Huge market with plenty of parking spaces in front of the house. Unfortunately, the ladies at the checkout weren't that committed and a bit unfriendly. The specialist salesperson (dishes) was very patient and very committed. Thank you for your help putting together the tableware set

Unfortunately, we have always been disappointed so far. No buying advice, sales areas mostly dirty, furniture partly broken and dusty and very unattractive. Only one cash register is open with a long queue, discounts only attract customers. In the end, vouchers will only be credited to a limited extent. Only the young ladies in childcare were very friendly. If you have any questions, you will be referred to the “boss” without any concern. But after an eternity of waiting, the desire for another conversation has dwindled.

Never again furniture from Höffner!! Actually, I was always of the opinion that Höffner is one of the renowned furniture stores, at least from a price point of view you can probably put them in that category. About two years ago we bought a corner sofa from Höffner, delivery time was about 2 months, so it was pretty reasonable and not unusual. If only the ordered goods would arrive after 2 months! The corner sofa came in the wrong color... that's what happened, I thought. Our long-awaited couch was finally here, rather later than sooner. This year it was time for a new bed. Let's give the store a second chance, I thought. Selected, ordered and then it was time to wait again. This time 10 weeks (also ok..). The bed came in the right color, yay! Well, happy too soon. This time the mattress cover was missing. The supplier wrote a complaint and then left without accomplishing anything. There I stood with a bed and mattress foam without a cover. All I had left was the mattress protector I bought and the hope that my baby wouldn't spit up past the protector and onto the bed on the first night. Then I didn't hear anything for 4 weeks. When I called customer service I was referred to the online service. I explained my concerns and suddenly I had a delivery date in my email inbox the next day (coincidence?). The appointment was supposed to take place in mid-August (i.e. another 3 weeks later!!! That would have been a total of over 2 months without a mattress cover). So we went there to vent our frustration (no one wanted to talk to us on the phone 🤣). I could go on forever, but I have to get to the point at some point. So end of song: The cover has already been in storage for two weeks and we are happy to take it with us straight away. (Seriously?!). Well, as “compensation” there was a voucher worth 150 euros (about what they saved on delivery).. thanks for absolutely nothing.. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trip to customer service in Freiham. Rarely have I experienced something so outrageous But what I definitely have to mention: The advice is absolutely fantastic and very customer focused! The customer service and apparently also the logistics (incoming and outgoing goods inspection) an absolute disaster!)

My wife and I have shopped here several times. We were advised by Mrs. Montazerin (Gaderoben department) who took a lot of time to advise us. We felt that we were in very good hands and were really well advised, although our needs were not immediately offered high-priced products, but our needs were addressed in detail. We can therefore only recommend buying from Höffner, especially if you receive advice from Ms. Montazerin.

I bought an oak table with 6 chairs. Positive: The consultant on site in M-Freiham was friendly and helpful. But: I concluded the purchase contract on March 22, 2024. After a few days I was told the delivery time via email: week 30(!), i.e. around July 25th. —> 4 months after purchase! To prove their customer friendliness, a telephone number is provided. But this only leads to a recorded announcement, at the end of which you are thrown off the line. You feel like you're in the best of hands. In week 30 I didn't hear any sound, so I contacted Höffner again. Answer by email: Delivery week 37 (!!!!). That leaves you spitting away. To top it all off, today I receive advertising from Höffner via SMS - again only providing an email address to unsubscribe from. Question to Höffner: Do you have a challenge to see which of you scares away customers the fastest? We ask that you contact Höffner by email and that they take the matter seriously and that it does not meet your service standards. But that's just fake because I haven't received a response to my email yet. Please do not buy your kitchens from Höffner. You will no longer be happy in your life. It's a complete disaster. Even one star is too much for this. I really wish I had read the comments beforehand. Our kitchen, which really wasn't cheap, was delivered and installed in May 2021. It took an incredible 3 years for almost all of the defects to be corrected. We then eliminated the last deficiency ourselves because we simply had no desire, no strength and no nerves left. We hired a technician to use and adjust our dishwasher correctly. Unfortunately, the Höffner fitters were unable to do so. We also had to hear from the fitters that we shouldn't behave like that and ignore the defects. There is no customer service because you can't reach anyone by phone. Customer satisfaction is a foreign word for Höffner. Offers such as price reductions to appease customers cannot be accepted because no one can be reached at the number provided. If you need a new kitchen, go to IKEA. Or, if you have the financial means, have it done directly by a carpenter.

