Afterwards, we still had dinner at the Kochmütze restaurant. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very nicely decorated and clean. We would happily recommend the Höffner furniture store. update March 11, 2025: 1.I got the kitchen finished on March 3,2025, one year after I had ordered it. A team of fitters came almost every month, trying to replace one part and bringing wrong details for another part. Each team was too lazy to disassemble the cabinets and replace parts properly and did it somehow just to have it done, so I only have to hope that it will last. 2.The appliances (Siemens) were ordered together with the kitchen and were paid for to Möbel Höffner, BUT at first we had problems with the hob with built-in extractor hood. It was defect. Then, the refrigerator was installed wrong (so basically mistake from Möbel Höfffner side). In both cases Möbel Höffner didn't do anything. For the info, in case with the refrigerator it's not even a warranty case for SIEMENS as it WAS An INSTALLATION MISTAKE. 3. Möbel Höfffner has literally THE WORST customer service, absolutely useless, ignoring all direct questions they are not comfortable to reply. 4. Do you think we were offered any kind of compensation, anything to improve the impression from their sh..ty service? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. update: how Möbel Höffner deals with problems after I sent the contract number to the e-mail in the reply to my comment below I got the answer "Please let us know your exact request."... and got an appointment to get the problems fixed on October 2, 2024. To order my kitchen in Möbel Höffner was the worst decision in my life. They never tell you the truth about the approx delivery date until you sign the order, they never mention, that the granit plate will not be delivered together with the appliances and kitchen cabinets. But 4-to 6 weeks after the installation. After almost 6 months of waiting we got a kitchen with damaged parts, one sideboard of a big cabinet has wrong measurements and has to be replaced, the doors for the fridge don't match it and to be able to use the fridge they had to be removed. They got 100% payment and we got only stress and disappointment. Would never recommend Möbel Höffner!!!

Ms. Götz, customer service, is very unfriendly and unprofessional, my new sofa broke after a few months and I ordered an identical one only on the condition that assembly was included. In written form. Ms. Götz never wrote that it didn't work and the sofa was only delivered WITHOUT assembly!!!! That simply doesn't work. As a long-time customer, I will NEVER buy anything here again!!!

Really unmotivated and listless employees. I really lose all desire to get “advice”. Advice is 0 anyway. I personally gave better advice to a couple than the employees, even though I don't even work there. Finding someone is also a real gamble. Either you don't meet anyone at all in the respective department or you get the feeling of a real can't-be-bothered mentality. Completely incomprehensible to me, as many people there probably work for commission. But if you don't want to earn anything, then so be it. Unfortunately I'll have to buy my sofa somewhere else. The food in the canteen also has a fast food feel and the prices are not justified at all. Chicken schnitzel has been lying around for ages and is as chewy as hell.

What can I say, me and my wife went to this furniture store with great anticipation about a possible kitchen purchase and advice about it! Unfortunately, our joy was completely taken away from us there, not that we were not greeted in the kitchen department for almost half an hour or asked if there was anything that could be done for us... no, when we took the liberty of asking ourselves whether they could possibly help us with a specific question, a salesperson did so rather reluctantly! When we then asked whether we could get advice about our possible purchase wish, we immediately said no and no other colleague had time! We then received a simple statement that if we would like advice, we should make an appointment! I would like to note that there were some salespeople on site who did not have other customers already there, who were waiting, or who were on the phone. They simply let us go (so of course we won't come back) with a possible intention to buy! Höffner must no longer have felt the need for it or his hosts (salespeople), who were by no means open, nor friendly, who didn't care much about the customer! It's a real shame and that's what someone who works as an advisor in sales and distribution says!

Hello everyone, I don't always do a Google review, but it has to be done, because you MUST also report positive things!! On Saturday we went to the Höffner furniture store as a family looking for new chairs and were really overwhelmed 😂. Luckily, the employee Lukas Sanktjohanser came to us on his own initiative and asked if we needed help. As a salesperson in the travel sector, I know how important good advice is, but Lukas really impressed us! He was incredibly nice, personable and gave us great advice with his specialist knowledge and great tips. I was really pleasantly surprised at how motivated and competent he was – he really mastered the sale. In the end we even bought the more expensive chairs and are now absolutely satisfied. Without his advice we would probably have chosen something else, definitely not the high-priced models. I would also like to say that overall we were treated very friendly and helpfully by all the staff. There was just a pleasant atmosphere in the entire furniture store. A huge compliment to Lukas! He did a great job and was a real asset to our purchase. Greetings also to the boss – Lukas is a great employee! 😊

We have on February 1st. Bought a sofa bed from Möbel-Höffner in Freiham in 2025. (Purchase contract number: 4260344-B) Many thanks to Mr. Urbanek for the very good advice. After 2 weeks we received the email to schedule the delivery as agreed. We have chosen our desired date for 6.3.25. On March 5, 2025 I received another appointment confirmation for the time from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. It's definitely a big time window but it worked perfectly. At 10:25 a.m. I got the call from the driver (in perfect German, by the way) that they would be with us in 10 minutes and that was the case. Super nice and friendly. So all in all, we are completely satisfied with Höffner and not for the first time. Thank you.

