Die besten Restaurants mit Restaurant Essen in Bad Oeynhausen

Stopped here as part of a bus excursion. Coffee and cake, as much as you wanted for a flat rate of €8.50, were very tasty and the ambience was right. You could buy small items (decorations, jams and vinegars) in the farm shop.

An old house that is in need of renovation but is neat and clean. We were probably the last guests on New Year's Eve and now, according to the media, it will be closed...

The journey to the Wilder Schmied is a bit adventurous, especially if you have to drive up there in the dark in the evening. We drove up to the Krause Buche parking lot. The path was easy to navigate despite being wet, but be careful: there are some deep potholes on the ridge path, please don't underestimate them! The reception in the restaurant was very friendly and the food and drinks were ordered quickly. The food was very tasty, the breading of the schnitzel was very crispy, the fries were very tasty. It was very, very cozy in the restaurant, nice and rustic. I liked that. The return journey was of course just as adventurous as the journey there, especially when there were still people walking there in the dark at night. I really liked it all and can therefore confidently recommend the wild blacksmith. Thank you!

Not so good. Otherwise it was delicious here and not that expensive!!!

Although I understand that a service also has its first day, certain things must be known: - Candle not lit at table - Soup of the day not known - Wine glass far too full when pouring from the bottle - When we asked for a pepper mill, it was brought straight away, but no salt was added - empty plates cleared away very late Sole for over 40 euros underground - totally dry (no oil on it) and not seasoned, wet spinach on the fish instead of next to it, plate not preheated... Beef cheeks braised far too short, the meat was rather tough than falling apart, there was little sauce with little taste, the plate was not preheated... Pasta with shrimp ok, but not very exciting... Steak medium fried OK, but taste and quality clearly below expectations, plate packed way too full... Overall, compared to previous visits, the service and especially the quality and taste of the food have deteriorated significantly... Too bad 😞👎
