Large furniture store in Freiham with many accessories, constantly great deals, and a great restaurant. Christmas tree sales at attractive prices and good quality during the Christmas season. Very good parking. Unfortunately, the staff, which you had to find first, were rather unmotivated, almost listless. We wanted to buy a Liebherr freezer combination for around €1,300. After about 20 minutes, a salesperson came over who was unenthusiastic about answering questions. We left empty-handed.

Hello, stay away from Höffner Furniture. You have to find such an incompetent store. You pay for everything, then you have to wait six weeks for a cutlery insert, which is embarrassing enough. After repeated inquiries, they send out the cutlery insert, then mix up the billing address and the delivery address, and then you get an email response like this: "Hello Mr. XXXXXXXXX, thank you for your email. Please clarify the next steps with DPD. If the package is not picked up, DPD will return it to us." That's all. I don't have a contract with DPD, but with Höffner. My experience with this supposedly specialist store is only vague and not recommended. Unfortunately, I have to give it one point, but Höffner is a zero.

Sale was very good. The assembly was not so good as it wasn't finished in one day. Because the completion date wasn't available on the phone, it was always a problem. Then you write and wait for a reply. The oven isn't closed properly, the dishwasher isn't installed, the bottom strips are missing, and the top strips are missing too.

We went to Höffner Freiham on a Tuesday morning when they opened to get advice in the kitchen department – with the clear intention of purchasing a high-quality fitted kitchen. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in this regard. The first employee told us he could only begin consulting in 10 minutes at the earliest – even though he was obviously free and neither speaking to a customer nor on the phone. When we pointed out that we would like to start now, he responded somewhat snippily with, "Oh, 10 minutes – really bad, isn't it?" – which didn't leave a particularly professional impression. A second consultant, whom we politely approached, simply said, "No, unfortunately I can't," without offering any further suggestions or referring us to a colleague. He, too, wasn't visibly busy. There were enough colleagues on site, so that wasn't the problem. We were simply left standing there. Worse still, the second consultant even grumbled at us a bit. We left quickly – and immediately afterward, we bought our new kitchen at a nearby kitchen store for a solid five-figure sum. It's a shame, since we bought our living room suite and a Hülsta living room cabinet from Höffner last year, and we would have liked to do the same with the kitchen. Especially with products like kitchens that require a lot of advice, an open, service-oriented approach would be very desirable.

I bought a corner sofa on March 11, 2025, and it was supposed to be delivered in about 12 weeks. On May 28, 2025, I received an email asking me to contact them about the delivery date! I also contacted them by phone, and the woman on the phone said they wouldn't deliver until June 24, 2025. I had a few questions and tried to speak to them, but she didn't even want to listen. She was rude and even impertinent. She just hung up. What kind of service is that? I complained by email and unfortunately didn't receive a response. Therefore, I can neither recommend Höffner nor will I ever buy anything from them again.

It's truly unbelievable. We bought a couch at the end of February, and now it was finally time for us to get it. My boyfriend and I were supposed to receive our couch on Wednesday, May 28th, between 12 and 6 p.m. Imagine who didn't get their couch? Of course, us! My boyfriend took half the day off and waited in vain for the couch. At 6:15 p.m., we called them and were told they had already arrived. No one called or notified us! They're already stating a 6-hour delivery timeframe, and then they don't arrive within the specified timeframe!! Now we've been promised a quicker delivery date, which would now be on June 26th, between 12 and 6 p.m.!! Wow, thanks for nothing!

Never again will I go to Höffner Furniture. The staff is usually friendly when making a purchase. If you have a complaint, they pretend to be deaf, dumb, and blind. It's a disgrace how you have to be treated there. Fortunately, there are plenty of other furniture stores that take their customers seriously and don't treat them like supplicants. Unfortunately, I have to give it one star, otherwise I can't post. But Höffner deserves zero stars.