A miserable store with the worst service ever. We moved and bought everything from kitchen components to cupboards, dining tables, chairs, couches and armchairs and left a lot of money behind. Not a single delivery date worked out. Not a single order was free of defects. Either components didn't fit or parts were missing that you then had to wait months for! Put 6!

Never again kitchen at Höffner! I was deceived by the advertising that Höffner supposedly sells the most kitchens in Germany. And then let myself be lured by the “comparatively” cheap price. Unfortunately, I had to experience maximum incompetence at all levels. Starting with a hard-working but poorly trained and overwhelmed salesperson. About a sales manager who doesn't support his employee in any way. Up to and including a customer service department that can never be reached and is outsourced to some service provider in Saxony. The only bright spot are the fitters, who are very hard-working and polite despite the hassle that they inevitably get as the only personal contact on site. The one star also goes to them. Although we saved some money compared to the kitchen studio, the hassle involved made up for it. In detail: The worktops came wrong because they were not milled out. The kitchen island was at the wrong height. The ceiling trim strips were completely forgotten. Doors came with handles where none were ordered. Four drawers came half-deep because they supposedly wouldn't fit otherwise, which turned out to be incorrect advice. When replacing it, the fitters only had one drawer with them. I gave up trying to reach the customer service representative after about 10 unsuccessful callback requests. All in all, a great tragedy and an even greater disappointment. Update 11 months later: We have since received a new worktop because the other one cracked under tension due to incorrect installation. But what annoys me even more: Our sinfully expensive Bora Professional 3 trigger suddenly stopped working two weeks ago. So have Bora customer service come because of an alleged warranty case. It turns out that the filters were installed incorrectly. But since we commissioned Bora customer service ourselves, we are now left with a cost of €250. NEVER AGAIN HOPENER

Buying a kitchen from Höffner is a very unpleasant experience and I cannot recommend it to anyone or strongly advise against it. The first planning meeting was nice and a lot was promised. From the moment the contract was signed, things only went downhill. The date for measuring the kitchen was not confirmed and I had to find out for myself when the gentleman would come over so that I didn't have to spend a whole working day in an empty apartment without internet. Then he forgot to take important measurements. (Which I should then measure myself later and submit later) Regarding the planning: The kitchen planner made so many mistakes in the advice and planning that the planning (of a small kitchen) took 9 weeks! He made decisions over my head several times - my favorite: the structure and color of the fronts. Luckily, I found out for myself that the worktop I wanted was there. Then the suggested delivery date came for 8 weeks later. (We are then at around 22 weeks from the decision to purchase a kitchen from Höffner) Then I complained. Suddenly the delivery date was in 4 weeks. In addition, I was offered a drawer that initially had no space and now suddenly it should fit. I accepted that. Also because I'm somewhat dependent on having a kitchen and because the delivery time has been shortened. Then the next fun began - no confirmation of the delivery date or the drawer. Not even on request. The date was always loosely confirmed in telephone conversations with the caveat that it was unclear whether all the parts would arrive. 1.5 weeks in advance there was verbal confirmation (about the day, don't expect any times, that would be asking too much) I was still relieved because I had planned my vacation accordingly and declined customer appointments for the day, only to get the call on the delivery date itself that the fitters wouldn't be coming. This is as of now. My conclusion: Transparency, communication and service catastrophic. And not exactly cheap. Absolutely not recommended.

