ROMA Pizzeria Ristorante in Rehlingen-Siersburg

Die Lieferung hat über eineinhalb Stunden gedauert, obwohl man mir 30–40 Minuten versprochen hatte. Am Ende kam eine schreckliche Pizza an – sie bestand praktisch nur aus Zwiebeln.

Also ich habe gestern Essen bestellt und das Essen kam trotz dass ich die Saarland Kartoffeln ohne Zwiebeln bestellt habe mit sehr vielen Zwiebeln ich hatte außerdem bei der Pizza Magherita gefragt ob wir noch Soße drauf haben könnten (was sonst nirgendwo ein Problem ist) diese kam auch nicht an! Außerdem waren beide Gerichte gefühlt nur Öl und Fett, die Pizza war so fettig dass man sie kaum essen konnte ohne Bauchweh und die Kartoffeln sind in purem Öl geschwommen was absolut nicht appetitlich war. Es wurde uns auch nicht mitgeteilt dass es nicht gehen würde ohne Zwiebeln sondern einfach so geliefert!! Alles in allem eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung und eine dementsprechende Bewertung!!! Dort werde ich nichtmehr bestellen

Ich kann die positiven Bewertungen leider nicht bestätigen. Drei Pizzas, Rumpsteak mit Kräuterbutter und zwei Salate bestellt. Pizza war trocken und höchstens mittelmäßig im Geschmack, Steak war quasi noch roh. Salatsauce erinnert an Kebabsauce. Naja, war eventuell ein Ausrutscher. Immerhin schnelle Lieferung. So jedenfalls keine Empfehlung. Schade.

Das Essen war günstig. Geschmacklich war es ganz gut, könnte man aber noch verbessern. Bei den Kartoffeln/Blumenkohl Auflauf war der Geschmack eher so als sei das Essen schon paar Tage alt.

Ich habe bei Pizzeria Roma eine kleine Pizza Margherita mit Dönersoße bestellt – ganz klar und deutlich, da ich Vegetarier bin. Vor Ort wollte man mir dann plötzlich eine Dönerpizza + Dönersoße berechnen, was ich direkt korrigiert habe. Am Ende habe ich genau das bekommen und bezahlt, was ich ursprünglich bestellt habe: eine Pizza Margherita mit Dönersoße. Zuhause angekommen, werde ich ernsthaft vom Laden angerufen und am Telefon angegangen, was denn jetzt mit der Dönerpizza sei. Mir wird vorgeworfen zu lügen, der Ton wurde laut und respektlos. Ich habe ruhig erklärt, dass ich nur meine Bestellung abgeholt habe, aber darauf wurde gar nicht eingegangen. Stattdessen wird man beleidigt und einfach weggedrückt. Ich war dort eigentlich Stammkunde und bin oft hingegangen, aber nach so einer Aktion war das definitiv mein letzter Besuch. So ein Verhalten gegenüber Kunden ist absolut unprofessionell und respektlos. Fehler können passieren, aber dann sollte man diese auch einsehen und nicht den Kunden dafür verantwortlich machen. Für mich definitiv das letzte Mal dort bestellt.

Ordered 4 times, 3 times good, but today it was unbelievable. I ordered the doner pizza. Normally, as far as I know, it would come with garlic sauce or something, but there was nothing. The pizza was still lukewarm and hard. I've never eaten a worse pizza.

The worst place in town. Fries so hard you have to soak them first, and the meat so oversalted it's inedible. With oversalted meat, you can make the rotten meat palatable again. Never again from that place; I'd rather starve. One star is still too many.

If there were zero stars, there would be zero stars. Ordered food, didn't get delivered after two hours. Two calls, and the food still didn't arrive. Never again Roma!

Bereits mehrfach bestellt, Lieferung immer auf die Minute pünktlich und Essen noch sehr heiß. Preis Leistung passt, Essen schmeckt, Portionen sind für den Preis absolut top. Ich kann natürlich keine 5 Sterne Küche erwarten, es ist ein Pizza Service. Wir bestellen regelmäßig hier und hatten bis jetzt keine nennenswerten Probleme.

The order came pretty quickly; the stated 40 minutes turned out to be 15. However, one pizza was missing. I called, apologized, and it would be delivered. Minutes later, it arrived, but it was a 30cm pizza instead of the 40-centimeter pizza I ordered. And he wanted the money from it, too. Well, it wasn't on his bill. I called again, and the driver returned the excess money. The pizzas are a 7 on the scale. The salad was an 8. I had a Hawaiian schnitzel with extra sauce...it tasted so-so. However, later I poured the sauce down the sink and saw that instead of ham, it was meatloaf. I looked at the leftover schnitzel, and also meatloaf...that's a bad joke. So, for me, it was the last time. Since my son likes the pizza there, he'll probably order there more often. I definitely won't.

After almost 2 hours I asked where the food was. Was forgotten. Not for the first time. The person on the phone almost fell asleep while ordering and asking. It's a shame, I can't recommend it.

