Rating for UniqueBurger I recently went to UniqueBurger and can say: it was worth it! I had the sweet potato fries, a cheeseburger and a chicken burger – and everything was really good. The sweet potato fries were nice and crispy, salted just right and not too greasy. The cheeseburger had a juicy patty, melted cheese and a fresh bun - just as it should be. The chicken burger was also great: crispy chicken, delicious sauce and a good ratio of meat to side dish. The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff friendly and the waiting time was completely acceptable. Price-performance ratio also fits. I'll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the chipotle burger and it was very good, the only thing that irritated me was that the kitchen was being cleaned when I arrived on a Monday around 4 p.m., but that just shows that everything seems clean 😅 If you're lucky, there are parking spaces on the street, but the location doesn't necessarily invite you to stay for a long time due to its small size

I have ordered from Laim several times. The food itself is actually always very tasty. But when I order, I always have difficulty communicating with the employees. Today I managed to order again and today I unfortunately have to say that there were 2 black hairs in my garlic sauce, which is not possible. I won't order there again, no thanks.

After the first bite I noticed a rubbery bite feeling in my mouth and had to spit it out immediately. Then I took my butter knife, split it in half and it turned out that the burer wasn't through for a €12 never again and no one answered the phone either!!!!!!

It was the best burger I've ever eaten, the meat was juicy, everything was warm, the fries were nice and crispy. The employees were also very nice and friendly.

The staff there is very friendly, the food was delicious and was brought to the table quickly. For dessert we got cookies, which were also very good. A big recommendation.

We ordered cheeseburgers and hot cheeseburgers with fries and mozzarella sticks. The food tasted great. Everything was warm and the fries were fresh. Few seats but comfortable. The staff is friendly. Since there is a lot going on, you have to wait a bit to get a seat.

I picked up food there once and had it delivered today. The burgers are great, for me one of the best burgers in Munich, the fries are good, but arrived lukewarm today. Unfortunately, the muffin arrived frozen upon delivery and the truffle mayo was forgotten, BUT! The phone calls were handled extremely nicely, understandingly and professionally. I cannot understand the negative reviews of the staff at the Oberhaching branch. Next time we'll eat on site and even if the delivery didn't go so well, there are still people, not machines and usually you can talk to anyone, it just depends on how you do it!

I ordered via Uber and ordered 3 burgers but only 2 burgers arrived. Then I called the store and they just said yes, bad luck, I don't know then I didn't feel like it anymore, they ruined my evening, thank you very much. I'll never order there again . As a restaurant you should offer compensation.

I have always really appreciated UniqueBurger in Laim and even gave it a 5-star rating last year. But unfortunately I am now deeply disappointed and am forced to reduce my rating to 1 star. What particularly shocked me was the inferior quality of the chicken patty in my last burger. The patty seemed like a cheap frozen product that you could get for 80 cents at any discount store. It was the lowest quality chicken patty I have ever seen. UniqueBurgerLime's website promises a high-quality filet, but in reality you get an inferior crunchy chicken patty, which is also used at fast food chains like Burger King. This is very disappointing and unacceptable for the high prices charged here. In addition, my request for a double patty was not taken into account. Instead I received a plain burger, which meant that the meat was barely tasteable in relation to the bread and sauce. This is particularly annoying since I always order double patty to avoid this exact problem. It's unfortunate that a place like UniqueBurger that specializes in burgers has such poor quality. I really hope that this was a one-time exception and that in the future the store will return to the quality that I once appreciated. Until then, however, I will place my orders elsewhere.

It's delicious, you can tell it's not cheaply made by the citizens. How about a gluten-free burger? Then my wife could come eat with me too. And maybe a vegan tempeh patty with it.

The Smash Burger is convincing and tastes good. Fries are okay, but I would only go there for the burger.

So despite a reservation, no table and even though we called and made a reservation. None of the employees cared at all, probably because none of them spoke German and they were busy watching football while working. I'll never come by there again.

I have eaten both delivery and onsite several times. Delivery orders: Delivery was made via Uber Eats (generally, dishes ordered from Uber Eats often arrive a little cool). Unfortunately, the fries arrived a bit limp, but unfortunately that's the case if you order them as delivery. One point of criticism is the Cheese/Chili Cheese Fries, where the cheese sauce sticks to the bottom and becomes a solid mass when it cools down. On-site: Service is friendly and efficient, although communication with some staff can be a bit difficult due to language barriers. Occasionally there are several delivery drivers on site, which can be a bit annoying due to limited space. Otherwise, I find the variety of burger variations and side dishes very appealing, and so far I have enjoyed all the dishes. I would particularly like to emphasize that everything is prepared halal. I think the price-performance ratio is reasonable.