I ordered a dresser online which was a light grey, almost white. In real life it was way darker, medium grey and looked therefore completely different. All they offered me was 50 Euros off. That was it. They argued that the pictures weren't misleading and that the pictures were taken with a different "lighting" and that's why the dresser looked so much lighter online. NO KIDDING! I know German customer service sucks, but this was my worst experience.

The Höffner died for me. My parents ordered a bed. Delivery date: June 11, 2024. The delivery service will call one hour in advance. So the old bed is dismantled and made available to be taken away as agreed. The delivery service: "We have the wrong bed with us. Your bed was sent incorrectly." We have not received a new delivery date. We had to call several times to get a new one: July 17, 2024. More than four weeks. A joke. Whether it actually happens was anyone's guess. But it was actually delivered on July 17, 2024. The old bed could no longer be reassembled either. We were at customer service in Freiham on July 15, 2024: First we had to pass a large dog: very inviting. The "service" force was disinterested, cold and dismissive. Discount €80 for a bed with a purchase price of €1,600. Five percent. Another joke. And for the fact that my parents had to sleep on makeshift “beds” when they were 75 and 72 years old. You can order furniture. But definitely not at Höffner anymore.

We bought a very high quality bed where the drawers didn't work when assembled because the board that the rail rests on is too far away from the drawer's roller. The service person who came to repair the drawer actually claimed that the floor was not level and that that was the reason why the drawer was not working. That's a disgrace and not really a good understanding of customer service. I'll let you know if we get the problem solved. I would never buy anything here again.

Unfortunately, our experience with Möbel Höffner was, for the most part, extremely bad. We were sold a bed at the end of May, the consultant promised us delivery within 3 weeks if we took this bed in this form, otherwise it would take 8 to 12 weeks. The bed will be in stock. This statement quickly turned out to be untrue. A delivery date was soon agreed for mid-July. When asked, they said the bed wasn't in stock, we'll see what happens. Nobody felt responsible for a timely delivery. We should wait now. A week later we were suggested a delivery date from the end of July. After many phone calls to people who didn't want to be responsible, it came out that the bed was not in stock, only the frame was in stock. When we wanted to cancel and there was apparently no interest in on-time delivery, we had to pay a 10% cancellation fee. The seller didn't think he was responsible. According to their own statement, this behavior even shocked the delivery date agreement (relevant quote: they are always quick to sell) It was only after countless phone calls that another service person (she was probably the only one who was interested in customer service) explained to us that we could simply pick up the bed in a few days and that she could also give us a larger discount. Why not like that? Unfortunately, apart from the last lady, no one thought they were responsible, that's not service!

We ordered a sofa on December 29th, 2023 for more than 6,000 EUR. After several delays, it was finally delivered in early April 2024 - unfortunately damaged. During three service visits some of the defects were corrected and it was decided that a part needed to be replaced. This replacement delivery is scheduled for the end of September. In short, if you have a lot of patience and like to wait at home for service staff, Möbel Höffner is certainly the right choice for you. For everyone else (including me) it's probably not the right store...

Correction of my recession I'm raising it from 1 to 3 stars because Höffner actually made a lot of effort to solve the problem. I received reinforced cladding that will hopefully hold up now and they can't be blamed for mistakes made by the manufacturer Nolte. Bought a kitchen for 24,500 euros in 2020. First of all, the siffon was leaking. OK. Has been repaired. Water damage at least not visible. In 2022 the refrigerator panel broke!!! Just from opening and closing. ! 2024 The refrigerator panel is hanging crooked again and the extractor hood panel is falling off because a pin has broken off. Höffner doesn't want to do anything anymore. I would really advise against it. Carpenter's kitchens don't cost much more and don't fall apart after 4 years.

