My father-in-law, who comes from Franconia, wanted to introduce me to the delicious “Schäuferle” and I have to say: I was not disappointed. Delicious, crispy crust. Tender and juicy meat falling off the bone. Nice host who kindly introduced us to the history of the inn after work. Overall, highly recommended.