We love getting pizza here; it's always been good so far! The vegetarian option is also delicious!

Pizza was charred, onions were way too big and thick, almost raw. Pasta al forno, Bolognese sauce, 3 pieces of minced meat were visible and totally dry, where is the sauce. Pasta Napoli was so salty The first time I ordered there, never again, that was disgusting. I'm pissed off

Pizza was burnt, the tortellini was spicy (even though there was nothing in the description) and they forgot the extra bottle of gas. We hadn't ordered anything for a long time but it was a very bad meal.

My pizza actually had a live fish on it. He was still moving and almost looked at me as if he wanted to ask what he was doing. I don't know if this was supposed to be a particularly fresh service, but I really didn't expect such a kind of 'sea deluxe'. The fish lived almost longer than I did after the first bite. You can do it like that... but you don't have to.

Pizza is poor quality, dough hard, toppings inferior. Driver very nice and punctual.

For once we ordered food today, absolutely not recommended... Parmesan schnitzel, croquettes and salad unfortunately inedible! Never again!!!!!

What we experienced today is simply beyond words!!! As good regular customers, we have always ordered regularly. Now an order was placed and after asking several times where our food was (my husband had to work the night shift and I said that every time) we were always put off. I then canceled the meal after two hours because no one knew where the driver was. The employee was very friendly and apologized several times and offered me (because I was a regular customer) a discount or completely free delivery for my next order. Now we have ordered again, of course without asking for a discount (because we were otherwise always satisfied and don't hold grudges) The employee who apologized to me then told me that the boss said we would no longer be delivered because we didn't accept the food. He also said that we were in the right and that he was sorry but he had to do what the boss said! I can only shake my head at such arrogance from the owner. Pride comes before a fall!!!! From now on we will be happy to order elsewhere. Restaurants are a dime a dozen. And the dear boss apparently has enough money. And we will gladly no longer support such an opinionated and cheeky company!!!!!!

Farmer's salad ordered with fried potatoes, none available, just something similar and cooked and way too much paprika powder. Half a tomato carelessly in the corner, 1 slice of cucumber and the dressing is just salty. Pizza is so good. Onions cut so thick that they weren't even cooked through 🤣 Dough half raw and wobbly Fair prices and fast delivery.

Sometimes different food arrives than what you ordered, and it usually tastes like some things are 2-3 days old.

My order was not understood and after several explanations he simply hung up on me. Then I called again and he made me feel stupid. And he didn't want to take any more orders; he said I would steal his time.

You can't even give the restaurant one star. First you order something and only half of it is delivered, then you get ripped off on the telephone and then after the second call you are told it will be delivered. And again just fooled. To be honest, I've had enough of the juice shop. At some point, once is enough.

I was very shocked after I opened the pizza box today...

Salad is no longer edible, really wobbly and black. Food was always great except for the last few times. Driver always wants extra money instructions from the owner because the offer is not valid, but it is not changed by Lieferanto or the other providers. It was really the last time

We always like to try something new, but I have to say that the food here was an absolute flop. You paid €37 and the food doesn't even come close to the price-performance ratio. You get a strangely composed pizza that was very limp. Pasta that tastes like vinegar. The sauce wasn't mixed properly in the salad. Doner pizza was very greasy because the meat was fried in a pan. Pizza is not the familiar Italian style because the order of the toppings was not correct. Garlic sauce had a very unusual consistency and was also very sticky. Some of the food was spoiled. When I placed my order the staff was also very unfriendly. It would have been better if I had canceled the order straight away and ordered it somewhere else. I would love to ask for my money back.

Ordered Margherita pizza last night and picked it up. Afterwards I had bad stomach problems. Never again

Unfortunately the salad wasn't fresh and the dressing was wrong! The schnitzel was probably from the day before and drowned in mediocre sauce! Unfortunately that was nothing, what a shame! First and last order!

Delivery was way too late and after asking, cheeky answers on the phone. The delivery was also incomplete. Unfortunately not recommended, don't order there anymore and ideally no one else.

Today I caught another unfriendly driver, first I don't understand then I snap at me, he's old and not young, he doesn't come to us anymore. It's a shame because it's actually our regular pizzeria

Pizza lukewarm, fries dripping with fat and pizza bread burnt, only the pasta was ok. In addition, the pasta was placed on top of the pizza...so we could scrape the toppings off the lid

Not recommended salad with stalk very unfortunate sauces tasted like nothing more than half was thrown away ingredients didn't match what was ordered very disappointing shh

Bad experience: Wrong order and delay I am extremely disappointed with my last order from this pizzeria. Not only were my orders delivered incorrectly, but delivery also took an unreasonable amount of time. After I complained that the wrong pizzas were delivered, they promised to bring the correct ones, but they arrived again half an hour late. This was absolutely unacceptable and I will certainly not be ordering from here again.

The pizza was good but not really warm. Everything was ok with the salad. The combination was only lukewarm and the bechamel sauce was completely missing. Some of the pasta was hard.

