Kümper's has always been a great place for delicious food ever since I've known it. After the change of operator, I can only say that everything is now perfect, the atmosphere seems cleaner, and you just feel at home. The food... I'm glad the chef is still there. So far, everything we've eaten has been excellent, with no bags or convenience foods. We're happy to accept the truly acceptable wait time when it's busy. Please keep it up ☺️

We had a celebration with several people. The food, which was served from the menu—the dishes selected by the hosts, including a starter soup and dessert—arrived promptly and quickly. Despite the variety of dishes, everyone at the event said the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you for that. The tables were beautifully decorated and set up for the celebration. The service was excellent, and we all felt at home.

The ambience is okay, but unfortunately the service is not good at all! Unfriendly and unsympathetic! You can't pay with a cat there either... you have to think about it... in a place where you can eat and drink! That's why we were there for the first and last time 👍🏾

Unfortunately, Mom Jansen left us a few days ago. It's a real shame, there were good times here with delicious food, Isenbeck and rustic guests. And of course not to forget...Kamen's fastest waiter, Günther. There won't be anything like that again.

I think the closure of the restaurant in the Hotel Stadt Kamen was foreseeable and is not solely due to financial problems. The way the closure took place is of course a disgrace. We, who used to be regular guests here during the 'Hosni days', had not been satisfied with the quality of the food or the service for a long time and had changed our culinary focus. A la carte menus where it was not possible to get potatoes instead of rice, unimaginative presentation of the dishes, sometimes not seasoned, that had nothing to do with the 'Restaurant am Brunnen' from earlier times. What remains is the hope that a capable restaurateur will be found who will be able to restore this establishment to its former glory.
