Behaims Messerestaurant in Nürnberg

Since I've been working near Mömax for two years, I come there every now and then to eat, usually during my lunch break or early after work. Like yesterday. I cannot agree with the other opinions, my impression and that of my colleagues was entirely positive. The food is affordable and tastes surprisingly good for the cheap pricing! All in all, we paid less than €25 for piccatta, tagliatelle with shrimps and 2 schnitzels with fries. We waited for at least 15 minutes and were pleasantly surprised as it was very busy! As I have recently noticed, the staff have been reorganized: Miss Woolsey (restaurant) was very charming and attentive to our wishes - given the fact that she was very busy, she didn't deny me a smile, really, very friendly and competent! The same applies to our colleagues; contrary to other opinions, we did not have the feeling that we were being treated disrespectfully. The atmosphere didn't seem dirty at all, as there was always a young waiter clearing and cleaning the tables. The only drawback was the humming of the ventilation shafts at the entrance area; anyone who is sensitive to noise will have to struggle with this... Conclusion: we ate well! In a restaurant where we felt welcome and comfortable - thanks to the lovely restaurant manager, the good food and the clean environment! All I can say to the team is keep it up! And to the authors of the negative reviews: Try it again!

The most difficult thing here is the price-performance ratio. In my opinion, the taste is also not a revelation. It's overpriced for what you get I think the mesh is extremely high. It's probably still a welcome change for vegetarians and vegans. I would maybe come again but if I can't get enough for €7 it's just too expensive for fast food, but the service in the shop is extremely friendly

"A Disappointing Experience - Not Authentic at All" I ordered from House of Goa through Lieferando, expecting a quality Indian meal, but it was a huge letdown. I ordered Bhindi Do Pyaza and Murgh Masala, but both were completely off the mark in terms of taste and authenticity. Firstly, the Bhindi Do Pyaza was served in an unusual, tasteless green sauce. Traditionally, this dish has sautéed okra with onions and spices, not a bland, green curry base. It was unrecognizable as an Indian dish. The Murgh Masala was also drowned in the same unappealing green curry, with no distinct spices or flavors. It tasted nothing like what one would expect from an authentic Indian meal. This was honestly one of the worst Indian food experiences I’ve ever had, especially in Germany, where I’ve had much better from other Indian restaurants. Wasting 30 euros on such disappointing food felt awful. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I would caution others expecting authentic Indian flavors to look elsewhere.