One star is too many, this shop is more than awful, employees who just chat with each other and when you speak to them they hardly make any effort and only do the bare minimum, so unfriendly! We bought a dining table with a ceramic top and an extendable one, it was delivered but defective, we had to drive from Augsburg to Munich to complain, the new table was delivered DEFECT AGAIN, how incompetent do you have to be or do you just sell the most rubbish? We don't have a dining table and have to wait weeks for a new one, no thanks, so much effort and no effort on your part.

Actually, 0 stars because your refrigerator consultant was so unfriendly and definitely didn't care about his job. When I asked friendly questions, I received aggressive and rude replies. The gentleman didn't even get up from his chair to give me advice or anything. He didn't care whether I bought anything. According to him, I would only get the refrigerator after a four-week wait due to delivery. It's funny that the delivery time on your website is one week. I'd give the gentleman some training, as he apparently has no idea about your product and also no idea about dealing with customers. It all happened on May 21, 2025, at around 11:35 AM. You should urgently talk to this man, because he caused you to lose at least €1,000 in sales today. Addendum: I received a call from Möbel Höffner three days later to clarify the situation. A very nice lady took care of the matter and will speak to the employee. I think that's a good thing, as it shows that Höffner won't tolerate this kind of behavior.

There are companies that would buy anything from you, from gummy bears to prefabricated houses. Höffner Furniture is definitely not one of them for me. I wouldn't even buy a single gummy bear from this company again. I've ordered 9 kitchens! When I ask about delivery dates, I have to listen to recorded messages for hours only to end up on a line where no one answers. I've spoken to at least 10 different people on the phone since then, many very friendly but unfortunately not responsible. What a chaotic company! Most recently, a kitchen was incompletely installed. When I enquired about a completion date, I found that I would have to wait 6 weeks. This means my tenant has no usable kitchen. It's outrageous. I can only advise against using this company.

We received Höffner vouchers and wanted to use them to buy a couch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But unfortunately, the new voucher terms and conditions are absolutely outrageous. You are now only allowed to redeem three vouchers worth €100 each for one purchase. But this isn't even clear when selling the vouchers. Now we had to cancel everything and split it into individual purchases. This is extremely inconvenient and annoying for the sales staff, the cashiers, and especially the customers. Even the manager didn't address the situation when the cashier contacted him. It's an absolute disgrace that you can't redeem purchased vouchers as needed. I can't understand why! The consequence: no more vouchers and no more purchases at Höffner. Then it's time to go to the competition!

I had a disappointing experience in the cafeteria of the Höffner branch in Freiham on May 23, 2025. When I simply requested wheat beer glasses, the employee in charge initially reacted reluctantly, preferring to argue with me rather than consider my request in a customer-friendly manner. Only after repeated inquiries did he reluctantly go to the kitchen, returning a few seconds later and explaining that there were no clean glasses. Considering the fact that the cafeteria was barely occupied and several employees were standing around idly, this behavior seemed indifferent and lacking in service orientation. Even more disappointing, however, was the response to my subsequent complaint: a brief, standard statement that my comment would be incorporated into "quality management." No concrete apology, no genuine addressing of the incident. That's not what serious customer service looks like to me. I canceled my purchase that day – a company of this size should take customer orientation and professionalism much more seriously.

This is the worst junk shop in all of Munich and the surrounding area. Just go to the competition. I showed up with the intention of making a purchase and left in a bad mood without any merchandise. No employees to help me because they supposedly aren't from the department but stand around like scarecrows. I was interested in a lounger, and after 30 minutes of asking around, I couldn't find a price (nor could the employees). It's simply disastrous, and there are complaining customers all around me.

We had scheduled a kitchen consultation online for May 16, 2025. Unfortunately, this appointment prompted me to write a corresponding review. We need a kitchen for our new single-family home, which will be ready for occupancy in 9 months. We had plans with us and found something in the showroom. But that didn't interest the seller; the budget was the most important thing for him. We were asking for around €20,000, we said, with considerable tolerance. The seller didn't address our kitchen ideas in any way, just told us how expensive the parts and appliances were... he didn't even need to do the work, the budget wasn't enough. Our kitchen is less than 10 square meters! If you don't want to... we just left and drove around the corner to Asmo Küchen! We should have done that right away; the budget was sufficient.

