When you order from Urfa by phone, the background noises are very loud and you cannot be understood. Delivery is not ideal after 6 p.m. as there are a lot of orders from companies then. Problems with parking if you pick it up yourself. But otherwise there's nothing to complain about.

My son is a regular customer, always a kebab box with fries. Always good. Ambience... well, it's also available to take away. Now I have also ordered something for myself. Doner box with salad. There was some sort of meat in it, yes, but I had to look for it. Nearly nothing! I've never experienced anything like that. €6.50 for some salad and sauce! It doesn't work at all!

Two years ago I didn't rate the restaurant so well because I didn't like the burgers. I would like to revise my rating today and give the restaurant five stars. It's quaint, quiet and here you can rely on the kitchen. You are fed and treated kindly. I have to emphasize the schnitzels positively, they are good at that. I really appreciate the beer and the fried potatoes.

A well-run, recommended restaurant with friendly staff, designed for quick meals - also for take-away if necessary, but also for consumption on site due to sufficient seating. The dishes could be a little more seasoned, but that's a matter of taste. Card payment possible, which is obviously still not possible everywhere these days. All in all recommended.

I've been a customer here for about 10 years. The food is always delicious and quickly prepared... it still tastes like it did on the first visit. The ambience isn't the nicest, but that's somehow the unique selling point in my opinion. First-time visitors shouldn't let this put you off!

I have noodle with wok vegetables and chicken. There was only a small 9 pieces of meat in the entire portion. It's impossible how you can harm people like that. Never with you again... I would like to take a photo, but I can't

The lady was very friendly, but friendly doesn't run a restaurant. Yes, there was a lot going on on the phone. Our meal still took a disproportionately long time. And still the chicken wasn't cooked through. Children's food was forgotten and then delivered very late, so that the child no longer felt like eating alone. Taste wise, but nothing special. Drinks are expensive in comparison and mandatory. Decor is quite nice, except for the many plate pictures that create a snack atmosphere along the counter. No card payment possible.
