Had dinner for two. Very cozy atmosphere! Impressively tasty food and the ingredients were fresh. You immediately feel comfortable and everything is very familiar. We will definitely be back.

I ordered food there twice today at 6 p.m., both times the food came the next day at 2 a.m. You think this is a joke but unfortunately not. I think 7 hours of waiting is way too long. So if you want to have the food in the next hour, don't order here.

I like old restaurants with a lot of wood. Price performance ratio is good. Cooking is still going on like before. Not a nice "dish language" but it still tastes good. Parking is not always easy. You may have to walk a few meters. The older gentleman in service is very helpful, but also grumpy. You have to know how to take it or want to.

Before the FV Öschelbronn game we stopped at the sports restaurant. Even though the game was still some time away, almost all of the tables were occupied by guests who were not part of the football game. People in the area probably like to eat at the sports restaurant. A good sign. Service: The lady in service was very nice and took our orders promptly. Both the drinks and the food arrived at the table promptly. Everything was good here so far. - 4/5 Eat: My choice that day fell on the trio plate. The trio consists of cevapcici, meat skewers and fillet. The trio was accompanied by crispy thin fries and Djuwet rice as well as a salad. The fries were super crispy, deliciously seasoned and just the way I like them. The Djuwetschreis was less my cup of tea, but I generally have a hard time with this variant, so it doesn't factor too much into the rating. The meat was very good across the board. At times it was a bit hard on the border of "dry", but I was happy because it was just on the border. In any case, it tasted very good. - 4/5 Value for money: I was a bit surprised here. To date, the price for the trio plate on the homepage is €16.90. But I was charged €18.90. It probably wouldn't have changed my order if I had known beforehand, but still not ideal. With two cokes I came to €27.50, which is a decent price for one person. - Quality is okay, and quality has its price, but a higher price for a sports restaurant with rustic furnishings. - 3/5 Conclusion: The food was great, the prices were almost indistinguishable from the restaurants in downtown Karlsruhe. The menu needs to be updated. Nevertheless, the bottom line was that I was very satisfied. - 4/5
