Im Amtmann 20, HessenVery disappointing! Despite making a reservation and talking about the dishes we wanted, we had to wait 30 minutes until we could finally order food. After still not having any food after over 1.5 hours, we were really frustrated. Almost 2 hours after ordering, our food finally arrived, but the order was taken incorrectly and one of the items was wrong. We also had to wait 20 minutes several times for drinks. When we finally got the food, we were mostly hungry. The food was okay but not worth the two hour wait. In the end, one employee apologized to us for the inconvenience, but unfortunately the boss, who was also present, did not.