7 weeks after I ordered my 200x180cm bed, I received a message that apparently the wrong 200x140cm bed had been ordered. Apart from the fact that it only occurred to us after 7 weeks that the wrong bed had been produced, we were also offered my compensation or something else, now I would have to wait another 9 weeks until the bed was delivered. Actually, you should have paid attention to the extremely bad reviews everywhere on the Internet. My mother-in-law has had to sleep on the floor for more than 2 months because it is obviously impossible to deliver a bed complete and intact. If you then ask about compensation on the phone (where you can only reach anyone using tricks and detours) you will be told off with the motto "legally we don't have to do anything" or you will hear comments about the invoice amount in an extremely derogatory tone. No understanding whatsoever, no solution orientation whatsoever. As a customer you are really just cattle who have to keep their mouths shut, even if that means that a lady has to sleep on the floor for 2.5-3 months. How a business can survive like this in the long term is a mystery to me.

We ordered a sofa in February. Delivery time should be around 9 weeks. After 11 weeks it arrived faulty (a visible gap between the bed box and the upper part). After a complaint, someone came by at some point to look at it and document it. A few weeks later someone was supposed to come by and replace the sofa part - but again they just looked. Both times we took the time to receive the new sofa part. To date nothing has happened. Emails aren't even responded to anymore. We are very disappointed.

Extremely disappointing service and unreliable delivery I ordered a box spring bed from Möbel Höffner, but the entire process was a disaster. The original delivery date was exceeded by over four weeks without me being informed. On the day of delivery, the carrier called and told me that he would move on because there is no truck parking in front of my house. My suggestion to park in the garage entrance and unload the bed before looking for a parking space further away was rejected because then you would have to walk. I was even advised to organize no parking signs for 160 euros and put them up on the day of delivery - completely unacceptable! I also booked the assembly of the bed and the disposal of the packaging materials for 69 euros. Despite this booking, the shipping companies only unloaded the bed without assembling it. They seemed annoyed and while carrying it in, they damaged a wall by banging the door open, which left a dent in the wall. As I urgently needed the bed that day, I was forced to book an external service to set it up for 260 euros. Höffner's customer service was also a disappointment - no direct phone number, just an online form. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Möbel Höffner and strongly advise against purchasing it. I hope this review helps other potential customers make an informed decision.

We ordered a kitchen through a Möbel Höffner employee. We would like to warn other consumers not to buy a kitchen from Möbel Höffner. A salesman, here Mr. van der Marel, comes to the house, persuades you to sign a contract on the same day with partial payment in advance, after which he is difficult to reach and doesn't bother. The kitchen was supposed to be delivered in early June but finally arrived today July 3rd. Although we warned several times, we couldn't get an appointment until July 3rd. My husband would have to cancel his vacation in Türkiye and fly to Munich for this appointment. Although we had comfortable space on the quiet one-way street for delivery activities that other trucks also use every day, they insisted that we should apply for a parking space, which was supposedly written down in small letters in the contract. In fact, the contract states parking for deliveries and not parking for the whole day. The assembly team then simply drove away without delivering. Now we are without a kitchen for a long time. This will probably result in a lawsuit. A lot of trouble for nothing.

I have been shopping in your house for years, most recently a bathroom interior and before that 2 kitchens, and I can only recommend you. The second rating for the shipping company you work with wouldn't even get 1 star from me. The appointment and the questions associated with it were treated so unfriendly that it prompted me to write this review. If a responsible manager reads this message, it would be a suggestion to conduct training there. I will still enjoy shopping with you.