Funny is different... One after the other. We were nearby, so we took a tour of Höffner. There is actually a nice one-of-a-kind bathroom cabinet standing around. Reduced from 499 euros to 149 euros, whoever believes will be blessed. No matter what you bought, unfortunately you can't just take it with you from the first floor, the little box has to be transported to the warehouse by the "expert", After 3 days you will definitely receive a call from Höffner and you can pick it up. But you pay straight away... A week goes by, no call... Second week no call... We go there, the Kastel is untouched on the first floor. We grab a shopping cart and load it ourselves. Show the receipt at the checkout and you're done. Think... Two weeks later the mail arrives and our Kastl is ready to be picked up from the warehouse. I thought this was a one-off? I call Höffner (15 minute hold) and say we have already picked up the goods. The lady on the phone doesn't understand anything at first and says that's not possible, the goods are in the warehouse. At some point she understands and says the goods will be booked out. Mail arrives again 14 days later, a little harsher in tone. If we don't pick up the goods, we will be charged "storage costs". No, I'm not writing juice shop now. Yesterday 06.03.25 after 20 minutes on hold in Höffner, something was reported about an old computer system at Höffner and the process is now complete, the box will be taken out of storage?? So I didn't understand anything again, I thought the Kastl was a unique piece. We should have picked it up again. Let's see when the mail comes again. What will definitely come is an automatic response to this entry, which is like all the answers. I definitely won't be going back to Höffner anytime soon, even though it's actually a nice shop. --------------------------------------------------------------- I'll write the answer to my post myself, then the Höffner team will save themselves the work, since there's so much going on in the warehouse. If there was another drawer under the bottom drawer then the kitchen section would be found there. It all started in March 2024 and the kitchen is really not finished yet. From appointments with people who come to measure but can't do it, to fitters who like to assemble but don't have any material with them. At Höffner you get everything but nothing good. Our problem was that the daughter-in-law made the remaining payment during another attempt at repairs and so we no longer had any leverage. My tip to everyone: hold back part of the amount until everything, absolutely everything, has been processed. I have now reached the point where I no longer want to have anything to do with Höffner. I have already stated that I will only communicate with this store with legal advice! Conclusion: Once a Höffner, never again a Höffner!

Unfortunately, Click and Collect does not work at Höffner. Ordered online on Friday morning, received the purchase contract email, drove to the Höffner on Monday, went to the information center, they said: Item is no longer available, we sold the last one on Saturday, this happens because the online system is so slow in updating. and (now to top it off:) please cancel the article yourself. Bye No suggestion how to correct your own mistake. The customer hotline could only carry out the cancellation and could not offer a solution. With its experience, Höffner makes switching to competitors easy.

Just a joke! 3 weeks ago we bought a table that we wanted to take with us (it was also in stock). When the goods were handed out, we waited almost 30 minutes until the warehouse employee told us that unfortunately the table top in the warehouse had fallen down and was broken. Since it was apparently the last one in stock, we didn't get a replacement. Go back to the cash register and get your money back. (Table bought somewhere else). Today we went to Höffner again for a living room lamp, we found one. The ceiling lamp was even cheaper because it was a display piece. We went to an employee and said we would like to take them with us. There would have been three small screws to remove (it wasn't even connected to the power), but no, we would have had to wait a whole 2 WEEKS!!! What kind of service is this? But advertise with Anke Engelke that you can take the things with you straight away... Never again Höffner. What do I pay for when I buy the goods, including the employees? They either don't pay attention to the goods or do nothing.

We were looking for some fairly cheap kitchen furniture for our newly rented flat, so one of the consultants was ready to help us. After he showed us what the kitchen could look like, he printed out the contract straight away and put it in front of us, waiting for it to be signed. We were shocked and asked about the time to think. The consultant created some pressure by saying that it will get more expensive, so we signed it. Shortly after (before any! work other than free consultation has been done by Höffner) we decided that we don't want to buy the kitchen under such pressure and notified them about it. In the contract, there is a point about the price of cancellation and the right of the customer to prove that no major expenses have been caused by contract cancellation. However, the customer service ignored it and requested 10% of the full price, which is totally unfair considering the circumstances. Would not recommend using the customer support and consultations on-site.

