These new owners know their stuff. Very friendly, good food and always new ideas and events. Simply great and 100% recommended.

In the traditional Zahm inn you will be warmly welcomed and served. The friture served as a starter was good. Everyone was enthusiastic about the fish soup. Unfortunately, the moules marinieres/frites weren't that exciting. An overly generous amount of fresh garlic masked all other flavor nuances and thereby significantly reduced the enjoyment. The fries, on the other hand, were perfectly prepared.

We visited the restaurant after visiting the Saarlouis Christmas market. The food was extremely good and the portions were large, we ate schnitzel. It took less than half an hour for everyone to have their food. The only point of criticism is that the rooms are a bit too full and sometimes you are seated with 5 people at a 4-person table, people have "parked" each other at other tables so that someone from the next table always had to get up before you could even get out. The restaurant has been a popular destination for many tourists for years, but the rooms don't always keep up with the rush 😅
