For me, the most important thing in stores like this is how delicious the food is. And I'll be honest: the food here is very tasty. I can only recommend it!
War mit einem Geschäftspartner zum Abendessen in der Waldschänke. Wir waren Beide begeistert. Das Essen war echt lecker und die Portionen ausreichend groß. Das Alles bei gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Ambience, well. If you eat inside and not outside, you smell like a deep fryer from head to toe, clothes and hair.
But the food, no matter what (I've tried almost everything) is worth at least 5 stars.
Absolute insider tip. The ladies are very friendly and nice.
The meat tasted good, but was cold. The employees weren't so friendly when I brought it up. Warm meat was served again but without sauce (since the sauce was supposedly the cause). Usually there is bread with the kebab plate, but we had to ask for it. The service wasn't great but the food tasted good.
No consumption on site, only pickup behind the house. My (vegetarian) vegetable noodles tasted like fish. Aside from the fishy taste, I didn't taste anything else. There was no salt and no other spice to taste. In addition, €10.30 for a plate of pasta with some vegetables is extremely expensive, especially if it doesn't taste good. It was the first and last time for me!
My wife and I dined at Ali's See-Kebap today. We both ordered a rotisserie platter. We sat outside. The dishes were served on a disposable plastic plate with a plastic fork. The portion was just about okay, but the meat was very oily. We felt the table wasn't clean. For €27 without drinks, I would have expected considerably more. We've had much better rotisserie platters. We're giving it three stars solely because of the friendly staff. In our opinion, the price is far too high for the quality.