That was the first and last order from Höffner. Apparently the goods are available, delivery time for the chairs is 2-3 days. After a week the shipping confirmation finally arrives, delivery has not yet been announced. If you want to rely on a promise of delivery date - not with Höffner! The main thing is that the goods are paid for in advance when purchasing!

A single catastrophe. You have to find a seller to exchange it. But unfortunately there isn't one. At Höffner, click and collect does not mean ordering online and simply going to pick it up, but only when the customer arrives to pick it up does an employee in the store search for the item. If he doesn't find it after a long search, he goes looking in the camp. So don't rush to pick it up. Bring plenty of time or do what I did in the future and shop somewhere else.

I am very satisfied despite the complaint! We received very friendly advice when purchasing the couch. Unfortunately, the couch itself was poorly made, so we had to complain about it. The complaint process was very accommodating, super friendly and all in all just great! Also a big compliment to the employees in the complaints department. The first time, a part was replaced immediately, the second time they even offered to reverse the purchase contract, which we ultimately did. The process went smoothly and was resolved quickly. I got the purchase price completely refunded. Despite the complaint, I can 100% recommend Möbel Höffner. Customer service is very important here.

Unless you have good legal protection insurance, a capable lawyer and a very large house in which you can store an incorrectly delivered bed for 4 months. We will never buy anything there again. Customer service has never been so bad. Everything was great in terms of sales. Delivery also went well. Unfortunately, we had a complaint after a few months. The slatted frame of the bed fell down. The reason was that screws were too short and there was no way to use much longer ones because otherwise they would have come through on the other side The way they deal with customer complaints there is not nice. I've never seen anything like this before. You are fobbed off as quickly as possible without any accomodation. The only answer was: "After further examination of the matter, we reject your complaint in the sense of warranty law. We also refer to the reversal of the burden of proof."¿???¿ Firstly, nothing was checked at all, that was the immediate response to our email. And secondly, it's a bit difficult to understand. It continued with sentences like this: "The buyer's unjustified request to remedy the defect in accordance with Section 439 Paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) constitutes a culpable breach of contract requiring compensation if the buyer has recognized or negligently failed to recognize that there is not a defect in the purchased item, but rather the cause of the symptom behind which he is If a defect is suspected, it is his own responsibility." Well, we should be satisfied with that now. I tried to reach the lady who handled it by phone. But we were just fobbed off and not put through. After trying several times we gave up. I think it's sad that the lady didn't even bother to talk to you personally. We were recommended to buy a new one. Ok, good, you can do business that way too. If you're buying a new one, then definitely no longer from Höffner. We expected absolutely nothing, no replacement or reduction. I just asked if someone could come by at some point, if something happened to be delivered in our area, and take a look at it and perhaps repair it so that it would be safe again. If it wasn't so visually beautiful anymore, we wouldn't have cared. The main thing is that we can use the bed again and don't have to worry about crashing down again. By the way, none of us are even remotely overweight. So please think carefully about where to buy the next piece of furniture that you want to enjoy for a little longer. There are other large furniture stores that are in no way inferior in price and have a lot better customer service. At least not that way to deal with complaints. Here's another note about it. After I received feedback from Höffner and was told to contact them via email, I was pleasantly surprised. I also told them that I expected absolutely nothing. But I think it's nice that they're getting in touch. Anyone can read the feedback and it sounds nice. Now the super nice answer from Möbel Höffner: "As we have previously communicated, repairs are not possible, you can only purchase a new bed." Well then go ahead and buy a new one, that's how they would like it. But definitely not there anymore. So, everyone, think really carefully about where you leave your money. !!!!!!¡!!!!!!

Incredible Our kitchen was purchased from Höffner in Hamburg Eidelstedt, was delivered on August 15, 2024 and is still not finished today. Wrong parts were initially delivered and subsequent deliveries were delayed for weeks. Then there was no communication with suppliers for the worktop or even Quooker. In addition, the kitchen was unfortunately planned incorrectly; the trash can was supposed to be located directly under the worktop, but the drawer later was too small for it?? How can something like that be? Rework is only done piecemeal, and so we had to take a total of 5 days of vacation to be present in the house. Not recommended!

