ein fantastisches Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis gepaart mit zuvorkommenden und freundlichen Service, das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Mein Mann und ich kommen seit 10 Jahren regelmäßig und das wird sich so schnell auch nicht ändern. Macht genau so weiter 😘😘

Super Service tolles Essen! jederzeit wieder, sehr empfehlenswert. Speisen sind spitze und total lecker. Unbedingt mal hingehen und probieren. Als Bier gibt es Schreckenskammer Kölsch 0,25l für € 2,00, jetzt €2,10 NACHTRAG: Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam. Für mich die absolute Bedienung ist Annika, nicht zu toppen! TIPP: Immer Platz reservieren! Das Essen hier ist die Granate! Atmosphäre ist stimmig und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Auch Oleg ist eine Granate als Kellner, immer gut drauf und einen flitzen Spruch auf den Lippen.

Lecker Essen, lecker Kölsch, lecker Chef! Das tolle Team und die gemütliche Atmosphäre machen den Besuch immer wieder lohnenswert. Am Wochenende ist der Laden schnell voll, deswegen empfiehlt es sich vorher zu reservieren.

Ich wollte heute,Samstag abend einen Tisch reservieren für Sonntag Mittag. 10 mal habe ich versucht da anzurufen. Entweder besetzt,oder es geht keiner dran. Das ist 5 Minuten Fußweg von mir dort hin. Ich bin also persönlich vorstellig geworden. Eine absolut unhöflich Frau meinte: Nö geht nicht. Hab grad kein Reservierungsbuch. Ja,sagte ich...dann kenn man wohl keine Reservierung machen,muss man woanders essen gehen. Da meinte sie: Machen sie das. - sowas geht gar nicht. Ich bin sehr sauer.

Das beste Kölsch zwischen Hamburg und München ;). Recht gute Brauhausküche, supernette Bedienung! Zum Glück gibt es inzwischen Schreckenskammer Kölsch und kein Dom Kölsch mehr.⁹

Immer lecker und Bier 🍻 frisch von Fass. Die Muscheln sind besonders zu empfehlen.

Wir haben einen 90 zigsten Geburtstag dort gefeiert,ich war sehr enttäuscht,von dem Ambiente,nicht einwenig dekoriert, alles sehr eng gestellt,es kam leider keine Geselligkeit auf !!! Vom Essen ,war ich mega enttäuscht,meine Tanten hatten Bratkartoffel,die waren teilweise richtig verbrannt,geht garnicht!!! Der Hamburger,war mehr als durchgebraten und trocken,keine Soße,also sehr enttäuschend!! Für ein Bierchen zu trinken,ist OK ,aber Essen und eine Feier.....,Nein !!! Also wir werden nicht wieder dorthin gehen!! Schade !!

Um eine Bestellung aufzugeben müsste ich 15 Minuten warten. Auf der Website wurde die Winterspeisekarte angegeben ( Gerichte gibt es teilweise mit Gemüse statt Salat) Im Restaurant wollte man davon nichts mehr wissen. Also Gericht ohne Salat bestellt, allerdings bei gleichem Preis. Für die Bezahlung brauchte esiederum 20 Minuten. Auskunft der Bedienung: Bestellungen aufnehmen geht vor. Trotz schönem Ambiente keine Gastlichkeit.

Sehr freundliche schnelle Köbes. Lecker Kölsch und guter Wein, alle Trocken. Da wir nicht gegessen haben kann ich nichts dazu schreiben, es sah alles sehr gut aus. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal.

Service überragend!!! Essen super gut. Ambiente eines Brauhauses ... steht Köln in nichts nach. War ein sehr schönes Erlebnis.

Ich bin hier seit Ende der 1990er Jahre Gast, aber der letzte Besuch hat das Fass zum überlaufen gebracht. Die Tische und Bänke der Außengastronomie sind mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen, was grundsätzlich nicht schlimm wäre, wenn sie wenigstens geputzt werden würden. Die Karten sind klebrig und passen gzt zu den Tischen. Die Bedienungen wirken stark überfordert, laufen hektisch umher und beachten Gäste sehr selektiv. Der Tisch neben uns wurde regelmäßig und gut bewirtet, einige andere ebenfalls. Ein weiterer Tisch, ebenfalls nur zwei Gäste (wie wir auch) fand ebenfalls nur sporadische Beachtung. Mehrmalige Versuche Essen und weitere Getränke zu bestellen scheiterten daran, dass erst andere Dinge erledigt werden mussten. Die erste Begründung zuerst die Getränke ausliefern zu müssen war ja ok, danach waren die Gäste die bezahlen wollten wichtiger, außerdem die stärker besetzten Tische. Die Aushilfen liefen mit verschiedenen Tellern durch den ganzen Biergarten und wussten nicht wer die Bestellung bekommen sollte. Als wir nach etwa sechs Versuchen eine zweite Bestellung aufzugeben bezahlen wollten klappte dies im zweiten Anlauf. Die Kellnerin fragte ob wir etwas gegessen hätten (sie sollte das wissen...) worauf ich antwortete, dass wir dies gern getan hätten, aber ja nicht beachtet wurden. Die Kellnerin wurde sofort pampig und erklärte harsch, dass sie so wie ich auch nur zwei Hände hätte! Die Tatsache ihr kein Trinkgeld gegeben zu haben scheint für noch größeren Unmut gesorgt zu haben. Ausreichend Wechselgeld hatte sie nicht. Ihr überdurchschnittlich süffisantes "schönen Abend noch" hätte sie auch gegen "endlich sind diese blöden Gäste weg" ersetzen können. In den letzten Jahren hat die Qualität deutlich nachgelassen, der aktuelle Inhaber scheint sich nicht mehr für die Außenwirkung seines Geschäfts zu interessieren. Wirklich schade,denn die Lage und die Lokalität lassen eine gute Gastronomie an dieser Stelle zu.

Die Atmosphäre war typisch für ein Brauhaus. An den Getränken kann man ja nicht viel falsch machen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam aber die Küche kann ich nicht wirklich empfehlen. Habe ein Schnitzel Wiener Art bestellt mit Pommes und Salat. Das "Schnitzel" war trocken und die Panade hatte schon schwarze Stellen. Zusätzlich hate das Fleisch so einige Sehnen. :-( ... was will man für 12,90€ erwarten?)