I would like to share my wonderful experience at Höffner Furniture in Freiham. I've been to this store several times, including in the living room department on the first floor and also on the ground floor. Unfortunately, I received less than pleasant customer service twice on the first floor. The employees were very sales-focused, and at the slightest hint or comment that I wanted to think about it a bit, both employees were immediately dismissive, disinterested, and dismissive. So I went to the living room department on the ground floor. Everyone there, especially my colleagues Ms. Seyhan Demirel and Mr. Rast, were very friendly, personable, and very competent and honest. I felt very well looked after by Ms. Demirel. So much so, that after a few days of consideration, I went back to her straight away and was able to openly discuss my ideas. She is so honest and competent - unbelievable! Truly great! I'll put that under CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unfortunately, the purchase didn't work out after all, as I found my dream sofa on the first floor. However, I can highly recommend the wonderful employees Ms. Demiral and Mr. Rast on the ground floor. With that in mind, I would like to sincerely thank both of them for their honest and excellent advice. So, since I wanted to get my dream sofa from the first floor, I decided to try again and went back to that department with mixed feelings. And I was pleasantly surprised and could hardly believe that there was still an employee there who knew how to advise and serve customers. Mr. Jakob Stöcklhuber from the living room department on the first floor was also incredibly competent, friendly, and respectful, just like the two colleagues mentioned on the ground floor. I was simply stunned and very happy with Mr. Stöcklhuber's excellent service. A big thank you to him as well! I'm very glad that there are still some employees at Höffner who provide customer service with motivation and enthusiasm. GREAT! We'd love to have more great employees like this. 23 months and no finished kitchen! One star is still too many; we can only advise against buying a kitchen from Höffner. It started with planning errors by the sales staff, then parts of the kitchen were delivered incorrectly, and various elements were damaged or incorrectly installed during assembly. As a result, we've had 13 (!) appointments with Höffner employees at our home in the past seven months. Three of these appointments were directly from customer service, who diligently noted the outstanding issues, but apparently there's no one who actually follows up on them. So far, Höffner hasn't managed to fix the defects or complete the kitchen installation. For seven months, our living room has had back panels, wall units that need to be installed, and a replaced base cabinet that was supposed to be picked up. Unfortunately, for the reasons mentioned, we had to hire a lawyer, as we'd given up hope of getting a finished kitchen without expert legal advice. We can therefore only recommend buying the kitchen elsewhere! Update August 2024: Höffner has now visited us for the 14th time, with advance notice to complete all outstanding work. Of course, this didn't work out. Among other things, the oven base cabinet was to be replaced and the kitchen back panel was to be installed. When unpacking the base cabinet, the employees discovered that it was damaged and needed to be reordered. During the installation of the back panel, the installers damaged it and it needs to be reordered. The eccentric control mechanism is incompatible with the sink, which has now been discovered for the third time. However, it is apparently impossible for Höffner to fix this. Update May 2025: We have now had over 20 on-site appointments. The sink's eccentric control mechanism is still the wrong one and has been reordered again. Höffner is now threatening us with late fees and interest if we don't pay the outstanding amount.

Last year I got a box spring bed. The assembly and delivery were great. Then last week I got bathroom furniture. Which was also delivered and installed on time. Very nice installers. Today, a fantastic kitchen. The installers arrived at 7:40 a.m. and had everything ready. The assembly went quickly and smoothly. The installers were very nice. Everything fit perfectly. The kitchen is beautiful. If I need anything new again, I'll only go to Höffner. The salespeople are also very nice and helpful. You don't get the feeling that you're being forced to sell something. I'm very satisfied. Keep it up.

