Mani Grill in Kamen

For me, the gyro is the best in Kamen: nice and crispy, not too greasy, and perfectly seasoned. The owners are very friendly and passionate about their work. The shop is small but perfectly formed.

We went to Manni's as a family. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. We enjoy coming back again and again. We can recommend it to everyone. I don't understand some of the reviews. They say it's dirty and tasteless. The people who create poor reviews are the people who compete with the restaurant and commission their staff to write bad reviews. It's just sad to write something like that that's not true.

Generally recommended. Despite the seating, it's more of a snack bar, but the meat is good and tasty, and the fries and pita are also very tasty. Definitely an alternative for us, but our top two have noticeably larger portions. But definitely a worthy substitute during the summer lull.

The boss showed me the kitchen on his own initiative. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. He even showed me the meat refrigerator. It was all fresh meat, no frozen meat! I have never seen such a lovingly run snack bar. The boss also impressed with her extreme, honest friendliness. I would definitely like to come back. This is how gastronomy works! 5 stars for that

I have ordered or picked up food from Mani several times. Today was the last time for now: The portion was “tiny”, little meat, little tzatziki. Only coleslaw and fries were enough on the plate. €12 is too much for that, especially since there are plenty of other good Greek restaurants in the area that are much better value for money. In addition, it doesn't matter whether you call or order via Lieferando, the prices are the same for both and the delivery fee is also the same. I'd rather not get in the car any time soon... EDIT: Such a reaction to a normal review is already borderline. The prices have certainly changed (from €10.50 to €12) and the delivery fee was also quietly introduced at some point. I uploaded two photos of it. Instead of dealing with the review sensibly, the owners become unobjective. It's a shame, that's it for me with Mani. I changed it from 3 to 1 star because of the reaction.

Nice staff.. but the gyros doesn't look like the pictures!!!! Very small, fitful pieces disappointed me... fries, lots of meat, not much meat and for 10 euros you get more than a kebab

I can't judge whether it's justified or unjustified, but the 'Mani team' should react more confidently here. Threatening legal action does not make a good impression and is also nonsensical, as everyone can write their opinion as long as it does not become personally offensive. Dear Mani team, be happy about praise, but also learn to tolerate negative criticism, ignore it or try to respond to it in an appropriate tone. That makes it seem more serious. If you answer, do it with the foil and not with the sword. Since I'm not a customer here, I can't judge the quality of the food or service. I discovered Mani-Grill by chance and immediately tried the gratinated Metaxa gyros. The food was very tasty and the portion was large enough to fill me up. I'm also satisfied with the quality. The meat was lean and nice and juicy. For my taste, the fries could have been fried a little longer, but they were still tasty. The Metaxa sauce and also the curry sauce were delicious. Just as you wish. The price/performance ratio is okay. Other Greeks charge similar prices, although the portions for others are a bit larger, which means that Mani Grill is a bit more expensive. I didn't eat on site, but the space was there for that. However, you should take into account that customers always have to go through the seating area to pick up the food they take away from home. The owners were friendly. My order was taken quickly and my questions were answered satisfactorily. All in all, I can recommend Mani Grill and will definitely come back.

When I was looking for an alternative because all the Greeks in Kamen are on vacation, even though Google says it's open, I ended up at Mani. The first impression from the outside, well...let's park and take a look. Then came the surprise: super clean dining room, simple but functional, super tasty food at a fair price. !! Any time !! It's been a long time since we ate such a delicious gyro. Everything was just right here. From the staff to the ambience, everything is great. We found the restaurant thanks to GPS. Very simple and inconspicuous from the outside, small but nice from the inside. As soon as you entered you were greeted in a friendly manner. The dining area is simply decorated and very clean. It is adorned with a small counter on which there is also a place for gifts of appreciation from regular customers. In the back there is the grill/counter where the dishes are prepared. The gyros were deliciously seasoned and crispy - juicy, the fries were perfectly fried, the coleslaw and mixed salad were freshly prepared. All in all, the tzatziki rounded things off perfectly. The price-performance ratio is there, the portions leave you super full and even though you're full, you definitely want to keep eating, simply because it's so delicious. As already written above: !! Any time !! ☺️

Haben Mani Grill ausprobieren wollen aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen . Leider hat es unseren Geschmack überhaupt nicht getroffen . Pommes schmeckten nach altem Fett. Essen war kalt , Krautsalat war nicht angemacht ( schmeckte nach nichts), Currywurst ohne Curry, Gyrosfleisch fettdurchzogen. Für uns leider ein Reinfall.

Wir sind gerne bei der Familie probieren uns durch die Karte und sind begeistert weil alles schmeckt. Die beiden sind freundlich und einfach nur toll macht weiter so. Wir kommen gerne aus Methler zu euch.

Personal amable, la comida está buena y la ración es abundante. El local está limpio y bien situado, tanto si vives en el pueblo como si estás de paso. Lo recomiendo.

Aktuell einer der besten Imbisse den Kamen zu bieten hat. Wir haben nun schon mehrfach Essen bestellt oder mitgenommen. Der Service war stets super freundlich, die Portionen groß und das Essen immer sehr lecker. Preise sind fair, entsprechend der generellen Inflation in der Gastronomie aber natürlich tendenziell steigend. Wir essen hier immer wieder gerne!

Fast jeder kennt die üblichen griechischen Imbissprodukte, aber hier ist Liebe im Spiel. Bin bald wieder da, definitiv!!! Update!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wie angekündigt, war ich wieder da. Eine zweite Rezension kann man wohl nicht schreiben, daher hier das Update. Ich muss eigentlich nicht viel schreiben. Vor Monaten waren sie zu zweit, jetzt sind sie vier Personen. Zumindest heute waren sie das. Und warum? Weil es dort einfach so unfassbar lecker ist! Heute habe ich zum Gyros noch ein PitaBrot mit tzatziki genommen. Hammer! Super knusprig, dann zusammen mit dem total leckeren Fleisch im Wechsel, mal hiervon mal davon. Keine Worte dafür. Außer: ich bin so froh, dass ich kein Vegetarier bin!!! 😜 P.s.: ich hab jetzt auch das Ambiente bewertet. Drei Sterne. Aber es ist ein Mini-Grill und kein Restaurant. Das ist zu beachten! Und was da rauskommt, ist der Hammer.

Leckere griechische Alternative, wenn man Gegrilles in Kamen haben möchte. Leider nur wenig Platz zum sitzen und leider auch nur drinnen im Laden.

Dort giebt es sehr gutes Essen der Preis ist hör als bei den meist anderen in der Umgebung aber dafür bekommt man auch ordentlich was auf den Teller kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Griechischer Imbiss mit qualitativ super Essen. Die Inhaber sind sehr sympathisch und geben ihr Bestes für Ihre Kunden. Eignet sich besonders für Gerichte zum Mitnehmen. Unbedingt mal ausprobieren.

Ich bestelle mir öfters mal ein Taxiteller. Das Gyros ist schön saftig, und Currywurst Pommes auch sehr lecker 👍
