Today I drove from Dortmund to Cologne specifically to bring my family the tuna salad from Sushi Welt. I ended up taking lots of other sushi with me. It was world class!!! I haven't regretted a mile! The plate was cleaned and everyone was thrilled. Thank you dear team from Sushi Welt. 👏👏👏

A visit to Fujiyama is worthwhile for anyone who wants to enjoy running sushi in a relaxed atmosphere. The dishes vary widely, so that new delicacies always appear on the conveyor belt - varied and something for every taste. The service is friendly and attentive. The colorful tableware is reminiscent of the children's department at Ikea, but brings with it a certain playfulness. Overall, a successful experience with small weaknesses - but definitely worth recommending.

Unfortunately, it fell victim to a lack of staff. The food took a long time to arrive, and some orders were lost. However, we weren't tied to the time limit. The sushi rice was very overseasoned at the beginning. The food was okay. Towards the end, when there were fewer customers, it got better and better. So, I can recommend the place outside of peak hours.