Fun isn't always easy... First things first. We were nearby, so we took a look around at Höffner. There's actually a nice, unique piece of a bathroom cabinet. Reduced from 499 euros to 149 euros, believe it or not. No matter what, I bought it, unfortunately you can't just take it from the first floor; the little cabinet has to be transported to storage by a "specialist," which isn't that quick, of course. It's from the first floor to the ground floor. It's supposed to only take 3 days... After 3 days, Höffner will definitely call you and you can pick it up. But you pay right away... A week goes by, no call... Second week, no call... We drive there, the cabinet is untouched on the first floor. We grab a shopping cart and load it ourselves. Show the receipt at the checkout, and we're done. Think again... Two weeks later, the mail arrives, our box is ready for pickup from the warehouse. I thought it was a one-off item? I call Höffner (15 minutes on hold) and say we've already picked up the goods. The lady on the phone doesn't understand anything at first and says that's not possible, the goods are in the warehouse. Eventually, she gets it and says the goods are being sold off. Another 14 days later, the mail arrives, a bit sharper in tone: if we don't pick up the goods, we'll be charged "storage fees." No, I'm not writing "crap shop." Yesterday, March 6, 2025, after 20 minutes on hold at Höffner, something was reported about an old computer system at Höffner, and the process is now complete; they'll remove the box from storage?? So, again, I didn't understand anything, I thought the box was a one-off item. We should have picked it up again. We'll see when the next mail arrives. What's certain is an automatic reply to this entry, which is like all the replies. Certainly not going back to Höffner anytime soon, even though it's actually a nice store. --------------------------------------------------------------- I'll write the reply to my post myself, then the Höffner team will save themselves the work, since there's so much going on in the warehouse. Their store and assortments are big. Not far from Munich with easy access. However, their customer service ans their consultant or sales are super weak not really paying attention to customers. You would see one customer service is busy and many other people waiting to get served. But they don’t do minimum efforts to ask someone else to take care of you. We had ordered twice beds and desks for the kids including mounting. The delivery as informed, was long about 8 weeks. Making appointment to get things delivered was quite easy and on time. The installation and montage were done properly. However, in both cases we realized that wrong or damaged products were delivered to us. In one case some parts were missing. So, they had to order again and it took us another 4-6 weeks to get finally the complete products. To summarize: Products and assortment are goods Customer service and sales in the store very disappointing Assembly and the team were very fine Product delivery due to missing parts, damaged products and wrong items were really bad At the end if you have other options to go for, then don’t choose Höffner.

First we were in the dining room section. Saturday late afternoon. Nothing going on. Several saleswomen who were free. Nobody spoke to us. Well, okay. Even though we stayed at the table longer, the ladies didn't come. When I went there I had questions about the promotion like what price is valid etc. The saleswoman pointed her finger at the price tag and said that's where it says it is. Afterwards she continued chatting. My expectation would be that she comes with a 2,000 euro table and explains to me how it works and sells it to me. So Segmüller Augsburg sold him. Then bed department. We asked for a box spring bed with a length of 2.10. With xxxl, the seller immediately has in mind the manufacturers that offer it. In your case, the lady searched for ages on the computer only to find that no one offered it. Overall very disappointing. Fortunately, there are alternatives. It's a shame that the staff doesn't want to sell anything.

My only purchase is a sofa, so I can only review this experience. I´m not satisfied with the quality given that is comparable to Ikea, but at much higher price and 11 weeks of lead time. The color is not the one I selected in the store, but I cannot prove it as in the contract the store assistant wrote a color name that is the same in the delivery. I contacted the customer service to complain about some other flaws after the shipping and I was rejected with a 3 sentences email without any interest or understanding for the customer point of view.

