Largest juice store there is, we ordered the same bed three times, they said they would be delivered in 8 weeks, now after 7 weeks we disposed of our old bed so that there is no chaos and what happens we get a call that the company is supposedly insolvent and the beds are no longer delivered. Now my question is, did you want to build the beds after 7 weeks and then deliver them or what? How can something like that happen, we were told to come over and help you find new ones and go straight to the consultant who sold us the bed (Mr. Kasar) when we were there we first had to wait 30 minutes after 30 minutes he said he would still give it to me 5 minutes later he comes, annoyed and in no mood, to tell us that he can't help us. All he complained about was that he didn't get his 100 euro commission and then sent us to service to get our money back. We were there for another hour until we got the money And what was funny was the same bed was still there for sale only for a price twice as expensive

Towards the end of November I was at Möbel Höffner in Munich-Freiham and was hoping to buy silver Kyoto picture frames in 21x30. The friendly woman put me off for the coming week. Since I live 35 minutes by car from Höffner (such frames are only available there), I called on December 3rd. at the information desk, who immediately directed me to Ms. Grünwald in the picture framing department. As a generally disappointed customer, I would not have expected what happened next. Ms. Grünwald promised me that she would check the warehouse to see whether a pallet with the picture frames I wanted had arrived. She would call me back in the next hour. And what happened? Ms. Grünwald informed me by phone that she had found what she was looking for and how many of the picture frames I needed. After giving the numbers, she also suggested that, to save money, I could have a customer card issued to me, which would have immediate effect. After my arrival, the woman at the information desk should contact her. She would then drive up with the shopping cart. Unbelievable...everything worked. I would like to thank Ms. Grünwald very much for the experience I was able to have with her. Thanks to them, I have gained a little more confidence in German service friendliness. Congratulations to Möbel Höffner for your employee and Merry Christmas to all employees.

Unfortunately we bought a kitchen there. It was installed incorrectly three months ago - the hob was delivered incorrectly, the sink was drilled incorrectly, the kitchen was installed completely crooked and, and and... to this day the kitchen has not been fully assembled - so it cannot be used! There was still an installation date, but only to replace the sink. The kitchen salesman couldn't be reached for over a month. Nobody answers our questions. We are still waiting to hear back when the next assembly date will take place. We have never had such a bad experience with a furniture store. We will definitely never buy anything there again! Update: No one responded after the complaint. The parts, especially the hob, have not yet been ordered... This is unprofessional, irresponsible and very annoying for us as customers. Update: only after mentioning my name in my Google application did we get a response very quickly. Only then (!) does the responsible clerk Lxxxx order the correct hob. Suggested delivery date at the end of December! (Kitchen should be ready in August!) Unfortunately she continues to ignore our emails and we don't know if the delivery date will even take place. We are still curious as to whether we can complete the topic this year...

Never again. Purchased an item online. Didn't arrive on the agreed delivery date. No response & it is not possible to reach a human employee by phone. As soon as it comes to delivery, you end up with a bot that refers to the service email, which after 1 day still gives no answer as to whether the item will be delivered at all. Never receiving the item and never having to worry about it again was the best part of this experience.

If Höffner wants to close his shop soon, then they should continue like this. I didn't find any prices on almost all of the items in the home goods department or the fabrics and blankets. Until an employee explained to me that I had to scan each individual item on a scanner on the wall to find out the price. I then did what was very complicated. But when I got to the checkout, my items were twice as expensive as they were on the scanner. It then said that I would need a Höffner customer card for the scanned price. I even have a loyalty card. Been there to order a kitchen, in the info spot we got received by a guy that seemed nice, but oh man was he out, got interrupted in all my questions, he draw a plan based on what i told him and didn't accept no change or idea in it! Customer service was very unfriendly, we got eye rolled on every question and at the end of “meeting” he started to be passively aggressive by hitting the table every time he let the hand down! It looked more funny as intimidating. Got lied about the 50% discount presented all over the store as they weren't meant for the Kitchens! We got up on the half of this non-sense meeting as the guy did his best to convince us that ordering a Kitchen in Höffner is a terrible idea. Your staff needs definitely some trainings on customer service.

