Intervenes in private conversation for no reason, shouts at the counter that you should behave and not complain, throws you with the words, if the store doesn't suit you, get dressed and disappear from the store. At no time did we say anything negative.

Nice ambience. The service is a disaster. Went there spontaneously and asked politely for a table. After the employee I spoke to wanted to take care of things but didn't come back, I took a look at the reservations and then picked out a table myself. After another 15 minutes we were allowed to order even though it was empty. The food came after a good 30 minutes (a lot of waiting with a 2 year old at the table). Well, that can happen. The food then came and looked good. It tasted like shit. Fries with an excessive amount of salt, the schnitzel is made in the oven. It doesn't taste like anything and has a consistency like rubber. Since no one wanted to know what it tasted like, we left the plates half full. Only the little one liked the limp and completely over-seasoned fries. When we paid we weren't asked if everything was OK. Then I didn't give a tip. I thought €46 was enough for poor service and food. The slightly older waitress didn't find that funny at all, so she left the table without a word after taking the cash...no goodbye, no nothing. It's cheeky to expect a tip when you can't do anything!!! The store only runs because there's nothing else up there. Actually, we had already chosen cake and we would have ordered espresso too if the shop wasn't such a disaster.

Ein kulinarisches Kleinod, versteckt in einem schönen historischen Gebäude an der Hauptstraße in Lennestadt Kirchveischede. Das Restaurant wird von einem Ehepaar betrieben und bietet im Sommer Samstags Köstlichkeiten aus der Feuerschale an. Fantastisch zu sehen, wie vor der eigenen Nase allerlei Köstlichkeiten zubereitet werden. Die Zutaten sind hochwertig und fast alles ist hausgemacht und das merkt man auch. Wir wählten den gebratenen Schafskäse mit Salat, Tomaten und Pesto, gefolgt von den gefüllten Steinpilzpanzotti mit Salbeibutter und für meine bessere Hälfte den Caesar-Salat mit Pilzen aus der Feuerschale. Alles war fantastisch lecker und eindeutig hausgemacht (Pesto, gefüllte Nudeln). Jeden Mittwoch, Donnerstag und Freitag gibt es ein Mittagsmenü in 2 Gängen mit täglich und wöchentlich wechselnden Gerichten. Die Abendkarte bietet verschiedene Gerichte von vegetarisch bis zu Fleisch oder Fisch. Da wird die Auswahl nicht schwer fallen. Neben 70 Gedecken in den schönen Räumlichkeiten verfügt das Restaurant auch über eine kleine Terrasse. Der Service ist freundlich und so, wie man es erwarten kann. Die Preise sind, vor allem für deutsche Verhältnisse, recht hoch. Ich glaube aber, dass dies durch die Qualität der Gerichte absolut gerechtfertigt ist. Hunde sind willkommen.

The friendliest restaurant in Kirchveischede. We even had a delicious meal here twice. We take the manageress Anita Wegermann with us ♥️. Highly recommended!

Great grill guy👍🏻 we ordered drunk at 1:30, he seemed to understand us too, in any case what we ordered matched what we got. The food arrived at 2:20, a little later than we were told. The horny griller definitely has a great sense of direction, he was on the wrong street when we called him, but we quickly found him after he honked at 2:20 in the morning. The food was really good, it was enough for everyone to get drunk. Especially because he delivered all the way to Müsen. So if you're still hungry after being drunk at night, I can only recommend the hot griller.
