The store was bought out and the app no longer works because the service was canceled by the new owner. You will NOT be informed that the app does not work. You can still order through it. The money is debited. The order does not arrive at the store. I called them and then went there. I should order and pay again on site. I was told I would get the money back. You would ignorantly think that they would take care of it. However, now I have to chase somehow to get my money back. The only problem is that I have no contact with the provider of the app and the restaurant cannot help me. If you cancel a service like this, you should probably first make sure that it is deactivated. As soon as I get my money back there will be another good review but that's just very, very annoying.
I was always happy with the pizza. I ordered a jumbo margherita last week and it was great (see picture 1). Then I told my work colleague from Düsseldorf that the best pizza was there and he got a burnt pizza (see picture 2). At least they could have made a new one. I used to be a pizza chef at Pizzeria Marco. I've never released anything like this before. Sorry, that doesn't work at all. The worst thing is that they weren't even allowed to eat there. I'm very disappointed.
We are very angry, we placed an order by phone yesterday and we were assured the food would be there in half an hour, after waiting 3 hours the food didn't come at all😤 it's a shame we were good customers for years and always ordered a lot for parties etc, well now we will never order anything again!!!
Really delicious food, very friendly staff...always up for a joke 😅. Price-performance ratio is completely fine. Happy to tip a euro or two ☺️. Stay as you are 👍