We were supposed to get our kitchen on March 17th, 2025. When Höffner's team came, he couldn't find a parking space and drove off again. We have reserved two days. But the driver didn't come the next day and we didn't get a call that nobody was coming! New appointment. On April 1, 2025, people from Höffner or a subcontractor came again. They brought up the individual pieces of furniture and left again and one of the employees said the mechanic/installer was yet to come and no one came for the rest of the day. The next day we thought there were always two appointments scheduled for us and they would come the next day. No one came on April 2, 2025. My friend then called Höffner and was told that no one would come! I paid money to have the kitchen installed and I'm not getting it! The kitchen has been there since that day and no one cares about it at all! I don't get any response at all! I will never go to Höffner again!

We ordered a corner cabinet here that arrived after 10 weeks. Unfortunately completely incomplete. Several items were missing. The subsequent delivery was only initiated after discussions with the so-called customer service and took another 7 weeks. Awareness of injustice and goodwill are absent here. Both sellers and customer service are unaware of the time and financial damage they are causing to customers through their incompetence and ignorance. Never again Höffner.

It doesn't get any better. Planning in the furniture store, payment processing, setting up the new furniture and disposing of the old furniture - everything went perfectly and smoothly. The extremely friendly and competent Mr. Schmidt gave my children and me excellent advice when purchasing sofas, beds, cupboards, armchairs, side tables and dining room chairs. Together with his boss, the cupboards were designed beautifully and stylishly for the children and always tailored to their individual wishes. Advice on the other furniture followed from a single source, so that the result was a wonderfully harmonious and elegant concept. Mr. Schmidt ensured quick delivery dates and looked after us with absolute care before, during and after the delivery dates. He always kept in touch by phone and email to make sure everything was going smoothly. And the price, I really have to emphasize, was really more than fair. Huge praise for Mr. Schmidt, his team and the Höffner furniture store!!!

Our experience with Höffner was (and is) a complete disappointment. We ordered our kitchen in December 2024 - it's now April 2025 and it's still not here. Instead of clear communication, right from the start there were only delays, excuses (“The planner was sick”), incorrect planning (despite clear instructions) and complete radio silence – except when we followed up. Proactive information? None. The rental kitchen provided was an imposition: broken refrigerator, hardly any hot water, hardly usable. Wanting to charge money for something like that was almost cynical. After all, these costs have now been waived for us – thanks for nothing. After much pressure, we were offered a price reduction - but that's not enough either way. For over four months without a kitchen, for constant questions, organizational effort, additional costs (e.g. delivery services) and communication that can only be described as disrespectful, this is simply inappropriate. And best of all: the kitchen has still not been delivered. And when it finally comes, it remains to be seen whether everything is complete and functional. Given the way things are going so far, we have little hope. Conclusion: Anyone who values service, reliability and professional handling should avoid Höffner. It's not enough to sell furniture - you also have to take care of customers. And that's exactly not what's happening here.

I went to Höffner because of the half-price kitchen offer. The salespeople were quite friendly, but I quickly had to face reality. For a kitchen in the middle price segment, I was told that it would probably cost around 8,000. When I asked about half the price, I was told that it was already half the price. This means that this kitchen, which other competitors offer from the outset for €8,000, then has an official sales price of €16,000!! would have. Enticement offers are common. But unrealistic offers, which are probably not available, are at least morally questionable. I am very disappointed and It was the first and last time in this furniture store. Having only now looked at other reviews, it was probably the right decision.

No contact address is provided on the letter for customer service for an appointment change. Multiple unsuccessful visits from customer service with no results and no spare parts. Disaster. I've been looking for "my perfect" sofa bed for a long time. It was always said in all the Möbek houses that it couldn't be done the way they wanted it to be. Until I met Mr. Stöcklhuber at Möbel Höffner. He was the first furniture salesman who immediately knew that Himolla had exactly this type of sofa bed. Mr. Stöcklhuber gave me great advice, was very friendly and nice and extremely competent. Someone who thinks for themselves and thinks outside the box. Many thanks to him. I would buy from him again in a heartbeat.

