Went to Saray Essen again today for a long time and it was great as usual. The food was very tasty, the shop was nice and clean and the new atmosphere was very appealing. Prices are okay for what you get. You could tell that the boss was happy to see us again and despite the busyness, he took time for a quick chat. 😊

Every time I order here today I've had a worse experience than ever before. I should add 3 side salads online to meet the minimum order quantity according to my colleague on the phone. Then there was the surprise of €15.30 for a pizza. There was no side salad. Still 15.30€??

After 1 1/2 hours of delivery, a 26cm pizza arrived even though I ordered a 40cm pizza, ice cold of course. I ordered a white wine, it was red wine. When I called after an hour and asked if it would take long, I was rudely told that I hadn't ordered enough and that the trip wasn't worth it. What can I do about it if this was possible with Lieferando? The driver then gave me the same unfriendly conversation. What a bad experience
