Top excursion restaurant located in the forest of SZ-Bad... a little old, especially the owner, but great local recreation including the surroundings. Easily accessible by car. When the weather is nice, it's almost a must in SZ-Bad!

Food was ok, but the schnitzel was frozen. What's worse is that the prices on the website are not correct. Schnitzel price on the website 12 euros, locally 18.50. Currywurst 6.00 on site 10.00. Over 50% more expensive. We wouldn't have driven there if we had known that. It's a shame ☹️

I've never eaten so badly in my entire life, the food was burnt and (felt) warmed up from the day before! The boss showed no insight and even became rude to us. After the complaint we were even banned from eating there! I advise everyone not to visit this restaurant. The waitress was friendly but that was it.

Peak Salzgitter is difficult to reach by phone and email (no response)! The refund of the advance payment for an event that is later canceled via a booking via OpenTable will only be processed after two weeks.

The atmosphere for celebrating is great. I was at a golden wedding. The food was a little better than canteen. I wouldn't pay for that. There is still a lot that can be improved! It was guaranteed that you could celebrate until the end, from a certain time x additional euros/hour. Unfortunately, the staff suddenly stopped the celebration around 11:30 p.m.! That's not possible, the celebration was well underway and would certainly have lasted another hour! Nice atmosphere, but bad service... What a shame!

We are super satisfied 👌 We ate there several times and it was always great! The service was friendly, the food was delicious! Ordered twice via Lieferando (it's a shame that it can't be done without it, as for me personally these are rip-offs). The salami pizza 🍕 is a dream and so is my au gratin vegetables. We are very satisfied!