Driver very nice eat 10 minutes earlier. But a cold .. where do they get the cold schnitzel from .. would have to bake it themselves .. tortellini panna .. worst garlic smell and taste .. hardly edible .. what is the garlic even doing in there .. please hire a cook Can cook...sry, I won't order anything else beforehand. I always ordered here. Ugh no thanks Addendum, even the Hawaiian schnitzel is full of garlic... you already know that you earn money from us, not we from you... I'm really pissed off... Another star gone... because my organic waste bin is getting full...

Ordered schnitzel and noodles. When it came after half an hour everything was ice cold. Schnitzel with cold sauce. The only thing that was warm was the noodles but nothing else. Absolutely not recommended and I will never order there again.

Had pizza delivered, a kebab pizza was ordered, unfortunately it was an onion pizza with about 2cm long onion cubes and a little kebab meat (about a small piece of meat per pizza piece) Unfortunately not so ideal 2/5

Vor Ort gegessen habe ich noch nicht, aber haben einen super Lieferservice, zeitlich zuverlässig und gute Pizza, viel Auswahl zu fairem Preis. Empfehlenswert!

Sehr leckere Pizza, kann ich nur Empfehlen. Nachtrag: habe Gestern erneut eine Partypizza bestellt, innerhalb 20 Minuten stand der Fahrer vor der Tür. Dafür gibts 6 Sterne. Und die Pizza war wie immer sehr gut. Update 07.08.2022 Heute eine Pizza und ein Schnitzel bestellt, am Sonntagmittag....... Lieferzeit 24 Minuten, sehr gut und sehr lecker.

Ihr wart mal Super. Aber mittlerweile seid ihr nur noch unterdurchschnittlich.

Nachdem wir telefonisch Bestellt haben. War alles schnell geliefert und sehr warm. Wurde schneller geliefert als telefonisch angegeben. Vom Geschmack her, gibt es auch nix negative zu beanstanden. Am besten die Bestellung telefonisch aufgeben! Mit der online Bestellung haben wir auch unsere negativen Erfahrungen gemacht. Wenigstens hat der Inhaber sich gemeldet und entschuldigt!

War in 15 Minuten da und hat super geschmeckt

Wir haben am Freitag Abend bestellt. Sollte in 40 Minuten geliefert werden, kam aber schon früher. Lieferung sehr gut. Fahrer sehr nett. Das Essen super heiß und der Salat sehr frisch. Hätte auch 5 Sterne gegeben, aber meine Combinatione war etwas lasch gewürzt. Musste etwas nachwürzen. Ansonsten alles top 👍Wir bestellen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Egal ob Pizza oder Pasta, das Essen ist immer top. Wir sind auch vom freundlichen Lieferservice sehr beeindruckt.

Das Essen schmeckt immer super und die Fahrer sind sehr nett. Meistens sind Sie bereits nach 15-20 Minuten da.

Ich kann ja verstehen dass die Corona Zeiten für alle hart sind, aber hier geht es scheinbar stetig mit der Qualität bergab. Hatte Kartoffeln Salomone und die Kartoffeln schmecken irgendwie alt, die Portion war auch viel kleiner als sonst und ich habe mir noch eine Flasche Weißwein bestellt, die für den Preis von 7,50 € dann nur 0,7l statt wie angegeben 1 Liter hatte. Ich bin zwar kein Freund von Liter Flaschen, aber es gibt durch aus gute Tischweine in solchen Gebinden. Dieser war die absolute Katastrophe. Und noch 25 % Mengenabschlag für den gleichen Preis. Ohne entgegenkommen, ich werde wohl so schnell dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Bestellen öfter dort aber leider wollen wir es in Zukunft meiden. Heute fast 2 Stunden gewartet, Essen kalt und lieblos. Leider des öfteren jetzt so gewesen. Einfach nur enttäuscht von der Qualität und dem Service. Schade

Pizza kalt und kaum Belag drauf...Blumenkohlauflauf ohne Blumenkohl,ohne Käse und paar Stücker Kartoffeln in viel zu viel Soße!Das war vor der Coronazeit ALLES BESSER und das als Stammkunde der mehrmals die Woche bestellt!!!

Wir haben schon öfters Bestellt jedesmal nach 21h und wir haben immer Partypizzen Bestellt... ich muss sagen top Personal und der Fahrer ist echt sehr Nett! Gerne gebe ich 3 bis 5 Euro Trinkgeld! Denn sie sind klasse Pizzen 1A Rigatoni Bolo... Carbonara... Schnitzel TOP Man bekommt was für sei Geld! Liebe Grüße aus Silwingen... Team Roma ... ihr macht gute Arbeit :)

Also Lieferzeit voll ok, Essen ist auch immer lecker. allerdings schneiden sie nie die Pizza! und oft sind bei den Pizzen andere Sachen mit drauf die eig. nicht dazu gehören. daher 2 Sterne abzug aber sonst Empfehlenswert