Do not adhere to the agreements in the purchase contract. We are currently experiencing fraud by this furniture store! Unfortunately, we decided on a Höffner kitchen at the trade fair. The kitchen is good, but I would never buy from Höffner again! Below are the most serious points. There were also other problems, but that would go beyond the scope. I will advise everyone I meet for the rest of my life not to shop at Höffner! Apart from the fact that they didn't manage to enter the correct delivery address into the system for a year (neither the person who entered the order into the system, nor the consultants, nor the surveyors managed to do it), even though it was specified correctly from the start, you're trying to cheat the customer! They simply delivered us a different dishwasher than agreed in the purchase contract, and they don't want to give us the €1,000 voucher from the purchase contract. After delivery, a voucher for €500 arrived quite quickly, i.e. only half of the agreement. Supposedly we get the rest after replacing the dishwasher with the correct (ordered) model. (I have no idea how that would have worked without a complaint.) Now, more than a month after the exchange, this has still not happened. A different service person always processes the complaint emails without reading the attached email history and therefore claims that we had received the voucher long ago, giving us the idea of ​​the amount of the voucher There is no way to compare the agreement here. We would like to buy a dining set for the kitchen, but can't because these employees are unable or unwilling to issue a voucher for the correct amount! (I would prefer to have the money in cash by now so I never have to go there again!) PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!! THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOU!!

First: Never again a Höffner kitchen!!! Almost exactly 15 years ago we bought our first kitchen from Höffner. Everything was going great back then, so we decided to buy a kitchen from Höffner again. The planning went well, our wishes were taken into account, but then the positive experience ends. 2 days before delivery we were informed that the Siemens built-in fully automatic coffee machine could only be delivered in week 45. Week 45 is now over and the fully automatic coffee machine has still not been delivered. During construction it was discovered that 2 end panels had been delivered incorrectly. The subsequent delivery should take place on December 9th (!!) and from a producer who is near Augsburg. For a kitchen worth over 40,000 euros, you should be able to quickly make two top panels. In addition, the extractor hood gave up the ghost after just 3 weeks. We complained about this and received an answer from customer service that we had to contact the manufacturer. Apparently people are not aware of the legal situation at Höffner, that Höffner is the contractual partner and not Siemens. Here again it shows that anyone can sell, but Höffner's customer service is poor. I can neither recommend Höffner nor will I ever buy anything there again.

We ordered a custom-made cupboard online and it went really well and beautifully to configure. After 12 weeks the cupboard arrived and was assembled. However, this was a disaster as the cupboard collapsed after about 1 hour of assembly and was damaged. The assembly employee then showed me the damage, but this was only half of the damaged parts. I then reported the further damage to the service staff and sent an email with the damage. After waiting 4 weeks and repeatedly asking when the parts would arrive, I got an appointment with an employee who was supposed to look at the damage and write down the part numbers. After I called again for 4 weeks without any information about what was happening, I was promised a discount of 500 euros and a binding appointment to set up the cupboard. On day The final straw was the call that asked me to rate the order and Möbel Höffner suddenly had no idea about the discount of 500 euros. After a long negotiation I received a voucher worth 400 euros, but I find it very cheeky After such a long wait and such hassle, negotiating with customers in this way and not even granting a discount on the cupboard. The voucher has now been issued and there will definitely be no further contact with Möbel Höffner.

The purchase itself was a bit difficult. We wanted to buy a sofa and configured it on site. During the conversation with the seller, incorrect amounts were constantly communicated and then changed again. E.g. We were given a delivery window from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is now 2 p.m. and no delivery has been made yet. When you ask over the phone you only get the information that “the boys are not available”. One wonders whether there won't be better solutions for customers in 2024? I'm going to work now and will probably be able to take a second day of vacation for the second delivery attempt. Who will pay me for this now? This makes you ask yourself: Does local brick-and-mortar retail still have to exist? It is now easier to order something online; you can get exact delivery times from shipping companies, sometimes with real-time tracking. Now we have bought furniture for the hallway and parts are missing again, which makes assembly impossible. Unfortunately, this furniture store is really bad in terms of quality. We bought a very high quality bed where the drawers didn't work when assembled because the board that the rail rests on is too far away from the drawer's roller. The service person who came to repair the drawer actually claimed that the floor was not level and that that was the reason why the drawer was not working. That's a disgrace and not really a good understanding of customer service. I'll let you know if we get the problem solved. I would never buy anything here again. Now three months have passed, there was another mechanic there who claimed it was the drawers, which of course wasn't true either. After I called with an important request, the employee treated me unfriendly and simply brushed me off in the middle of the conversation without any explanation - the employee hung up. Such disrespect and ignorance towards customers is absolutely unacceptable. No solution was offered to my problem and I felt that my concern was not taken seriously at all. Bought something twice. Both times a disaster!!!! The first purchase was a couch 10 months ago during the 40% off sale. Two weeks later, lo and behold, the same price. It was clear to me that it wasn't a 40% discount, but nothing surprised me. The couch was delivered a full 6 weeks later than stated and lo and behold... the delivery was wrong!!! Part of the couch was from another order. We then had to wait another 6 weeks. As compensation we received a voucher for 20 euros, which is really ridiculous given the hassle and extra effort. The second purchase, two weeks ago, was chairs that were in stock. We were promised that the chairs would go out on Monday if we paid for them straight away. If you're still wondering. The chairs are still not there today because they are not available. That was the last time and I REALLY ADVISE everyone not to buy anything from there!