Unfortunately, our last shopping experience involved a lot of time and hassle. The sales staff were so unqualified and made false statements, but I can only speak about the EC picture gallery here. We were informed that the pictures that were marked with a price and were hanging on the wall were not available because they were exhibition goods. We were not told that you could order these. The icing on the cake was that the saleswomen also informed us that the picture of the item number could not be found. We were sent to the Furniture Express department where the same picture would hang as an exhibit. Maybe we could buy it there. The gentlemen there were probably embarrassed by the poor service themselves and Mr.R. stood up for us and he quickly found the picture in the system that was definitely in the store. We bought it because the previous service at Höffner was always top. Please train the staff, the three young ladies would have really ruined your sales through a lack of commitment and rude behavior. The result is no recommendations and negative reviews. Unfortunately, we are no longer quite as motivated to visit the furniture store in the future.

Only suitable for children. Anyone taller than 150cm is always at risk of running into one of the ceiling signs and injuring their eyes. The unconditional discount was linked to a customer card at the checkout, but this is only available at the other end of the Bück course, just 500 m away. Customer service is different! Unfortunately, I can only agree with the negative recessions. We were looking for a wardrobe. When we couldn't find what we were looking for, we sought help from the employees. We found 2 colleagues talking to each other. When asked 'Where could we find the cupboard?', the first said: 'I don't work in this department.' and the second said: 'I don't have time, I have to go to the toilet.' Strong. Thanks for nothing! 👏🏼

EDIT: Can't believe it, but the kitchen is now finished. Difficult birth nonetheless. Don't give up if you feel the same way. EDIT: and another week has passed without Höffner feeling the need to get in touch (despite a promise - see below). Very disappointing and unprofessional. tl;dr: Price is good, but not worth the hassle. We bought a kitchen from Höffner on August 7th. Nice advice, good price. Delivery date agreed and received fairly promptly. This is where the good part ends. In the end, the dishwasher was not available, so it was replaced with a slightly inferior model. No price reduction was offered, what the hell, probably not a big difference and the overall price is still right. The delivery date arrives, part of the kitchen (it was never mentioned before that several appointments were necessary) is being installed. Floor a bit scratched. What the heck, it happens. Measurement for worktop is coming. Employees from the partner company express suspicion that the oven and hotplate are too close to each other. It's better to contact a kitchen planner again. No sooner said than done, kitchen planner's suggestion: replace the stove cabinet, lower it. Disadvantage: Baking tray drawer has to move. Rejected because there was no more room for baking sheets. Planner looks at everything again and says it's okay. Two weeks go by, nothing happens. Ask when the delivery date is. Statement: It doesn't work, the cabinet needs to be adjusted, a slightly smaller drawer remains. OK, whatever. Two weeks pass (demand in between). Slow communication with several days between replies... I have set a deadline to complete the whole thing in the next two weeks (it is now February). Is smoothly ignored. End of February, still no delivery date. Somewhere in the phone call it is agreed that the drawer unfortunately doesn't work and a base drawer should be installed. Not ideal, but OK, whatever... Several phone calls to customer service regarding delivery dates. Frustration now immense. Get an appointment at some point. Fitters want to come and install a new stove cabinet, but they can't, it doesn't fit with the base drawer. So only a drawer was installed, a new stove cabinet in the basement. As a test, I want to put the baking sheets in the base drawer. Don't fit in. 🤦♂️ Planner cannot be reached. Customer service recommends having the plate installed anyway. No sooner said than done. Plate is in. Oven and hotplate specifications not met. It is now mid-March. I'll reach the planner eventually. Message Stove cabinet should fit. Baking trays don't fit? It's not that important, is it? But it is important. Kitchen was expensive enough that the baking sheets had to go somewhere. Proposal rejected. Requested for improvement and completion. A month goes by, several emails, no contact. Uninstalled backsplash has been waiting in the study for months. Now it's the end of April and I have to start looking for a lawyer. I had imagined it differently.

I have never received such unmotivated advice. The kitchen salesman had made no attempt to explain the options/alternatives to us. And the price with a supposed 50% discount was incomprehensible. I found the whole conversation very unpleasant and we actually would have liked to leave straight away after 10 minutes. Addendum: We were in a kitchen studio today and ordered a kitchen. 3 hours were planned for the consultation and everything was well explained and alternatives were discussed. The price was about 25% more, but it was worth it to us.

Unfortunately customer service is a disaster!!! We bought a garden lounge a year ago. The table and seats are now badly damaged by the sun. (Big holes) When we complained, we were informed by email that the model was no longer available. We should choose a new lounge for the value. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible afterwards and we were unlucky. Since then no more feedback.

