We have ordered many times and have often waited more than 1.5 hours. I have never had any negative comments about it, as the response on the phone was always nice and friendly and the driver was asked when the delivery would be there. So everything is as it should be. However, the fact that I was treated so unfriendly (not to say boldly) today - by the managing director of all people - leaves me stunned. To hear "If you want food quicker, you'll just have to go to McDonalds and not order from us" due to a request after 1.5 hours is already outrageous enough. But it got even better. 5 minutes after the phone call, a gentleman called, he canceled our order and we should order somewhere else. Are you crazy??? He took another call from us regarding the refund with the words "I don't need your money, you'll get it back." Wow - Chapeau Mr. Managing Director, customer service and satisfaction are very important to you.

We ordered two chicken and a pork schnitzel and they served two pork and a chicken schnitzel to us. My friend who accidentally got this pork schnitzel was allergic to pork or any meat other than chicken. He took a couple of bites before realizing it was pork and immediately asked the staff of a possible mix up. The serving lady was nice to us. She apologized and replaced his dish with another chicken schnitzel.
