We stopped here by chance because I was looking for a snack bar with a vegan selection. In the Eifel this is often limited to fries with ketchup... Here there is an incredibly large vegan selection of lahmacun, burgers, falafel, various menus, desserts and of course also dishes for people who don't want to do without animal products. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection. The staff was friendly and prepared the food we ordered fresh. The food was tasty and spicy, and the price was completely reasonable. Recommended!

Everything was fine until we got a cheap Sambucca after a round of Mollinaris...guys, that's not possible

It was one of the few shops where you could eat well and receive friendly service. Unfortunately closed and that's where Haus des Döners comes from...Euskirchen

As before, nice, great, tasty and sufficient. Sushi is also recommended, fresh, nicely prepared and you don't need a magnifying glass to find the fish 👍

Because of our fond memories, we traveled here again after two years to eat at, among other places, “Eiflers Zeiten”. The service was very friendly and attentive. A win for the company. However, the price of the food is now exorbitant. The quality was okay, but more like that of a brewery kitchen: hearty, partly fried in too much fat (the liver was swimming in it), the fried potatoes were very hard and probably from the day before. The distinguishing “certain something” was missing this time. The prices are too high for that and in a category where you could expect something extra. Too bad.

A gem in Euskirchen... doesn't seem very inviting at first glance, but the freshness of the ingredients in the food absolutely convinced us of the quality. The freshly baked flatbread didn't just catch us because of its smell. The waitress aunt opened up quickly after a conversation and was courteous and friendly. They even added something incredibly sweet to our order. We would love to come back when we are in Euskirchen. Maybe you've improved the interior a little by then, because it could use a loving refresh.

Unfortunately, the restaurant did not reopen after the flood. Original review from before the flood: Delicious! I came especially from the Eifel to shop here again! Simply delicious and super nice staff!

Frank Bertram It was a very nice time in the Heimat restaurant, we were there for four hours and we weren't sorry for a minute. A very nice atmosphere, great food, great staff, it's always worth a visit. We were particularly impressed by the new menu with the addition of Oktoberfest. The portions are very large, you should probably only take a small starter. Or you can take the rest home with you. The wines and cocktails are also recommended. One of the (if not THE) best restaurant in Euskirchen. Delicious Michelin star food, service and high class athmosphere and obviously wines. Highly trained and knowledgeable staff, always changing menu. A bit on the pricier side, but the go-to location if you need a place for a special occasion.
