We ate in the restaurant last night and hadn't experienced such bad service in a long time. We were disappointed right from the start: after our arrival we were recommended an aperitif, but we wanted to study the menu first and then order. However, it took ages for anyone to come back to our table. To save time, we ordered food and drinks straight away. But our drinks just didn't come. Meanwhile, the neighboring table, which had ordered much later, was already being served. We had to ask what had happened - an attention that should have come from the waitress. It turned out that our entire order was not taken. When this mistake was finally fixed, the boss personally came to our table to apologize. Unfortunately, that didn't change the chaotic situation. After the starter we were brought an incorrect dish that was actually intended for the table next door. The tables were very close together, so we noticed that there were also problems at the neighboring table - wrong orders and drinks not taken. Overall, there was a real mess and other guests were visibly dissatisfied with the service. To eat: • Starter: The pumpkin soup and the bread with butter were very tasty. • Main course: The goose leg was okay, but not crispy. What was annoying was that we only noticed afterwards that the dumpling was missing from the dish - otherwise we would have complained. The pumpkin with sesame was unfortunately disappointing: mushy consistency and little taste. The potato wedges were similarly mushy and also unconvincing. • Dessert: The winter crème brûlée was very good. Despite a few culinary bright spots, the entire evening was a disappointment due to the restless and chaotic service. We won't be coming back.
