We spent 2 days with Helena as a craft group and felt very comfortable. The food tasted great. Gladly again. 🙂

Very tasty dishes, fast, excellent service, only fresh and homemade cooking. Super large portions at reasonable prices. THE boss Violeta is very warm and competent. We booked for our Wedding Anniversary and informed the staff. They did not mention anything which was disappointing. We were seated in a cold and overnighted back room with no atmosphere at all. Staff were slow with drinks and did not check in with us throughout the meal. Totally unacceptable. The started bread can without the butter which the turned up with the main starters. The starters were ok. My wife has the wildschwein ragout which was OK. My daughter had Schnitzel which was dry and not freshly prepared, unacceptable for 25€. I chose the veal back. The meat was under seasoned and tasteless. The vegetables were cold and undercooked as was the sauce which was thin and cold and not enough. When I said this to the staff they mad no apology. The quality of the food and the service was unacceptable considering the overpriced menu and poor service. It will be the last time we eat at Franzz and would not recommend.

Started strong - slowed down a lot! We have been happy to order from the clubhouse and have the food delivered to us since its inception. Delivery is always quick and the delivery person is always friendly. But unfortunately it is increasingly noticeable that the pizzas are getting smaller and smaller, but the prices always remain the same. Well, quality has its price, no problem, you also want to support the local gastronomy. BUT the antipasti on offer this time for €14.50 is more than cheeky. So we spent just under €30 for a double portion of low-quality salami (supermarket), a few pickled mushrooms, iceberg lettuce (what's it got in antipasti?!), olives, four small slices of cheese, and ham (which is basically high quality ), a slice of tomato with mozzarella and peppers etc., paid. Sorry, that doesn't work! This is not only cheeky, but completely outrageous. Yes, maybe it was just a slip-up, and yes, the other times there was a lot more choice and higher quality goods delivered, but PLEASE work to ensure that at least a consistent quality of antipasti is available for this high price and is offered to the customer can. Otherwise, we will avoid the clubhouse in the future and will no longer be able to recommend it to our friends. Best regards HLP
