We went to Sushi Plaza for the third time today. The large amount of space and the children's play area are great. Everything seems pretty clean too. The sushi selection is good; the quality of the food is not a revelation, but completely fine. However, we have always noticed the service negatively, even though there was nothing going on in the restaurant on each of our visits. Today two dishes we ordered were not delivered and the drinks were also forgotten. While we were waiting for another order, a gentleman suddenly removed our soy sauce, wasabi and ginger bowls without asking. We then ordered baked bananas for dessert. These were still ice cold inside. At least we were able to return/cancel it without any problems and were allowed to take a baked banana home with us as a “consolation”. Despite today's disappointment, we are giving Sushi Plaza another chance because we generally like the concept.

Employees don't speak German and can't do math, they just add things to the order even though you didn't get it or ordered it, ginger was missing from the entire order, the wait was too long, they complain when you complain even though you complained too much You were charged for it even though you didn't order it, chopsticks were simply missing and you didn't get any with your meal, prawns weren't cooked through, not recommended!!!! If your employee tells me 10€ then I also pay 10€. It's not my problem that they don't speak German and if they don't really understand what you're saying to them and what you want from them and the table was NOT clean and it was EMPTY BOTTLES from PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS at the table so don't tell me anything that what I'm saying here isn't true because it's just facts and if you can't handle it, that's not my problem either

We ordered sushi there, it was super tasty and we found the price to be absolutely okay and fair... Delivery was reliable and great for the distance. Will order again

Service was friendly, but no one can speak German, so they sometimes don't understand what they want from you. Our table was missing chopsticks. We had to get the chopsticks ourselves. Glasses were dirty, the ginger was missing from the sushi. Sushi rice was dry. In some cases nothing was cleared at the tables, such as dirty dishes. The table was also dirty and there were still used glasses on our table. There were difficulties when paying because they didn't understand anything. Those at the checkout often miscalculated and had to go back because it wasn't correct and get our money back. Some things were missing from the order that we actually wrote down but didn't get but had to pay for.

Place an order for 40€, no wasabi and ginger🤣🤣🤣 how can you be so greedy, outrageous... On top of that, I had to wait 1.5 hours for my food. Not even an apology is probably normal. If you plan to order, you should expect a delivery time of 2 hours. Never again.

We recently ordered something and no one was there after 2 hours, so we thought okay, we'll call. After we called we were told that the next driver would come to us. Still nothing happens even after 45 minutes of the conversation. Sometime after 3 hours the driver came and no excuses, no nothing and we waited just over 3 hours! You should never eat with such rude service!

Overall a good experience. Price performance really good. Dark Rock didn't meet my musical taste that I expected. In terms of taste, you shouldn't compare it with restaurants where the sushi costs twice as much. However, that could also be because we simply had an evening where we were almost the only ones in the restaurant... At just under 30€ including a drink for 2, the price is really great!

The most important thing: it tastes really good. We placed our order there and wanted to take it with us. The promised 10 minutes turned into 30. So bring your time.

I'm really not one to do something like that, but it was catastrophic, I ordered at 8:13 p.m., called several times, was always called back and the man on the phone was always friendly, but at some point I called because I was waiting for an eternity, about 50 min then I said the driver had already left and he said YES, then I waited another 15-20 minutes and then called, then I was a bit cheekier Sound, because sorry but wait 1 hour?? The first impression was very messy. Ok, I thought they were renovating. Clutter “can” be. Sat down and ordered. I then had to tell the waiter to please clean the table if possible! Well, he did that too. I ordered the sushi. The order came and lo and behold, the soy sauce plate was also dirty. I just wanted to pay and leave! Then he came with the EC device and it was also dirty. NEVER AGAIN! Unprofessional high ten!

TOP food, great quality, competent staff! The boss knows his craft, top management. Also worth mentioning is the extremely cozy atmosphere and the welcoming ambience on site. Keep it up!

Ordered via Lieferando at 6 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Lieferando app showed "Delivered" - but I didn't receive anything. Despite the phone number stored, I didn't get a call that the food was there or something similar. The restaurant couldn't be reached by phone. It's a shame.

Super tasty sushi. Delivered warm and have a very fresh taste. Our order also came with a gift of four fried dumplings. Thank you very much again for that. I really enjoy ordering from Sushi Plaza and can recommend it to anyone who wants good sushi.

Good sushi. We haven't eaten there yet, but we always take something to go or have it delivered. The food is always good and the quality is right. Of course not cheap in terms of price. The restaurant itself is also very nicely decorated. The staff is friendly but had a bit of trouble taking an order for the next day.

Unfortunately, delivery service has very long delivery times (ordered 3x, between 2 and 2.5 hours each). Food very good, lots of vegan options, fair prices.

This is the second time I have ordered here. The delivery was made in the specified time, the sushi was fresh and the crispy rolls were still warm. Everything was very tasty, clear recommendation!

First delivery after almost 2 hours. Poor rating given in service. I was asked to remove the review and was promised a €15 voucher. Order directly by phone after 2 weeks. Order didn't come - supposedly traffic accident ;-) Free order was promised the next day at 8 p.m. Didn't come either. It's better not to order anything there if you're hungry!!

First of all, taste & quality is top! I've ordered sushi several times now. Out of 4 times, 3 times were a problem... something was missing, delivered completely wrong, even forgot to order... the sushi itself is fantastic and of great quality. I will order again in the hope that these problems will be resolved. It would be a shame to lose your customers like that.

I recently ate at Sushi Palace and was very happy with the experience. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, which made the visit pleasant. The restaurant itself has a modern and attractive ambience in which you immediately feel at home. The food, especially the sushi, was fresh and delicious. You could really taste that high quality ingredients were used. The portions were also large enough to fill you up, which isn't always the case with sushi. Overall, my visit to Sushi Palace was a positive experience and I would definitely recommend the restaurant if you are looking for good sushi in a pleasant environment.

This is one of the first places I came to when I arrived in Germany from Canada and let me tell you the staff was absolutely incredible and the sushi was amazing. I cannot thank Ahmed enough for his service as it was impeccable and made me feel right at home when I was here. 10/10!

Great food, very tasty. Friendly service and nice ambience. The “buns” are very tasty and a welcome addition to sushi, especially with children. Next time we would like to eat locally, as unfortunately there is a lot of plastic waste when eating to go. This could possibly be improved.

Unfortunately, my experience at Sushi Plaza in Niefern was disappointing. The food didn't taste fresh and was very mushy. The sushi rolls were far from what I expect from a good sushi restaurant. The textures were unpleasant and the taste left something to be desired. Additionally, the service was slow and inattentive. Our order took an unreasonably long time to be taken and the staff didn't seem particularly concerned about making our stay pleasant. Overall my visit was a disappointment and unfortunately I will not be returning.

We went there for dinner as a family... You come in and nobody looks at you! You choose a table, at some point an employee moves towards you and gives you a block where you have to laboriously write out all the dishes by their full name because the dishes are not numbered...😂 Sorry but it was really the last time we were there!!! Ordered delivery for 8:30 p.m. The news that the food was ready came at 5:50 p.m. We were still on the road and didn't read it until late in the evening. Otherwise you could have called again. Food was delivered more than 30 minutes before the agreed time. It's not OK. Then why make an appointment? Unfortunately we not only chose nigiri, but also tempura. The food arrived ice cold. Hard and dry. Also a disaster in terms of taste. Paid so much money for something like that. Not even wasabi or ginger. The owner had our honest review deleted immediately.
