Unfortunately, my meal of fish, breaded with potato salad, didn't taste good at all. Fish was lukewarm and had probably been in the display case for a long time.

Dirty there. The tables were full of leftovers from the previous one. The food was a disaster. The staff simply gave you something that you didn't order. When asked, they simply turned around and ignored it. The table a few corners away then picked up their food from us. My meal was ordered schnitzel and chicken.....incredible. The staff was very, very unfriendly there and there wasn't much going on, so it's not possible to explain what we experienced there. When asked, they said "You're welcome to come behind and work here" and from then on I was speechless.

I'm happy that I can raise my rating to 5 stars, after a coupon that wasn't redeemed and my subsequent complaint email, I was invited by the boss for a coffee to make amends, I've been there several times now to eat schnitzel, price performance is easy here Top and the service employees are all friendly and motivated.

The worst prices ever, 1 piece of Pizza costs 7 Euro.

We wanted to eat something on Saturday evening at 5:34 p.m. - the counter was already completely cleared. When asked why there was no more food, the only response was a mocking statement: "We close at 6:00 p.m.".

The Mömax Restaurant is beautifully designed after the renovation, good menu and food is ok. BUT the service. Even though there was little going on, the staff was extremely overwhelmed with everything. You wait forever, dishes from the menu can sometimes only be ordered after consulting the kitchen. I have catering experience, the employees are supposed to work in the beer garden for a day, it seems like something from the job center. Never again!!! It's better to offer a self-service restaurant, the ambience and food were good

Staff is absolutely overwhelmed and incompetent. Ordered 3x Viennese style schnitzel. Everyone got something different. One pig a turkey and the other undefinable. Waiting times worse than at the airport terminal. Glasses were dirty and, as a highlight, mice were running past the tables. Every gas station rest stop has more charm. Absolutely not recommended. For your own health, it is advisable to avoid this restaurant.

I have never experienced anything like it ! Hands off !!! On the jar of lipstick from the customer in front of it Mouse runs between the customers and into the kitchen I ordered pork schnitzel and got chicken Service overwhelmed with ordering and checkout Food is in the bottom drawer, the fries can hardly be pierced with a fork A complete disaster!

The word vegetarian is thrown around relatively inflatedly. Even a ham sandwich is marked with a meat-free symbol.

We got coffee and cake in front of the xxl kiosk. We wanted to sit down at the mömax restaurant because there were seats available everywhere. Suddenly a waiter came and complained that the seats were only for Mömax restaurant guests. And loudly asked us to leave our seats immediately. Something so unfriendly.

Völlig ahnungsloses Personal. Schmutzige Kochjacken. Wirkt wie Arbeitsbeschaffungsmaßnahmen Mömax, macht da bitte mal was. Österreicher wissen doch eigentlich wie eine gute Küche schmeckt. Hier schmeckt gar nichts. Traurig für Nürnberg

Drinks are way too expensive!!!

Überteuertes Essen mit Kantinen-Niveau. Wir haben wirklich nichts großes erwartet, aber das war ein Unding. Schnitzel wurden mit einer Kinderhand voll Pommes ausgegeben, siehe Foto. Lieblos auf den Teller geklatscht, nicht mal ein Stück Zitrone dazu. Sagenhafte 3,90€ für einen Beilagensalat und dann gabs nicht mal frische Salatblätter. Das Cordon Bleu wurde toll mit Salat abgebildet, der war natürlich aber nicht dabei und auch nicht so vorgesehen, merkt man aber erst wenn man das „Kleingedruckte“ liest. Bei den gesalzenen Preisen könnte man seinen Kunden dann wenigsten gönnen die Getränke am Automaten nachzufüllen. Restaurant war unterbesetzt, wie wir mitbekommen haben ist die kassierende Dame heute auch nur eingesprungen und hatte sogar ihr Kind dabei. Da sollte der Arbeitgeber sich mal Gedanken um die Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit machen, wenn diese solche Leistungen erbringen müssen. Kein Wunder, dass das Essen dann so lieblos auf den Teller geklatscht wird.

