Rude and not very competent cashier.Today around 1 p.m. there was a not very competent saleswoman at the checkout when the goods were handed out.She couldn't calculate the discounts, became rude and simply left the customers standing without cashing in.A very competent saleswoman (Mrs. Damanza?) helped immediately. She was helpful to me and also at other checkouts. Because of her, 2 stars. At Höffner's request and their apology, I went there again. However, I had the same experience again. I ask the management to take a closer look and to have a conversation on site.

We have now had several negative experiences with Höffner. At first, the delivery and assembly of the kitchen was a complete chaos of schedules. Then at the end we were informed that our planned flush-mounted stove was not possible after all. Nobody came to grout anything anymore. Now we have bought furniture for the hallway and parts are missing again, which makes assembly impossible. Unfortunately, this furniture store is really bad in terms of quality. Unfortunately we won't be buying anything here anymore. There are many tempting promises, but there is nothing behind them.

Great store! Huge size and on the ground floor, levels 1 and 2. If you know exactly what you need, you're in good hands here. Very nice furniture, decorations, household appliances, lamps and much more. Lots of parking spaces and a delicious snack bar outside with seating make the whole shopping and browsing experience a highlight. Great!

We bought a very high quality bed where the drawers didn't work when assembled because the board that the rail rests on is too far away from the drawer's roller. The service person who came to repair the drawer actually claimed that the floor was not level and that that was the reason why the drawer was not working. That's a disgrace and not really a good understanding of customer service. I'll let you know if we get the problem solved. I would never buy anything here again. Now three months have passed, there was another mechanic there who claimed it was the drawers, which of course wasn't true either. After another phone call, we were able to arrange for a new bed to be delivered, which now entails another 9 week waiting period. All in all, a year for one bed. Dear management, my tip! Don't skimp on the assembly team, because if the installer had invested just a little more time and not assembled the rear board sloppily and at an angle, they would have saved a lot of time, money and hassle.

I am absolutely disappointed and appalled by the customer service at Möbel Höffner. After I called with an important request, the employee treated me unfriendly and simply brushed me off in the middle of the conversation without any explanation - the employee hung up. Such disrespect and ignorance towards customers is absolutely unacceptable. No solution was offered to my problem and I felt that my concern was not taken seriously at all. Customer service should be professional, helpful and respectful - unfortunately this does not seem to be the case at Möbel Höffner. Very disappointing and definitely not recommended.

Bought something twice. Both times a disaster!!!! The first purchase was a couch 10 months ago during the 40% off sale. Two weeks later, lo and behold, the same price. It was clear to me that it wasn't a 40% discount, but nothing surprised me. The couch was delivered a full 6 weeks later than stated and lo and behold... the delivery was wrong!!! Part of the couch was from another order. We then had to wait another 6 weeks. As compensation we received a voucher for 20 euros, which is really ridiculous given the hassle and extra effort. The second purchase, two weeks ago, was chairs that were in stock. We were promised that the chairs would go out on Monday if we paid for them straight away. If you're still wondering. The chairs are still not there today because they are not available. That was the last time and I REALLY ADVISE everyone not to buy anything from there!

Buying a kitchen from Möbel Höffner was an absolute failure. Appointments postponed several times, consultants badmouthing each other, and a lack of planning - one cupboard wasn't ordered at all, another had the wrong depth. Mechanics showed up unprepared and left before the job was finished. Promises were constantly broken. We were assured that we would be able to buy the kitchen model in the future - a blatant lie. Overall a disastrous experience. Be sure to get everything in writing before trusting this store!