First of all: For God's sake, no matter what you do, under no circumstances buy your kitchen here... Have you ever bought a kitchen here? The mechanic screws into the power line... Result: tearing open the wall, redoing the power line, kitchen without electricity. Now to the current kitchen: Not only is half of it missing (complete trash can system, high-voltage splitter for stove and oven, the complete pull-out system for the double drawers), almost every second part has a flaw (scratches in the glass, dents in the wood, breaks, etc.)… Despite the presence of one of the buyers, the fitters simply went about their work and cut the back wall incorrectly and used the wrong color for the joints. Well, the order didn't say what color you wanted, but ask? Certainly not… Oh and since the splitter in question is missing, which was bought specifically because it was prophesied that the fuse would fly when the oven is connected to the sockets: of course the fuse will fly Not only are the prices beyond good and evil, the service and performance are terrible. And I don't even blame the fitters the most because they weren't even told some things. But to respond to the statement that the back wall is wrong with: “You should have said that earlier” is cheeky. There's a plan. You can see what it should look like and if you're not sure, ask. Service and so on… UPDATE: The dishwasher wasn't installed even though I paid for it. There are also no accessories for it, so the dishwasher cannot be used. The Höffner doesn't care, it will be improved in 6 weeks. Booking a carpenter to correct Höffner's omissions and sending the invoice to Höffner is refused. One star is still too many, we can only advise against buying a kitchen from Höffner. It started with planning errors by the sales staff, then parts of the kitchen were delivered incorrectly and various elements were damaged or installed incorrectly during assembly. As a result, we have now had 13 (!) appointments at our home by Höffner employees in the past 7 months. Of these, three appointments were directly from customer service, who diligently noted the outstanding issues, but apparently there was no one who really took care of them afterwards. So far, the Höffner company has not managed to correct the defects and finish assembling the kitchen. For 7 months there have been back walls in our living room, wall shelves that need to be installed and a replaced base cabinet that needs to be picked up Unfortunately, for the reasons mentioned, we had to hire a lawyer because we had given up hope of getting a finished kitchen without expert legal advice. We can therefore only recommend buying the kitchen elsewhere!

My expensive matt and high-gloss white fitted kitchen has been yellowing on some of the fronts, side panels and edges for several years. After a lot of back and forth and now a very long time, I seriously received the offer that someone could take a look at it and I would have to pay 250 euros for the "visit". The quality of the furniture and the delivery time were fine. Unfortunately, the sliding doors of the wardrobe were installed the wrong way round, which I didn't notice right away. This was then corrected about three weeks later by three fitters. They were also quite cheeky about the complaint. After a good year now, fasteners are falling off the doors. I repaired this as best I could, but discovered that all the screws were completely overtightened and some were missing. Because of the torn out screws, a holder that holds the heavy door in the running rail was also quite bent. It wouldn't have taken long for the door to fall off. This is also quite dangerous! So definitely avoid the assembly service! So I contacted customer service via email. But I don't expect anything from that. You only get inappropriate automated answers there. Addendum 1.6. To date, no one has come forward.

Never again Höffner! Bed ordered and according to the seller, delivery time 9 weeks. After 10 weeks nothing had arrived, no updates on the delivery status the whole time, so I called and asked. After 5 phone calls with employees saying “I can’t do anything about it,” we finally got someone in customer service who got to the bottom of the whole thing and got back to us as promised. Unfortunately no positive news: delivery again 5 weeks later than announced. Money back as compensation would only be given after delivery. After a night of sleeping on it and the feeling that I was being ripped off, I called today and canceled it. The last thing to do with customers who spend so much money there!

