The rating at La Bouche was extremely difficult. In the context of google.maps, definitely 5 out of 5 and definitely a solid, good restaurant that you can recommend to everyone without hesitation! However, there is room for improvement if it is viewed in the context of "fine dining", whereby the target group will be somewhere between "fine dining" and "good bourgeois". Small criticism: The plates were warmed, which is definitely a positive, but some dishes were only served lukewarm (which, especially for slow eaters, means that the last bites are eaten cold). The bread was also a bit too dark in one place or another. In terms of taste, everything else was very good (in context), and the craft of cooking was also implemented very well overall (kudos to the kitchen). The service was very friendly and the customers' wishes were taken into account. There is a good selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A "wine accompaniment" to match the menu would have been desirable, but you can get along easily without it. Considered in context, the prices are very well chosen. For anyone who wants to get a foot in the door in the “fine dining” sector but is unsure whether it is the right hobby, La Bouche is a great place to get your first experiences. But you can also have a casual meal here for one or two special evenings. All in all a good restaurant that I can highly recommend!
