The atmosphere of the restaurant is modern and welcoming, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The food was simply excellent. The sushi selection is varied and fresh, and you can tell that attention is paid to quality here. The salmon in particular was a true taste experience – tender, fresh and perfectly prepared. The Asian specialties are also an absolute highlight; they are creative and perfectly seasoned. I can fully recommend the Fuji Restaurant - if you are looking for an excellent Asian restaurant in Kiel, you should definitely stop by here. An all-round perfect evening, we will definitely be back!