I strongly advise against having a sofa configured there. We made this for a lot of money, expecting to get quality that will last us for many years. However, the selected (extra robust "Easy Care") fabric in antracite began to change its color on the entire piece of furniture after a very short time in normal daylight (no direct sunlight) and is now horribly blue/purple in color. Easy to see as there is a pull-out part that retains its original color. However, you don't just buy a new sofa for several thousand euros and the covers aren't easy to change either, so we tried to come to terms with that. However, since things are getting worse every year, we have now turned to Höffner after 5 years - after all, a quality defect that is hard to believe. Short answer: the warranty period of 2 years has expired. Then a longer explanation on “reform of the law of obligations” and “reversal of the burden of proof”. Yes, thanks. Sounded very regretful and heartfelt - Not. I actually had to blink briefly at the harsh answer. So honestly, don't put so much trust and money in Höffner again and this should be a warning to others. Even if you can't show the colors well in a photo, the problem can be identified and we'll attach another photo. If you've always wanted a large sofa in gray with a purple tinge, please get in touch ;) Jokes aside, we're honestly sad to be stuck with such a horrible color.

We looked online for 6 dining chairs, a rocking chair, leather upholstery and found them at Höffner. Since we wanted to “test drive” we drove about 130 km to Munich and were not disappointed. Our favorites were..."well...almost ok".The friendly saleswoman then led us through half the exhibition and showed us alternatives in the good mid-price segment...after about 20 minutes we had purchased. What I found really great was that the saleswoman didn't try to "talk" us into anything. She gave good and courteous advice. Was friendly and nice. Unfortunately, the nice lady is probably retiring next year. But before that, we will most likely buy a matching leather sofa from her in the spring. The sooooo pushy salesman from the sofa department will come away empty-handed. In my opinion, furniture stores have corresponding goods in the low, medium and high price segments. The quality is accordingly. A good customer is not the one who pays a lot, but the one who keeps coming back. And a lot depends on the staff.

Even 5 years later it remains at three stars. All good, but nothing more. The consultants were rather “pushy”; we wanted to get an overview and only then get advice. After a clear approach this was accepted. We ordered anyway, “everything was ok”. The restaurant gets 5 stars for selection and service. No functioning kitchen and a view of a construction site. One doesn't know what the other is doing. No professionals during construction! Beautifully slutty! Furniture and accessories are totally overpriced. The best thing is the restaurant. With vouchers you can eat well and cheaply. The roof terrace is nice to sit on, especially in autumn and spring. We weren't aware that a furniture store in Munich closes at 7 p.m. We were just testing pillows when it was already 6:15 p.m. and the saleswoman calmly watched us as we dragged around 8 pillows to the sample mattresses to test them. Shortly before 7 p.m. the announcement came that the store was closing. We didn't really listen because we thought it was open until 8 p.m. We became aware when the customers were wished a nice evening. I then went to the saleswoman and asked and she said, yes, we are closing now. It was 6:55 p.m. Well, to be honest, I wish the saleswoman had informed us when she saw what we were doing that we didn't have that long. But okay, now we didn't buy a pillow and we had 2 on the shortlist and they would have cost more than €129. Now we'll just buy one somewhere else.

We were in the curtain department today (Saturday) and were looking for a roller curtain. Since we unfortunately couldn't find where to find the right curtains, we went to a saleswoman with black hair who was apparently responsible for the department. The lady was sitting alone at the desk and we asked for help. We got a short answer that we have to look on the right side. We continued to search but still couldn't find the curtains in question. We went to the same saleswoman again and got a short answer that said Multi on it. We went looking again but Multi was nowhere. We went back to the saleswoman who was standing there with a customer. We just wanted to ask if she could show us the curtains afterwards. The saleswoman simply ran away and we tried to speak to her directly three times. No reaction whatsoever. My partner tapped her instead the saleswoman started screaming at us that my partner shouldn't touch her. Nobody touched her. We wanted to clarify this with the department head straight away but the saleswoman refused. Instead she wanted to have us removed. I then went to the information desk where a nice saleswoman went with us and explained to us that the saleswoman's information was wrong. I have I don't understand that kind of thing and I'm not prepared to accept the whim of a saleswoman.

