Unfortunately, as a vegetarian, I received a wrap with meat today, even though I ordered one that was explicitly marked as “veggie”. Since “Chicken Teriyaki” was written on the packaging, I specifically asked the saleswoman if it wasn’t the product named on it. She assured me otherwise.
Whether it was frustration with the job, a bad mood, envy or resentment that caused her to behave like that - I can only speculate. In any case, I feel sorry for her that she thinks she has to behave like that towards those around her. In any case, I won't be visiting the chain again and I can understand the other bad reviews...stay away!
We were attracted by a schnitzel with fries for €6.50 each.
Ordered 3 times with 1 glass of Pepsi, that was €22.90, which I paid with a 10 and a 20 bill.
After I had to wait around 10 minutes for someone to come to the checkout, the cashier deliberately claimed I had only paid €25, although fortunately other customers were also able to testify that this was not the case.
After a long discussion and meeting with the boss, I was legally given my change, but without the glass of Pepsi, which I then had to request again.
Everyone would understand if such a mishap were to happen, but with this disrespect and rude treatment, the visit was just pure insolence and a disgrace for the restaurant and the entire Mömax furniture chain in general.
It seems as if the restaurant employees act according to the principle:
"The customer exists, but I know better."
There was only one employee who seemed to be very friendly and accommodating to the customers.
The only reason this restaurant still exists is because it attracts people with its cheap prices.
But be careful! Don't be fooled because the food you get is at least half of what you can see in the food pictures.
I wouldn't give this restaurant another cent of my wallet.
If it were to close, it would be the best decision and an added value for customers and society.

The most difficult thing here is the price-performance ratio. In my opinion, the taste is also not a revelation. It's overpriced for what you get I think the mesh is extremely high. It's probably still a welcome change for vegetarians and vegans. I would maybe come again but if I can't get enough for €7 it's just too expensive for fast food, but the service in the shop is extremely friendly

- Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.
- Das Restaurant ist sehr kinderfreundlich: Es hat viel Platz, deshalb ist es für die Kinder nicht eng und sie können auch mal frei herum laufen und das Aquarium anschauen. Es gibt Hochstühle. Das Personal ist freundlich zu Kindern. Das Besucher-Klientel ist nicht pikiert, wenn Kinder mit dabei sind.
- Man bekommt gut einen Parkplatz, da direkt über dem Marktkauf.
- Es ist groß, deshalb bekommt man immer einen Platz; auch ohne Reservierung vorher.
- Personal ist freundlich