I don't want to write much at all. Waiting for a couch. Couch comes with wrong part. Then the replacement part will arrive in 2 weeks. You take extra time off and nothing comes of it. When you call the service was so rude and no apology in sight. That was the last time I bought anything there. We don't even know when something is coming and how long it will take etc. So no information about anything. We're just standing there now. Taken a day off for free. And we're also moving and don't have a finished couch at home. Just sad. I say never again. And I advise everyone to buy something there if you can't take it with you straight away. So again to MöbelHöfner, “Thanks for nothing”

I can only say we were very satisfied from the planning to the construction of our kitchen. Mr. Regenfuss was very friendly and responded to all of our requests. If we had questions or complaints, we could always write to him and always received an answer straight away. The construction went great and they did a very clean job. The customer service is also great; everything was taken care of immediately. I can only recommend it.

Due to our previous positive experiences with Höffner Munich, we bought a Ruf box spring bed for our new apartment in Saarland in December 24th. It was delivered yesterday and the friendly delivery staff assembled the bed very quickly and without any defects to our complete satisfaction! Anyone who buys a kitchen here can book a lawyer at the same time. Catastrophic conditions! I bought a kitchen in 2022 that isn't in the planned condition today. 14 appointments!!!! As a self-employed person, that's several thousand euros in losses! Höfner isn't interested. Incorrect deliveries, then multiple reorders, now I can't open my refrigerator properly, and two people have to carry the appliance out of the niche to clean it! The floor is already completely destroyed as a result. This has to be planned every time! A planned bar top is unusable because it was delivered/measured incorrectly – no one at Höffner knows for sure. The water in the sink area is running down the cabinet – the veneer is already sagging. And all this despite the fact that Höffner planned and measured it directly! Never again!!!! Now everything will probably have to be settled in court.

Never again Möbel Höffner! We bought a sofa and were verbally assured that delivery would take place within 10 days at the latest. However, the seller had to specify a delivery time of three weeks on the contract, allegedly because he could not change it. After there was no call from the shipping company, I asked myself today - and then found out that the sofa is still on display. When I then wanted to withdraw from the purchase contract, I was clearly informed by email that I should think about it carefully, otherwise €238 in cancellation fees would be withheld. This is absolutely outrageous and customer-unfriendly! Apparently a free withdrawal is only possible when purchasing online within 14 days. It's no wonder that more and more businesses are going bankrupt!

Yesterday my husband and I were at Möbel Höffner in Munich Freiham. We were looking for a couch. But this has to be delivered near Berlin in early summer. While browsing we found the perfect couch for us and a very nice salesperson (Mr. Stöcklhuber) fixed all the details with us. With a quick call to the boss you could even get a small extra discount. So just for the service and the conversation with Mr. Stöcklhuber we give him full stars! Now let's see how the whole process develops and whether we can get our couch in our new home on the delivery date. We'll keep reporting!

It's a tragedy, the driver is unloading his car himself, and you have to sort the goods because the guy is threatening you that he won't give you the documents. Shower with cold water, toilet closed due to a defect. update March 11, 2025: 1.I got the kitchen finished on March 3,2025, one year after I had ordered it. A team of fitters came almost every month, trying to replace one part and bringing wrong details for another part. Each team was too lazy to disassemble the cabinets and replace parts properly and did it somehow just to have it done, so I only have to hope that it will last. 2.The appliances (Siemens) were ordered together with the kitchen and were paid for to Möbel Höffner, BUT at first we had problems with the hob with built-in extractor hood. It was defect. Then, the refrigerator was installed wrong (so basically mistake from Möbel Höfffner side). In both cases Möbel Höffner didn't do anything. For the info, in case with the refrigerator it's not even a warranty case for SIEMENS as it WAS An INSTALLATION MISTAKE. 3. Möbel Höfffner has literally THE WORST customer service, absolutely useless, ignoring all direct questions they are not comfortable to reply. 4. Do you think we were offered any kind of compensation, anything to improve the impression from their sh..ty service? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. update: how Möbel Höffner deals with problems after I sent the contract number to the e-mail in the reply to my comment below I got the answer "Please let us know your exact request."... and got an appointment to get the problems fixed on October 2, 2024. To order my kitchen in Möbel Höffner was the worst decision in my life. They never tell you the truth about the approx delivery date until you sign the order, they never mention, that the granit plate will not be delivered together with the appliances and kitchen cabinets. But 4-to 6 weeks after the installation. After almost 6 months of waiting we got a kitchen with damaged parts, one sideboard of a big cabinet has wrong measurements and has to be replaced, the doors for the fridge don't match it and to be able to use the fridge they had to be removed. They got 100% payment and we got only stress and disappointment. Would never recommend Möbel Höffner!!!