I strongly advise against having a sofa configured there. We made this for a lot of money, expecting to get quality that will last us for many years. However, the selected (extra robust "Easy Care") fabric in antracite began to change its color on the entire piece of furniture after a very short time in normal daylight (no direct sunlight) and is now horribly blue/purple in color. Easy to see as there is a pull-out part that retains its original color. However, you don't just buy a new sofa for several thousand euros and the covers aren't easy to change either, so we tried to come to terms with that. However, since things are getting worse every year, we have now turned to Höffner after 5 years - after all, a quality defect that is hard to believe. Short answer: the warranty period of 2 years has expired. Then a longer explanation on “reform of the law of obligations” and “reversal of the burden of proof”. Yes, thanks. Sounded very regretful and heartfelt - Not. I actually had to blink briefly at the harsh answer. So honestly, don't put so much trust and money in Höffner again and this should be a warning to others. Even if you can't show the colors well in a photo, the problem can be identified and we'll attach another photo. If you've always wanted a large sofa in gray with a purple tinge, please get in touch ;) Jokes aside, we're honestly sad to be stuck with such a horrible color.

Buying a kitchen from Möbel Höffner was an absolute failure. Appointments postponed several times, consultants badmouthing each other, and a lack of planning - one cupboard wasn't ordered at all, another had the wrong depth. Mechanics showed up unprepared and left before the job was finished. Promises were constantly broken. We were assured that we would be able to buy the kitchen model in the future - a blatant lie. Overall a disastrous experience. Be sure to get everything in writing before trusting this store!

We looked online for 6 dining chairs, a rocking chair, leather upholstery and found them at Höffner. Since we wanted to “test drive” we drove about 130 km to Munich and were not disappointed. Our favorites were..."well...almost ok".The friendly saleswoman then led us through half the exhibition and showed us alternatives in the good mid-price segment...after about 20 minutes we had purchased. What I found really great was that the saleswoman didn't try to "talk" us into anything. She gave good and courteous advice. Was friendly and nice. Unfortunately, the nice lady is probably retiring next year. But before that, we will most likely buy a matching leather sofa from her in the spring. The sooooo pushy salesman from the sofa department will come away empty-handed. In my opinion, furniture stores have corresponding goods in the low, medium and high price segments. The quality is accordingly. A good customer is not the one who pays a lot, but the one who keeps coming back. And a lot depends on the staff.

Even 5 years later it remains at three stars. All good, but nothing more. The consultants were rather “pushy”; we wanted to get an overview and only then get advice. After a clear approach this was accepted. We ordered anyway, “everything was ok”. The restaurant gets 5 stars for selection and service. I can only advise against buying a built-in kitchen there. Under no circumstances should you pay before the service has been provided. Endless terror for 3 months. No functioning kitchen and a view of a construction site. One doesn't know what the other is doing. No professionals during construction! Beautifully slutty! Furniture and accessories are totally overpriced. The best thing is the restaurant. With vouchers you can eat well and cheaply. The roof terrace is nice to sit on, especially in autumn and spring. We weren't aware that a furniture store in Munich closes at 7 p.m. We were just testing pillows when it was already 6:15 p.m. and the saleswoman calmly watched us as we dragged around 8 pillows to the sample mattresses to test them. Shortly before 7 p.m. the announcement came that the store was closing. We didn't really listen because we thought it was open until 8 p.m. We became aware when the customers were wished a nice evening. I then went to the saleswoman and asked and she said, yes, we are closing now. It was 6:55 p.m. Well, to be honest, I wish the saleswoman had informed us when she saw what we were doing that we didn't have that long. But okay, now we didn't buy a pillow and we had 2 on the shortlist and they would have cost more than €129. Now we'll just buy one somewhere else.