Rarely have I experienced such disgraceful and poor service. The first sofa was sagging after 3 months and needed to be replaced, including delivery of a new sofa, for which I was even prepared to pay a difference of EUR 2,000. The poor quality was probably already known beforehand. Then I found out that despite the purchase agreement and exchange agreement there was no order at all for the collection of the old sofa on October 16, 2024. This was created on demand weeks later in January 2025. Collection was supposed to take place on January 13th, 2025, but at the old residential address despite repeated notifications that the item had moved in the meantime. In other words, there was no one there. 13 weeks later, the old sofa is still with me. Then the new sofa: First the delivery was supposed to come two weeks later than contractually agreed, then an appointment was agreed on January 14th, 2025. Nobody came and there was no call. Me, waiting at home all day, the time slot is 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Nothing!. In response to the description that delivery dates were simply not kept and that a few things had probably gone wrong, I received the response from service: "...those are things that don't interest me when making an appointment". Unbelievable. I will never buy anything from this store again and I would advise anyone not to spend their money here. Especially when it comes to prices.

Were there for the first time today to look for three new lamps for the living room. The employees seemed pretty unmotivated, almost annoyed if you had a question and then you were given incorrect information. Unfortunately, all models that would have fit were only available as exhibition pieces (heavily reduced). Of course it's bad luck and annoying, but I would have been willing to take this "risk" with one of the lamps and buy it without the right to exchange/guarantee. However, you can still only pick them up at the end of the month because no one will take them away before then. Ordering and delivery apparently not possible or simply not offered. Unfortunately it didn't convince me and I'll look elsewhere in the future.

I tried to pay with my Mastercard at the chaotic checkout 2 - without success. The cashier was a completely useless tool with an absolutely miserable attitude. When I repeatedly asked if Mastercard was accepted, I received nothing but silence. Luckily my wife had cash with her. After paying, my wife politely thanked me and said goodbye - and we were still completely ignored! I've never experienced anything like this before. That's just extremely rude. Höffner is the last!!! We bought a couch 3 years ago for 2700 and after three years it is so worn out and misshapen that we are very disappointed with such a product. We are not overweight people, rather slim. After a visit to Höffner to complain about it and possibly buy a new couch, we were informed that the warranty expired after two years and that you would have to read the “small print”. Largest juice store there is, we ordered the same bed three times, they said they would be delivered in 8 weeks, now after 7 weeks we disposed of our old bed so that there is no chaos and what happens we get a call that the company is supposedly insolvent and the beds are no longer delivered. Towards the end of November I was at Möbel Höffner in Munich-Freiham and hoped to be able to buy silver Kyoto picture frames in 21x30. The friendly woman put me off for the coming week. Since I live 35 minutes by car from Höffner (such frames are only available there), I called on December 3rd. at the information desk, who immediately directed me to Ms. Grünwald in the picture framing department. As a generally disappointed customer, I would not have expected what happened next. Ms. Grünwald promised me that she would check the warehouse to see whether a pallet with the picture frames I wanted had arrived. She would call me back in the next hour. And what happened? Ms. Grünwald informed me by phone that she had found what she was looking for and how many of the picture frames I needed. After giving the numbers, she also suggested that, to save money, I could have a customer card issued to me, which would have immediate effect. After my arrival, the woman at the information desk should contact her. She would then drive up with the shopping cart. Unbelievable...everything worked. I would like to thank Ms. Grünwald very much for the experience I was able to have with her. Thanks to them, I have regained a little more confidence in German service friendliness. Unfortunately we bought a kitchen there. It was installed incorrectly three months ago - the hob was delivered incorrectly, the sink was drilled incorrectly, the kitchen was installed completely crooked and, and and... to this day the kitchen has not been fully assembled - so it cannot be used! There was still an installation date, but only to replace the sink. The kitchen salesman couldn't be reached for over a month. Nobody answers our questions. We are still waiting to hear back when the next assembly date will take place. We have never had such a bad experience with a furniture store. We will definitely never buy anything there again! Update: No one got in touch after the complaint. The parts, especially the hob, have not yet been ordered... This is unprofessional, irresponsible and very annoying for us as customers. Update: we only get a response very quickly after my name was mentioned in my Google application. Only then (!) does the responsible clerk Lxxxx order the correct hob. Suggested delivery date at the end of December! (Kitchen should be ready in August!) Unfortunately she continues to ignore our emails and we don't know if the delivery date will even take place. We are still excited to see whether we can complete the topic this year...