Today we wanted to buy some nice cushions for our sofa (also bought here). 5 pieces selected - all Esprit brand and same size. Only the colors were different. Since it was very busy this lunchtime (some kind of promotion), we stood at the checkout for over 30 minutes. It can happen, it's ok too. Never again Höffner!!!! We ordered bathroom furniture (vanity cabinet and 3 sinks) on April 13, 2024. According to the manufacturer, delivery should take place 8 weeks after ordering. Unfortunately that is not the case! 6 months later and countless calls, we received a delivery date for October 1st, 2024. Unfortunately, the fitters were unable to assemble the sinks and furniture because the dimensions of the base cabinet were made incorrectly, the depth did not correspond to the order, so our door would no longer close (see picture). That's why we rejected the delivery and complained An order. Consequence: wait again. Even if you make a complaint, you will not be treated as a priority and will be processed with standard delivery times. Wait another 6 months. Unbelievable!!!! Dear Höffner, to this day we actually don't have any sinks in our home! This is absolutely unacceptable and not a situation you want to live with!!! We are deeply disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again.

First of all: For God's sake, no matter what you do, under no circumstances buy your kitchen here... Have you ever bought a kitchen here? The mechanic screws into the power line... Result: tearing open the wall, redoing the power line, kitchen without electricity. Now to the current kitchen: Not only is half of it missing (complete trash can system, high-voltage splitter for stove and oven, the complete pull-out system for the double drawers), almost every second part has a flaw (scratches in the glass, dents in the wood, breaks, etc.)… Despite the presence of one of the buyers, the fitters simply went about their work and cut the back wall incorrectly and used the wrong color for the joints. Well, the order didn't say what color you wanted, but ask? Certainly not… Oh and since the splitter in question is missing, which was bought specifically because it was prophesied that the fuse would fly when the oven is connected to the sockets: of course the fuse will fly Not only are the prices beyond good and evil, the service and performance are terrible. And I don't even blame the fitters the most because they weren't even told some things. But to respond to the statement that the back wall is wrong with: “You should have said that earlier” is cheeky. There's a plan. You can see what it should look like and if you're not sure, ask. Service and so on… UPDATE: The dishwasher wasn't installed even though I paid for it. There are also no accessories for it, so the dishwasher cannot be used. The Höffner doesn't care, it will be improved in 6 weeks. Booking a carpenter to correct Höffner's omissions and sending the invoice to Höffner is refused. The fitters also broke one of my NEW socket inserts, but of course they didn't say anything. We have also noticed further damage. The matter will now be given to a lawyer. Another UPDATE: After 13 weeks we should wait on September 24th. am the kitchen to be improved. So I took extra leave and waited from 7:00 a.m. When there was still no one there at 12 p.m., I called Höffner. I was then told that the craftsmen were there but couldn't reach anyone. After being a customer with this company for almost 10 years, I took measurements of an item that had not yet been delivered and wanted to cancel it the next day. There was a blonde, older woman in the service center who treated me so rudely and unfriendly and then wanted a 20% cancellation fee because I supposedly got such great advice, which I didn't. When I didn't want to accept that, she tore up the return form and threw me out. Since then I've been trying to cancel it using the hotline, which apparently doesn't exist. We have furnished 15 apartments with Höffner over the years but now NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I'm pissed off. Yesterday morning my wife ordered goods from the Höffner online shop, paid for them and selected them for “Click&Collect” pickup at the Munich branch. As expected, confirmation came via email that the goods would be ready for collection in 2 hours. In the afternoon I drove 1 hour in rush hour traffic to pick it up. Unfortunately, in the branch I found out from the main information that the goods I had ordered had NOT been put away and were still on sale. I was also allowed to walk through the store myself to collect the goods because there were no freelancers available. Because I could no longer find the goods in the display that I had ordered and already paid for via Click&Collect and I was assured back at the information desk (after several phone calls) that there were no such goods anywhere in the building and definitely not for me (or in general). (spoken Click & Collect customers) was put away, I was allowed to drive 45 minutes back home empty-handed. According to information from Höffner colleagues on site, the employees in the branch do not receive the Click & Collect information and therefore cannot put anything away. Of course, the money for the goods that had already been paid for was not returned on site and there is no way to cancel the order in the online shop - other than contacting the service center - great customer experience. Can a Höffner employee please explain to me how it can be that Click&Collect is offered but not implemented in practice? I regularly use this service at IKEA and several hardware stores without any problems. Maybe they should ask how this supposedly simple service will work end-to-end in 2024 (in the digital age). As long as Click&Collect cannot be reliably implemented at Höffner, the service should not be offered - unless you want to continue to alienate customers.