Ms. Götz, customer service, is very unfriendly and unprofessional, my new sofa broke after a few months and I ordered an identical one only on the condition that assembly was included. In written form. Ms. Götz never wrote that it didn't work and the sofa was only delivered WITHOUT assembly!!!! That simply doesn't work. As a long-time customer, I will NEVER buy anything here again!!!

Really unmotivated and listless employees. I really lose all desire to get “advice”. Advice is 0 anyway. I personally gave better advice to a couple than the employees, even though I don't even work there. Finding someone is also a real gamble. Either you don't meet anyone at all in the respective department or you get the feeling of a real can't-be-bothered mentality. Completely incomprehensible to me, as many people there probably work for commission. But if you don't want to earn anything, then so be it. Unfortunately I'll have to buy my sofa somewhere else. The food in the canteen also has a fast food feel and the prices are not justified at all. Chicken schnitzel has been lying around for ages and is as chewy as hell.

What can I say, me and my wife went to this furniture store with great anticipation about a possible kitchen purchase and advice about it! Unfortunately, our joy was completely taken away from us there, not that we were not greeted in the kitchen department for almost half an hour or asked if there was anything that could be done for us... no, when we took the liberty of asking ourselves whether they could possibly help us with a specific question, a salesperson did so rather reluctantly! When we then asked whether we could get advice about our possible purchase wish, we immediately said no and no other colleague had time! We then received a simple statement that if we would like advice, we should make an appointment! I would like to note that there were some salespeople on site who did not have other customers already there, who were waiting, or who were on the phone. They simply let us go (so of course we won't come back) with a possible intention to buy! Höffner must no longer have felt the need for it or his hosts (salespeople), who were by no means open, nor friendly, who didn't care much about the customer! It's a real shame and that's what someone who works as an advisor in sales and distribution says!

Hello everyone, I don't always do a Google review, but it has to be done, because you MUST also report positive things!! On Saturday we went to the Höffner furniture store as a family looking for new chairs and were really overwhelmed 😂. Luckily, the employee Lukas Sanktjohanser came to us on his own initiative and asked if we needed help. As a salesperson in the travel sector, I know how important good advice is, but Lukas really impressed us! He was incredibly nice, personable and gave us great advice with his specialist knowledge and great tips. I was really pleasantly surprised at how motivated and competent he was – he really mastered the sale. In the end we even bought the more expensive chairs and are now absolutely satisfied. Without his advice we would probably have chosen something else, definitely not the high-priced models. I would also like to say that overall we were treated very friendly and helpfully by all the staff. There was just a pleasant atmosphere in the entire furniture store. A huge compliment to Lukas! He did a great job and was a real asset to our purchase. Greetings also to the boss – Lukas is a great employee! 😊

We have on February 1st. Bought a sofa bed from Möbel-Höffner in Freiham in 2025. (Purchase contract number: 4260344-B) Many thanks to Mr. Urbanek for the very good advice. After 2 weeks we received the email to schedule the delivery as agreed. We have chosen our desired date for 6.3.25. On March 5, 2025 I received another appointment confirmation for the time from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. It's definitely a big time window but it worked perfectly. At 10:25 a.m. I got the call from the driver (in perfect German, by the way) that they would be with us in 10 minutes and that was the case. Super nice and friendly. So all in all, we are completely satisfied with Höffner and not for the first time. Thank you.

