The Wildhof is an absolute feast for the eyes. The ambience is very suitable and cozy. The food is really tasty and the portions of the dishes are also generous.

For me, yours is the best experience I've had in Hanau in a long time. For me it's currently my number 1. The taste you get here is second to none. Here I get what I unfortunately can't get in many restaurants these days. My taste buds are spoiled here. No matter whether it was the fillet steak, the salmon, the rosemary dumplings, the venison or whatever else I ate. Everything here simply tasted excellent. Some may say that yours is very expensive. Of course, I am aware that not everyone can afford this. But if I put the prices in relation to the quality offered and the portion size, then I have to say that the prices are absolutely fair and justified. The service is absolutely friendly and attentive and the restaurant itself has a very nice, appealing atmosphere. You should definitely make a reservation as the restaurant is not that big. In summer you have the opportunity to sit outside and of course it is also possible to get a table without a reservation. I can only absolutely recommend it. The atmosphere is really wonderful! Service was rarely visible to us, even a raise of a hand was "overlooked". But when someone came along it was really nice! We had booked “brunch”, but we only got breakfast! The latte I ordered only filled half the glass while the table next door got a well-filled one. When I asked if I could get a full one, all I got was a smile. It was tasty yes but it was far from brunch! It's a shame actually...
Today I had breakfast at Dan's Kitchen for the very first time. Simply delicious. Incredibly tasty! I highly recommend it. I had a yogurt mango bowl. It was so good. I highly recommend it, as well as the burritto and bagel.
tastes very bad. tzaziki is pure garlic sauce. all the sauces are bought. And the pizza dough was still raw and the cheese wasn't particularly good either. The employees aren't exactly nice either. fries were OK
People, this restaurant is really shit, we were 6 people and we waited for more than 1.5 hours just for drinks, we canceled food, bad talk to customers without respect, never again 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
The food was really delicious, the steak was cooked perfectly. The side salad now costs €4.50 extra, previously it was included.
I asked nicely if I could just get a side salad instead of fries or fried potatoes. This was of course possible, but I still had to pay the €4.50. Unfortunately, the boss quickly became very unfriendly and unwilling to compromise. She also declined a free salad that was smaller than the side salad as a replacement for the fries.
But when I just wanted to order the steak without any side dishes and asked if it would be cheaper - I was simply told no. As she left she complained about guests “like us”
I thought that was a shame, because for us, eating also includes the feeling of being welcome. Unfortunately, that was no longer the case here.
My conclusion: Very tasty food and a nice ambience - as long as you behave like a guest and don't have any special requests!

Since I was now able to read the response to my review, it confirms my impression. We were neither stubborn nor unfriendly. I was surprised and then actually shocked at the way in which our request and then demand was responded to in such an unfriendly manner. I didn't know that before. We didn't call the boss, but the waitress got her. The service was consistently very nice!
Already in the restaurant and now in the answer you notice that you are not welcome as a guest with special requests. That makes you more sad than angry! You can often only do something like this if you don't have to rely on guests. A good restaurant visit also includes good service! It's a shame to distort the situation like this. I would actually rather drive further away than eat here again!