So we enjoyed eating out often before Corona. My husband loved the currywurst and I loved the schnitzel, but also like vegetarian options. It was always very tasty and appetizingly prepared. Prices were also moderate. Last year it was still fine... although the quality has declined. But today it was a disaster. The first shock came just at the checkout. Ordered the same thing as always... over 10 euros more. Then the chip didn't work. Even though there wasn't much going on, we waited for almost half an hour. The currywurst was a normal bockwurst made hot in the deep fryer, fries were ok, the sauce... well you could eat it... and that for 8.90!!. I had pollock with potato salad. 2 small pieces, of course made hot in the deep fryer so that the breading came off on its own. Potato salad from the bucket and the fridge, so cold that your teeth hurt, slapped down carelessly, no decorations such as parsley or tomatoes. The fish comes with lemon... that was also missing and to top it all off, tartar sauce from the bag... and that for 9.90... what a disgrace!!. The wheat 4.90 and in self-service. In the cafe you pay a maximum of 4.50. So, to say the least, it's massively overpriced, cheap canteen food that isn't cooked, but is made hot from frozen in the deep fryer, and that for restaurant prices... You're served in a restaurant and then you're happy to pay more. I also noticed that the chip didn't work for other customers either. The boss?? walked around several times because some food was left behind and no one knew who was getting it. Just saying... I come from the catering industry... I know how things like that work. The only positive thing is... the facility is quite ok. ... .but they'll never see us again

Mediocre canteen food at totally exorbitant prices, everything is quickly thrown into the deep fryer and nothing more, fries are unsalted, currywurst sauce is also a finished product and employees always look as if they don't feel like doing their work. The biggest rip-off are the drinks: apple juice comes out with more foam than drink and a tiny cup of cappuccino with more foam in it than anything else costs over 3 euros The new high tables are also totally incomprehensible because you don't really want to eat on them

We actually just wanted to have a coffee, but the staff behind the counter and the overall impression were too unkempt and dingy for us. So we even kept our distance and just drank a coffee. My recommendation...just go to the XXL Lutz restaurant next door on the 2nd floor. See my review of this with 4 stars...

25 Minuten Wartezeit für ein Schnitzel und Pommes aus der Fritteuse, obwohl nicht viel Betrieb war. Essen war bereits größtenteils kalt, trocken und geschmacklos. Personal unkoordiniert und überfordert. Eine Mini Tüte Ketchup oder Mayonnaise kostet ernsthaft 50 Cent (?) Aufpreis, was einfach nur frech ist. Keine Empfehlung, spart euch das Geld und geht woanders hin.

Hallo das ist mir auch passiert heute Ich versteh die lange total, ich komme aus einem selbsttätigen Haus also wir sind selbstständig. Und ich wollte nur Ketchup extra haben und mir wurde gleich frech gesagt das kostet extra wie bei mc Donald. Ich mache bei Instagram Food Testing um neue Spots zu schauen. Das war sehr schade. Und ärgerlich Man hätte ja am Anfang fragen können wollen sie Ketchup dann wäre es kein Problem. Wie gesagt ich habe Verständnis aber gleich sich mit mc Donald vergleichen sehr schade bitte teilen sie ruhig das ihren Team mit alle gute 😀

Systemgastronomie aber unterirdisch: Hähnchen Cordon Bleu nicht durch Pommes nicht gewürzt 8,50€ Ketchup kostet extra Ich erwarte nicht viel bei dem Preis/Konzept aber halb rohes Hähnchen nein Danke. Nie wieder

Frau T. ist sehr unhöflich, maulend ggü. Kunden. Wollte meine 40ct Mayo mit einem 5€ Schein bezahlen, dann antwortet sie pampig ob ich 40ct nicht verstanden hätte und schmeißt mir den 5€ Schein entgegen. Auch bei der allgemeinen Bestellung sehr pampig, nimmt keine weiteren Bestellungen mehr auf, weil es ihr ‚jetzt Erstmal reicht‘. Essen ist okay. Ketchup gibt es zB nicht, nur Mayo. Service und Freundlichkeit ist aber unter aller Kanone. Frau Traut war zu allem Kunden vor und nach uns sehr unfreundlich und pampig. Offenbar nicht geeignet für den Service.