Update May 23, 2024 …never ending story! Today the new equipment cabinet with the one that has been in effect since March 20th should be installed. missing microwave. We once again completely cleared out the kitchen. And what happened!? The “professionals” come without a microwave, but with a new cupboard! Now 2 months have passed without a microwave and Höffner can't manage to deliver a complete kitchen! We are slowly moving towards compensation, as the last attempt to repair the super cheap LED adhesive strip, which fell off again after 8 hours (AliExpress quality for €160), could not be repaired. We hope that Höffner will have the kitchen finished by the end of the year. #IronyOff Reduced to 1* because unfortunately less is not possible. Update from April 26, 2024 Update for the following reasons: The local customer service makes an effort, but the central customer service is underground! No callback, no availability, no response to emails, no update of the status, delivery status, planned repairs and complaints. We still don't know when we will be able to use the kitchen as we ordered it. I'm afraid it won't be until about 6 months when all the missing parts have been ordered and assembled. To do this, we have to completely clear out a kitchen unit so that a new cupboard can be installed. After more than 4 weeks, the NEFF microwave we ordered is still missing because the wrong built-in cabinet was allegedly delivered. We don't know when the new one will come because we are not informed about it. Incorrect drawers (only half depth) were also delivered and installed (under a trough fan), even though the seller and system can use the normal depth. For the normal depth, we had to sign a liability waiver due to fears of moisture from the downdraft fan, as they had also forgotten to offer partial air ducting. The LED strip, which was delivered after 5 weeks, was glued in at 11 a.m. yesterday and was almost completely removed by 9 p.m.! It is not screwed or mounted into a screwed bar. After sale support only runs through central customer service, which leaves the customer completely out in the cold and does not communicate or inform them. If you talk to the salespeople in the Freiham branch, they refer to the local customer service, which refers to the central customer service, which, however, almost plays dead. Therefore underground! The kitchen fitters were good and friendly, only the second team only stuck the LED tape for a few hours. The bathroom fitters wanted photos of the bathroom furniture they ordered so that they knew how to assemble it, the operating instructions for the automatic. I had to read the LED lighting, which is supposed to switch on when there is movement, and explain to them that the sensor behind the drawer makes no sense.. :-( They didn't listen to my wife and didn't want to park in front of the house. 2* for the first two kitchen fitters. For kitchen and bathroom installations, it is advisable to stock up on multiple sockets and 2- or 3-wire extension cables beforehand, as bathroom fitters in particular do not have any materials with them during installation, even if you pay €500 for them. Old post from March: WOW - we are thrilled with the professional work and excellent service we have received so far. We bought a complete kitchen from Höffner and renovated our bathroom. So far the service has been perfect! A great, professional team that is available to provide support even if difficulties arise. Service is very important here, even after the sale! Thanks for that!

Very disappointing and unprofessional. tl;dr: Price is good, but not worth the hassle. We bought a kitchen from Höffner on August 7th. Nice advice, good price. Delivery date agreed and received fairly promptly. This is where the good part ends. In the end, the dishwasher was not available, so it was replaced with a slightly inferior model. No price reduction was offered, what the hell, probably not a big difference and the overall price is still right. The delivery date arrives, part of the kitchen (it was never mentioned before that several appointments were necessary) is being installed. Floor a bit scratched. What the heck, it happens. Measurement for worktop is coming. Employees from the partner company express suspicion that the oven and hotplate are too close to each other. It's better to contact a kitchen planner again. No sooner said than done, kitchen planner's suggestion: replace the stove cabinet, lower it. Disadvantage: Baking tray drawer has to move. Rejected because there was no more room for baking sheets. Planner looks at everything again and says it's okay. Two weeks go by, nothing happens. Ask when the delivery date is. Statement: It doesn't work, the cabinet needs to be adjusted, a slightly smaller drawer remains. OK, whatever. Two weeks pass (demand in between). Slow communication with several days between replies... I have set a deadline to complete the whole thing in the next two weeks (it is now February). Is smoothly ignored. End of February, still no delivery date. Somewhere along the phone it was agreed that the drawer unfortunately didn't work and that a base drawer should be installed. Not ideal, but OK, whatever... Several phone calls to customer service regarding delivery dates. Frustration now immense. Get an appointment at some point. Fitters want to come and install a new stove cabinet, but they can't, it doesn't fit with the base drawer. So only a drawer was installed, a new stove cabinet in the basement. As a test, I want to put the baking sheets in the base drawer. Don't fit in. 🤦‍♂️ Planner cannot be reached. Customer service recommends having the plate installed anyway. Said and done. Plate is in. Oven and hotplate specifications not met. It is now mid-March. I'll reach the planner eventually. Message Stove cabinet should fit. Baking trays don't fit? It's not that important, is it? But it is important. Kitchen was expensive enough that the baking sheets had to go somewhere. Proposal rejected. Requested for improvement and completion. A month goes by, several emails, no contact. Uninstalled backsplash has been waiting in the study for months. Now it's the end of April and I have to start looking for a lawyer. I had imagined it differently.
