Delicious food, great beer, and excellent service. And a definite must-visit, not just when the city center is full.

Great place, good food and good beer. Staff very friendly and attentive.

We dropped in spontaneously, without a reservation, on our way home from vacation. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, a successful combination of rustic and modern. The menu is varied but not overwhelming, offering something for everyone. The service was excellent! Thank you so much, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

A great tour of this family-run brewery. The price is very reasonable, especially considering the service. A young employee, who moderates the tour with a sense of humor, leads the tour through the facility.

The potato salad on the Wiener veal schnitzel will convince any critic that everything at Hopfenglück is freshly prepared. While that comes at a price, it also guarantees incredibly good taste. Simply delicious 💪👍

Hochstift... also called "Hochgift" by some evil tongues is a beer that I personally can't always drink. The taste takes some getting used to and I don't always like it 😅 But sometimes I feel like it and buy a box. After that it's enough for a few weeks or months and I have to drink something else in the meantime. Nevertheless: Hochstift is an integral part of Fulda and as a “Fuldaer” you naturally like to support regional products. 4 stars from me. But that's clearly a matter of taste 😉

We took part in a brewery experience tour. It was very nice and informative. Many thanks to the master brewer and the lady at the subsequent tasting. We'll definitely come again.

Over 12 euros a box for a box of beer is usury. Then it just has to be that our paths part. As a regional brewery you have grown dear to my heart, but that will end now.

Tolle Brauereiführung in einer Regiinalbrauerei mit Herz. Wir waren begeistert.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Toller Biergarten, absolut freundliches Personal, tolles Essen. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder dorthin kommen.

Sehr schöne Location mit viel Liebe dekoriert .Das Essen wieder hervorragend Der Service ist außergewöhnlich die jungen Damen sind alle super nett und zuvorkommend, ich war bis jetzt 5 x dort und jedesmal war alles Top für mich ist das Hopfenglück die Nr 1 in Fulda.

Schon fast traditionell haben wir zum wiederholten Mal in einer Mannergruppe die Biererlebnistour mitgemacht. Wie immer wird man von einem der Brauer durch die Brauerei geführt und bekommt die einzelnen Schritte des Brauhandwerks genauestens erklärt. Im Anschluss gibt es eine Verkostung (im Preis inklusive) auf dem alten Malzboden, der urig umgebaut ist. Es macht immer wieder viel Spaß und kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

Ein Bier mit Charakter, das im Geschmack nicht dem der anderen weichgespülten und geschmacklich vereinheitlichten großen Biermarken entspricht. Da beißt man bildlich gesprochen in einen Rhöner Schwartemagen und nicht in eine lasche Mortadella.

Das Essen war ok, der Service sehr aufmerksam. Die Musik anfangs war eher nervend, sie würde aber abgestellt, als sich das Restaurant füllte.

Die Biererlebnistour kann ich nur empfehlen. Man wird von einem der Brauer durch die Brauerei geführt und bekommt eine fachlich hervorragenden Einblick in die industrielle Produktion von Bier. Im Anschluss an die Tour kann man sich (im Preis inklusive) auf dem alten Malzboden durch die verschiedenen Biersorten probieren und den kleinen Hunger mit einer Bretzel bekämpfen.

Das beste Bier aus unserer Region. Traditionbetrieb aus Fulda!
