Das war wahrscheinlich der beste Burger, den ich je gegessen habe. Die Bedienung war schnell, die Preise sind zwar im Vergleich zu anderen Burgerläden etwas hoch, aber es hat sich absolut gelohnt. Ich würde definitiv wieder hingehen.

Ich war immer sehr zufrieden mit Unique Burger. Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich jedoch über Uber Eats bestellt und versehentlich eine falsche Adresse angegeben. Ich habe die Bestellung sofort storniert (maximal nach einer Minute) und eine neue (genau wie die erste) mit der richtigen Adresse aufgegeben. Uber weigert sich nun, mir mein Geld zurückzuerstatten, da Unique Burger behauptet, sofort mit der Zubereitung der Bestellung begonnen zu haben. Das ist nicht fair, da ich die Bestellung innerhalb von Sekunden storniert habe. Daher werde ich dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Der beste Burgerladen in München! Super freundliche Mitarbeiter und diese Burger sind einfach der Hammer. Mein persönlicher Favorit ist der Crispy Chicken Burger. Zusammen mit den Homestyle Fries ein absolutes Geschmackserlebnis. Muss man mal probiert haben. Einziges kleines Manko bei dem Laden ist die fehlende Toilette. Sonst ist alles top!

Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Wir bestellten den Jumbo-Burger (23 €). Für den Preis war das Fleisch nicht von hoher Qualität. Wenigstens waren die Pommes lecker.

Der Burgerladen hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht! Die Burger waren super saftig, frisch zubereitet und perfekt gewürzt. Man merkt direkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird – vom Fleisch bis zu den Zutaten. Auch die Pommes waren knusprig und einfach richtig gut. Die Atmosphäre im Laden ist entspannt und modern, ideal um mit Freunden etwas essen zu gehen. Das Personal war freundlich und schnell, was den Besuch noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Definitiv ein Ort, den ich wieder besuchen werde – klare Empfehlung für alle Burger-Liebhaber! 🍔✨

Wir bestellen seit Eröffnung des Ladens regelmäßig Burger. Heute mussten sich mein Sohn und Ehemann sofort vom Cheeseburger übergeben und das war leider nicht das erste Mal. Da es in der Vergangenheit auch bereits andere Probleme gab, werden wir in Zukunft nicht mehr bestellen. Ihr habt uns als Stammkunden verloren.

I ordered from them, and after noticing a burger was missing from my order, I called them. During the call, I was told it wasn't their problem and that I should contact the delivery service. I've rarely experienced such rudeness. When I inquired about a replacement or a refund, I was politely ignored with the response, "I packed everything correctly, so it's not my problem." Even McDonald's does a better job. That was the last time I'll ever order from them, let alone go there.

The restaurant was very cramped, the tables and chairs were uncomfortable, there was no cloakroom or toilet, and seemingly no heating. The burgers were actually quite good, but the fries were cold for all of us, and the burgers themselves were only lukewarm.

Everything was perfect and tasted delicious.

The vegan burger is absolutely fantastic. We also tried other things, but they were actually rather disappointing. We would definitely come back for the vegan burger, though.

Best burger I've eaten in a long time!!!

Couldn't tell you what the food is like as no manners to even try to serve me stood there for 15 minutes wasting my time while he spoke to others around me. I can understand it was busy but talking to people who walk in after me is plain rude.

I ordered a burger and I have to say, what a sensational smash burger! I had the American Cheeseburger Smash with two patties and I'm thrilled. The patties were perfectly smashed: super crispy on the outside with amazing roasted flavors, yet still juicy on the inside. The bun was fluffy and the cheese was perfectly melted. A must-try for every burger fan.

My honest review. When i first looked at the prices were quite expensive especially for a small cheeseburger. 10,49€? My honest price for that wouldve been 7,49€ atleast. Service was okay the taste of the food was great. Would i recommend it tho? Thoughts on that personally i would say no.

Ordered via Uber Eats and received a frozen burger for €60.

I accidentally ordered a pickup. Then I called and asked if they could please arrange delivery; it should be possible, right? No, they don't do that. And this after ordering like a regular customer for years, filling up countless loyalty cards. The order never arrives, my money's gone, thanks a lot.

The vegetarian burger was delicious. And the prices were reasonable. The service was friendly. Nothing to complain about. I recommend it for a quick meal anyday !

By far the best fries! You can choose between fries with or without the skin. The ones without are definitely recommended. The chipotle burger with bacon and avocado, or the chicken teriyaki burger, are also very good – the buns are a bit too greasy for my taste. But you'll still pay €35 for two burgers with fries. Fast food isn't cheap anymore. Oh yeah, "fast" wasn't really the right word. I waited 15 minutes in the restaurant for my takeout order. There weren't any other customers there at the time, but there were five Lieferando delivery drivers with their huge bags.

We wanted to order takeaway food, as advertised... It was supposed to open at 2 pm, but at 2:20 pm they were still very busy filling the fryer with oil and we were told straight away that it would definitely be a while longer... so we left and won't be trying again – what a shame.

Definitely one of the better places. A clear point of interest at lunchtime. The set menus are great and reasonably priced. Just pop in and dig in. That's how it should be.

We had the Unique Burger, American Smash Burger, chicken strips, and fries. The service was friendly and the food came quickly. The portions are generous, with a 160g beef patty on the burgers, and everything was delicious. Tender brioche, juicy meat, fresh toppings, crispy fries, and amazing sauces. I highly recommend Unique Burger. A true burger experience!

I went here last week and as an American, it seems this place was trying to do too much with burgers. I ordered the American Smashed Cheeseburger and it was fine, but the cheeseburgers at five guys are better. We also ordered cheese fries and onion rings which were okay, but not the best. I found it a bit weird that there was ketchup and mayo available at the table but on the menu they would charge you extra for both) if you order them.

The place is very small, with indoor and outdoor seating. The food takes a long time. The burgers are delicious and halal. The fries are enough for two people.

A very nice burger restaurant with delicious food! The staff is friendly, and the food is prepared quickly. You can also sit down and eat on site, there's good music, and everything is clean and tidy.

We ordered through Lieferando, paid, and never received anything. After 1.5 hours, we called to inquire. The phone conversation was unfriendly, they promised delivery, and then simply hung up. The food never arrived, even though we had paid. Absolutely disappointing. Never again!

We went here because the original restaurant we had planned on was closed. I am glad it was because their burgers were EXCEPTIONAL! The bun was amazing, and the meat was perfection! The sweet potato fries were also cooked perfectly. The gentleman who waited on us was very friendly and did a great job.

The delivery didn't arrive in full. The person in charge refused to complete the delivery. I will never order from here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The quality is 0.