Ordered online on Friday morning, received the purchase contract email, drove to the Höffner on Monday, went to the information center, they said: Item is no longer available, we sold the last one on Saturday, this happens because the online system is so slow in updating. and (now to top it off:) please cancel the article yourself. Bye No suggestion how to correct your own mistake. The customer hotline could only carry out the cancellation and could not offer a solution. With its experience, Höffner makes switching to competitors easy.

If there was another drawer under the bottom drawer then the kitchen section would be found there. It all started in March 2024 and the kitchen is really not finished yet. From appointments with people who come to measure but can't do it, to fitters who like to assemble but don't have any material with them. At Höffner you get everything but nothing good. Our problem was that the daughter-in-law made the remaining payment during another attempt at repairs and so we no longer had any leverage. My tip to everyone: hold back part of the amount until everything, absolutely everything, has been processed. I have now reached the point where I no longer want to have anything to do with Höffner. I have already stated that I will only communicate with this store with legal advice! Conclusion: Once a Höffner, never again a Höffner!

Just a joke! 3 weeks ago we bought a table that we wanted to take with us (it was also in stock). When the goods were handed out, we waited almost 30 minutes until the warehouse employee told us that unfortunately the table top in the warehouse had fallen down and was broken. Since it was apparently the last one in stock, we didn't get a replacement. Go back to the cash register and get your money back. (Table bought somewhere else). Today we went to Höffner again for a living room lamp, we found one. The ceiling lamp was even cheaper because it was a display piece. We went to an employee and said we would like to take them with us. There would have been three small screws to remove (it wasn't even connected to the power), but no, we would have had to wait a whole 2 WEEKS!!! What kind of service is this? But advertise with Anke Engelke that you can take the things with you straight away... Never again Höffner. What do I pay for when I buy the goods, including the employees? They either don't pay attention to the goods or do nothing.

We were looking for some fairly cheap kitchen furniture for our newly rented flat, so one of the consultants was ready to help us. After he showed us what the kitchen could look like, he printed out the contract straight away and put it in front of us, waiting for it to be signed. We were shocked and asked about the time to think. The consultant created some pressure by saying that it will get more expensive, so we signed it. Shortly after (before any! work other than free consultation has been done by Höffner) we decided that we don't want to buy the kitchen under such pressure and notified them about it. In the contract, there is a point about the price of cancellation and the right of the customer to prove that no major expenses have been caused by contract cancellation. However, the customer service ignored it and requested 10% of the full price, which is totally unfair considering the circumstances. Would not recommend using the customer support and consultations on-site.

That was the first and last order from Höffner. Apparently the goods are available, delivery time for the chairs is 2-3 days. After a week the shipping confirmation finally arrives, delivery has not yet been announced. If you want to rely on a promise of delivery date - not with Höffner! The main thing is that the goods are paid for in advance when purchasing!

A single catastrophe. You have to find a seller to exchange it. But unfortunately there isn't one. At Höffner, click and collect does not mean ordering online and simply going to pick it up, but only when the customer arrives to pick it up does an employee in the store search for the item. If he doesn't find it after a long search, he goes looking in the camp. So don't rush to pick it up. Bring plenty of time or do what I did in the future and shop somewhere else.

I am very satisfied despite the complaint! We received very friendly advice when purchasing the couch. Unfortunately, the couch itself was poorly made, so we had to complain about it. The complaint process was very accommodating, super friendly and all in all just great! Also a big compliment to the employees in the complaints department. The first time, a part was replaced immediately, the second time they even offered to reverse the purchase contract, which we ultimately did. The process went smoothly and was resolved quickly. I got the purchase price completely refunded. Despite the complaint, I can 100% recommend Möbel Höffner. Customer service is very important here.

Instead of the announced 30 to a maximum of 50 minutes, the food only arrived after an hour and a half after checking twice and continually correcting the delivery time. I have the impression that my order was supposed to be "fished" with the wrong, far too short time.