We were in the curtain department today (Saturday) and were looking for a roller curtain. Since we unfortunately couldn't find where to find the right curtains, we went to a saleswoman with black hair who was apparently responsible for the department. The lady was sitting alone at the desk and we asked for help. We got a short answer that we have to look on the right side. We continued to search but still couldn't find the curtains in question. We went to the same saleswoman again and got a short answer that said Multi on it. We went looking again but Multi was nowhere. We went back to the saleswoman who was standing there with a customer. We just wanted to ask if she could show us the curtains afterwards. The saleswoman simply ran away and we tried to speak to her directly three times. No reaction whatsoever. My partner tapped her instead the saleswoman started screaming at us that my partner shouldn't touch her. Nobody touched her. We wanted to clarify this with the department head straight away but the saleswoman refused. Instead she wanted to have us removed. I then went to the information desk where a nice saleswoman went with us and explained to us that the saleswoman's information was wrong. I have I don't understand that kind of thing and I'm not prepared to accept the whim of a saleswoman.

Today we wanted to buy some nice cushions for our sofa (also bought here). 5 pieces selected - all Esprit brand and same size. Only the colors were different. Since it was very busy this lunchtime (some kind of promotion), we stood at the checkout for over 30 minutes. It can happen, it's ok too. Then the gentleman at the checkout at pillow number 3 - I can't sell that, there are no pieces of paper to scan 🤷🏻‍♀️ Solution??? Didn't buy a pillow. Not recommended with children. If the children's paradise is overcrowded and you have to wait in line for a long time, that's bearable. Never again Höffner!!!! We ordered bathroom furniture (vanity cabinet and 3 sinks) on April 13, 2024. According to the manufacturer, delivery should take place 8 weeks after ordering. Unfortunately that is not the case! 6 months later and countless calls, we received a delivery date for October 1st, 2024. Unfortunately, the fitters were unable to assemble the sinks and furniture because the dimensions of the base cabinet were made incorrectly, the depth did not correspond to the order, so our door would no longer close (see picture). That's why we rejected the delivery and complained An order. Consequence: wait again. Even if you make a complaint, you will not be treated as a priority and will be processed with standard delivery times. Wait another 6 months. Unbelievable!!!! Dear Höffner, to this day we actually don't have any sinks in our home! This is absolutely unacceptable and not a situation you want to live with!!! We are deeply disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again.

First of all: For God's sake, no matter what you do, under no circumstances buy your kitchen here... Have you ever bought a kitchen here? The mechanic screws into the power line... Result: tearing open the wall, redoing the power line, kitchen without electricity. Now to the current kitchen: Not only is half of it missing (complete trash can system, high-voltage splitter for stove and oven, the complete pull-out system for the double drawers), almost every second part has a flaw (scratches in the glass, dents in the wood, breaks, etc.)… Despite the presence of one of the buyers, the fitters simply went about their work and cut the back wall incorrectly and used the wrong color for the joints. Well, the order didn't say what color you wanted, but ask? Certainly not… Oh and since the splitter in question is missing, which was bought specifically because it was prophesied that the fuse would fly when the oven is connected to the sockets: of course the fuse will fly Not only are the prices beyond good and evil, the service and performance are terrible. And I don't even blame the fitters the most because they weren't even told some things. But to respond to the statement that the back wall is wrong with: “You should have said that earlier” is cheeky. There's a plan. You can see what it should look like and if you're not sure, ask. Service and so on… UPDATE: The dishwasher wasn't installed even though I paid for it. There are also no accessories for it, so the dishwasher cannot be used. The Höffner doesn't care, it will be improved in 6 weeks. Booking a carpenter to correct Höffner's omissions and sending the invoice to Höffner is refused. The fitters also broke one of my NEW socket inserts, but of course they didn't say anything. We have also noticed further damage. The matter will now be given to a lawyer. My friend who accidentally got this pork schnitzel was allergic to pork or any meat other than chicken. He took a couple of bites before realizing it was pork and immediately asked the staff of a possible mix up. The serving lady was nice to us. She apologized and replaced his dish with another chicken schnitzel.