Really misleading delivery dates. I ordered a sofa and the website says delivery time is 6-7 weeks. In the 7th week I sold my old sofa to make room for the new one, hoping that Hoeffner would deliver it as promised. A day later I received an email from Hoeffner that delivery was scheduled 4 weeks later as they did not have an earlier delivery date. I will never trust Höffner again. Update on the Höffner comment: I think you didn't understand my previous comment. My order arrived at the Munich warehouse. And then they offered to deliver them in 4 weeks at the earliest. I canceled the delivery and picked it up myself. So even though I ordered delivery, I ended up having to rent a van, drive to Freiham, carry a large sofa and pay people to help me with it.

I made a hassle-free trip to Höffner because I have fond memories of the household department, especially the selection of kitchen trash cans. The trip was free. There wasn't a single 20 liter round pedal bin, the usual household size. After a long search I found someone in the housekeeping department, but the lady was very unprofessional. As if the question of 20 liters was completely absurd. Didn't check the computer or make any other professional statement, a "Sorry..." would have been a good start. She just said annoyed that they had no idea what was there... Oh?! When I answered that it would be good if someone there had an overview so that they could reorder in a timely manner, the answer was that this is a take-away department not for ordering. How can you have so little idea?! By reordering I of course meant restocking in the sales room. I left without a word and lost the desire to continue shopping. Please train your people better, even those who are not directly involved with expensive furniture.

One star is already too many. This was my worst shopping experience. I bought the chair cushions for 45 euros. At home I realized the size didn't fit me and went back to the store. They certainly have a good range of furniture at fair prices. But the very talented people in management don't think about how their customers feel about the takeaway. I drive up to the ramp at every other furniture store I know. At Höffner you walk through the entire hall, pick up your furniture at the goods counter and then walk 300 meters across the parking lot to your car. 3 stars are more than you deserve.

NEVER AGAIN HOPENER! A couch purchased for 2000 euros already had an element with much softer upholstery when it was delivered (it already felt worn out as if it was 3 years old). After 2 weeks the fabric was already curling. After a customer service visit (where the colleague was very nice) the conclusion: typical product characteristics, no reason for complaint. Congratulations. Of course, you can dismiss anything with such a wishy-washy statement. And of course no one tells you about it beforehand when you buy it in the store. Then here is my conclusion about Höffner's customer service and product quality: typical characteristic of customer ignorance, not a recommendation! Bye Höffner, welcome Segmüller & Co.

I will never shop in this furniture store again. Bought several pieces of furniture in February with a delivery time of 10 weeks; After 20 weeks still no sign of life. Only after a laborious process of contacting us (the seller who gave us his business card was never available again) were we allowed to organize the pickup ourselves. A piece of furniture was not in perfect condition and a complaint was made. When we picked it up again, it turned out that an incorrect spare part had been ordered. Customer service only responded after I had made a written complaint and initially claimed that the correct piece of furniture had just been stored incorrectly. After further tedious correspondence, I received a message saying that the piece of furniture had to be ordered and I would receive information about when it could be picked up. I should be satisfied with a voucher for 40 euros. My request for a delivery was rejected because there was ultimately no delivery contract. By the way, it should be mentioned that there was originally a delivery order and the same piece of furniture is offered online with free delivery. Finally I received another message saying that the replacement part had arrived and was ready for collection immediately. After I asked for another check (before we drive again in vain), it was only after 3 weeks that I received confirmation that the goods could be picked up. After a 7-month odyssey, I was finally able to complete this process and at the same time hand in my customer card and request that my registered data be deleted. After this experience, we abandoned our plans (purchase of 5 kitchens and other furniture), so I certainly don't want to continue to be a regular customer here.

