The Wegermann family is incredibly hospitable. The restaurant is very dog friendly and we really felt very welcome and comfortable. The food is amazing and cheaper than anywhere else. Everything is freshly prepared and much comes from our own garden. In addition to great meat dishes, it also offers vegetarian dishes. Ms. Wegermann is always open to a nice chat and not the least bit intrusive. Thank you for two wonderful evenings.

Cozy, rustic, small, family-run restaurant and pub. Everyone was super friendly and freshly prepared delicious home cooking! Salads to accompany the dish are seasonal (what is currently growing in the garden). Oh yes: bikers are welcome! In summer you can also sit in front of the house.

Das Motto dieser Gaststätte aus den 70/80ern könnte lauten: "Futtern wie bei Muttern".... Klasse Schnitzelgerichte mit selbstgemachten Salaten, tolle Bratkartoffeln für "schmales Geld". Der Service ist freundlich und wenn die Wirtin Zeit hat setzt sie sich schon Mal zu den Gästen...Die Einrichtung ist "old fashioned",- na und?.. Keine 5er Wertung da es kein Faßbier gibt...

Hier und da ist der Betrieb in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen war gut und lecker. Etwas Zeit sollte man aber mitbringen. Nettes und witziges Personal. Für eine Fahrpause werde ich dort gerne wieder einkehren. Biker welcome👍

Be careful, the bill at the end was just an interim bill! If you ask for a real invoice, it will be thrown out without a word. Does anyone seem to want to supplement their budget? Is the boss aware of this? In general, the older waitress was on Sunday January 13th. probably a little irritated, but she had already announced loudly that this should actually have been her first day off in 5 weeks. To be honest, conversations like this shouldn't be conducted in such a way that the guest notices. Unfortunately the food wasn't good, the breading on the schnitzel was completely soggy, the fries were absolutely over salted with way too much fries seasoning. We still ate half of it, and no one asked us if it tasted good or if we wanted to drink something else, even though we were sitting right at the counter. But if two waiters constantly have to work the cash register and no one knows whether they should be doing the counter or what they should be doing at all, that's no wonder. People were constantly asking each other whether the drink had already been made or why the table had already ordered and nothing had been booked or where the food was going that had been waiting for ages. We asked twice for the bill, which of course we wanted to pay in full since we ate a good half of the food and didn't complain due to the service staff's lack of interest. The older waitress came to the table the third time we asked for the bill. She didn't want to clear the half-full plates, and she didn't ask if it was tasty. When we wanted to pay by card and didn't say we would leave a tip, they didn't even say goodbye. We were thrown our real bill and we left without a word, even though we said goodbye. Absolute bad behavior to treat the guest like this because he doesn't give any tips and asks for the correct bill. They probably thought that the tourists could be treated like that and they would probably never come back anyway. In any case, the waitress absolutely failed in her job. The plates always go in front of the guest, you ask if it was tasty and even if you don't get a tip, you wish them a nice day or reply to a guest who says goodbye. Pure decency demands that.
