This review is about the restaurant. I don't know where to start. First of all, I find the reviews that my predecessors wrote very misleading. Had dinner there on Saturday (January 25, 2025). The restaurant is rustically furnished and a bit old. The service was OK. The food was a complete disaster. My wife had the airfield pan that was so highly praised. 29€ for 3 pork medallions that were lukewarm and fried to death. Dry like no other. The fried potatoes were soggy and tasteless. I felt like everything was just warmed up. My food wasn't any better. I ordered the Jägerschnitzel with fries. (€24.90) The 2 schnitzels were definitely not freshly fried. These were schnitzels that must have been lying around for a long time and were just warmed up. Partly burnt and dry and chewy. Sauces are also just ready and warmed up. The fries were oven fries that were deep fried. It was honestly the worst schnitzel I've ever eaten. Every snack bar with frozen schnitzel does this better. A total disappointment for the prices. Absolutely cannot recommend it.

Delicious food with a lake view and great service

Check-in is only possible via the Internet. You have to test it beforehand. Unfortunately no reception or lounge. Rooms are tidy and good. The hotel is in a quiet location. You can't find anything like that in the city. Unfortunately, the attached restaurant was also closed. That was actually a shame. Unfortunately, breakfast is only available at the bakery on the other side of the street. But the bakery is great compared to the bakery chains in the big cities.

I can only recommend the restaurant. You will always receive friendly service here (even when it is very busy). The food is lovingly cooked and served. So far I haven't had any food that didn't taste good. Here you can celebrate weddings, birthdays, company celebrations, seminars or even baptisms. At our baptism, the decoration for the room was discussed and implemented perfectly. All guests were thrilled. Menus for celebrations can be put together individually. Simply get out the card with suggestions in advance and discuss the menu you have put together at a short appointment. Price/performance is simply TOP.

We were there with a group of 14 people. There was kale with pee and cooked sausage as well as smoked pork and bacon. Plus boiled potatoes and fried potatoes, everything was very tasty. Price/performance also top. I can only recommend it.