This week I picked out, among other things, a couch, an armchair ..... from Möbel Höffner (80 km away, they want to promote stationary retail!) with delivery. Mind you, I mean something different by the motivation of the sellers. Got a call this week about a delivery date (just the couch) on a Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. When I asked about the huge time window, I only got a curt answer: It says so in the purchase contract, and they only deliver to this area once a month!? Dear Höffner - Management: What kind of planning is this, the customer takes 1 day off for a delivery from you? The same game again for the 2nd delivery? It's no surprise that online business is flourishing when brick-and-mortar retailers treat customers this way. True, it's certainly in the contract, but next time it'll be another furniture store or online.

I've never had such a bad experience. In February I was sold a cabinet from an insolvent manufacturer. I only received the information when I wanted the defective parts to be replaced. Lt. Höffner company not available due to insolvency. However, I found out that the company is still producing. After I confronted Höffner about it, the spare parts were reluctantly ordered. Time slot for delivery from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Confirmed delivery was forgotten. So I waited in vain. Absolute impudence.

One star is still too many, we can only advise against buying a kitchen from Höffner. It started with planning errors by the sales staff, then parts of the kitchen were delivered incorrectly and various elements were damaged or installed incorrectly during assembly. As a result, we have now had 13 (!) appointments at our home by Höffner employees in the past 7 months. Of these, three appointments were directly from customer service, who diligently noted the outstanding issues, but apparently there was no one who really took care of them afterwards. So far, the Höffner company has not managed to correct the defects and finish assembling the kitchen. For 7 months there have been back walls, wall shelves in our living room that need to be installed and a replaced base cabinet that needs to be picked up Unfortunately, for the reasons mentioned, we had to hire a lawyer because we had given up hope of getting a finished kitchen without expert legal advice. We can therefore only recommend buying the kitchen elsewhere! Update August 2024: Höffner was now with us for the 14th on-site appointment with the advance notice to complete all open work. Of course that didn't work. Among other things, the oven base cabinet should be replaced and the rear wall of the kitchen should be installed. When unpacking the base cabinet, the employees discovered that it was damaged and needed to be reordered. When installing the rear wall, it was damaged by the fitters and must be reordered. It has now been discovered for the third time that the eccentric actuation is incompatible with the washbasin. However, it is apparently impossible for Höffner to fix this.

All in all, a very nice furniture store. The selection is also great. Unfortunately, the opening times bother us because we usually work until 6:30 p.m. and then don't get home until around 7 p.m. Since the furniture store closes at 7 p.m. Mon-Thurs, these days are not feasible for us. Friday usually only has an hour left and you don't want to waste the weekend shopping.

update: how Möbel Höffner deals with problems after I sent the contract number to the e-mail in the reply to my comment below I got the answer "Please let us know your exact request."... and got an appointment to get the problems fixed on October 2, 2024. To order my kitchen in Möbel Höffner was the worst decision in my life. They never tell you the truth about the approx delivery date until you sign the order, they never mention, that the granit plate will not be delivered together with the appliances and kitchen cabinets. But 4-to 6 weeks after the installation. After almost 6 months of waiting we got a kitchen with damaged parts, one sideboard of a big cabinet has wrong measurements and has to be replaced, the doors for the fridge don't match it and to be able to use the fridge they had to be removed. They got 100% payment and we got only stress and disappointment. Would never recommend Möbel Höffner!!!

I've never experienced such chaos. A product that was marked €19 ended up costing just over €50 at the checkout. As far as nothing unusual happened. I noticed this IMMEDIATELY after purchasing it, while still at the checkout. Paid cash. I wanted to return the item because it was too expensive for me. It was first sent back from the cash register to the department to clarify. There was no one there for 15 minutes, I went to the information desk, they couldn't reimburse it, even though they had consulted with the boss, so it was sent again to another department. The matter could then be processed there, but the money, which was paid in cash 30 minutes before, can only be refunded by bank transfer, again by asking the boss, because, according to the employee (who was extremely embarrassed) " Cash amounts can only be refunded up to €20. (You rarely buy anything over €20 in a furniture store!) All right, then stop at the cash register and after about 45 minutes of odyssey have the money transferred to my account. I've never experienced such an overly complicated and unnecessarily complicated process and I certainly won't go through it again! It's a shopping experience, just not a good one.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service at all. The promised deadlines are never met; you should always allow for at least twice the time stated. The customer service is simply disrespectful and unable to listen. There is no effort to ensure customer satisfaction and complaints are not taken seriously. You pay for higher quality, but only get disappointed and have to take everything into your own hands. Definitely not recommended. If it were possible I wouldn't give it a star, but unfortunately I have to give at least one star.

Unfortunately, we have always been disappointed so far. No buying advice, sales areas mostly dirty, furniture partly broken and dusty and very unattractive. Only one cash register is open with a long queue, discounts only attract customers. In the end, vouchers will only be credited to a limited extent. Only the young ladies in childcare were very friendly. If you have any questions, you will be referred to the “boss” without any concern. But after an eternity of waiting, the desire for another conversation has dwindled.

Never again furniture from Höffner!! Actually, I was always of the opinion that Höffner is one of the renowned furniture stores, at least from a price point of view you can probably put them in that category. About two years ago we bought a corner sofa from Höffner, delivery time was about 2 months, so it was pretty reasonable and not unusual. If only the ordered goods would arrive after 2 months! The corner sofa came in the wrong color... that's what happened, I thought. Our long-awaited couch was finally here, rather later than sooner. This year it was time for a new bed. Let's give the store a second chance, I thought. Selected, ordered and then it was time to wait again. This time 10 weeks (also ok..). The bed came in the right color, yay! Well, happy too soon. This time the mattress cover was missing. The supplier wrote a complaint and then left without accomplishing anything. There I stood with a bed and mattress foam without a cover. All I had left was the mattress protector I bought and the hope that my baby wouldn't spit up past the protector and onto the bed on the first night. Then I didn't hear anything for 4 weeks. When I called customer service I was referred to the online service. I explained my concerns and suddenly I had a delivery date in my email inbox the next day (coincidence?). The appointment was supposed to take place in mid-August (i.e. another 3 weeks later!!! That would have been a total of over 2 months without a mattress cover). So we went there to vent our frustration (no one wanted to talk to us on the phone 🤣). I could go on forever, but I have to get to the point at some point. So end of song: The cover has already been in storage for two weeks and we are happy to take it with us straight away. (Seriously?!). Well, as “compensation” there was a voucher worth 150 euros (about what they saved on delivery).. thanks for absolutely nothing.. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trip to customer service in Freiham. Rarely have I experienced something so outrageous But what I definitely have to mention: The advice is absolutely fantastic and very customer focused! The customer service and apparently also the logistics (incoming and outgoing goods inspection) an absolute disaster!)

We felt that we were in very good hands and were really well advised, although our needs were not immediately offered high-priced products, but our needs were addressed in detail. Cozy and nice restaurant. Very nice service, especially the rather tall waitress was very friendly and let us try quinces, which really tasted excellent. The food is also very tasty. The restaurant is a mixture of bakery, kiosk and pastry shop – all in one. A bit expensive, but maybe that's normal for Munich. We would definitely come back.

I think the food in the restaurant is very tasty, for the people who complain about the long waiting times; You just have to keep in mind that the dish is cooked exactly when you order it and everything is not pre-cooked, for example. at the train station. There are two people who run this shop and they do it well. I've been going there for years and would do it again and again.
