Staff very friendly. Salad very tasty with vinegar oil dressing, fresh champions & chicken again and again ! My partner with shrimp was also very happy.

Absolutely disappointing! We waited an incredible 2.5 hours for our order (3 pizzas). Despite two calls to assure us that the pizza was “on the way,” it simply never arrived. No accommodation, no apology – we were just stalled. Such poor service is unacceptable! We definitely won't order here again.

We've actually ordered from Roma a few times and so far everything has gone relatively smoothly. But today we ordered at 5:50 p.m., Lieferando app only showed 6:30 p.m. as the delivery time, and shortly afterwards 6:50 p.m. So far so good, it was already 7:15 p.m. and still no food. I called the restaurant and was assured the food would be there in 20 minutes at the latest. Well now it's 8:22 p.m. and still no food. The app shows that the food has been delivered and no one is answering the phone in the restaurant. Very disappointing.

We had dinner in the restaurant today, February 27th, 2024. The food was very good, service attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was not that inviting, very practical and simple, not cozy but clean. Price/performance was still in the upper range. We would like to come back and can recommend it for those with a small appetite. It is not suitable for extensive get-togethers.

Actually the service isn't even worth one star. We were always quite satisfied with the food (if you even get through it and aren't pushed away). It's best to go there and not be annoyed. However, the service is a disgrace. Since it wasn't the first time that the pizza was wrong (which was acceptable last time because the toppings were ok), this time we brought the pizza back personally because pirates and olives aren't our thing. Unfortunately, in the restaurant we were treated very badly and claimed that we had ordered it that way and that we had no insight and that we should just order something new now. We should pay for one pizza and the other would be on them, sorry, that doesn't fall under customer-friendly. My family ordered a lot from there often. From now on there will be a few less.

We had it delivered. That's why I can't rate the ambience. The food was delicious. In our opinion the best pizza in Wegberg. The noodles were also amazing. This was our first order and definitely not the last. We would be happy to order again. The delivery service was really friendly. It's a shame that you can only give 5 stars 🌟. I would also give 10 stars 🌟. Keep it up

Am Wochenende hier jemanden ans Telefon zu bekommen ist mega schlecht! Erreichbarkeit miserabel!!! Man braucht seeeeeeehr viel Zeit um hier zu bestellen.

Beste Pizza und Pasta in Wegberg. Manchmal ist es etwas "busy" vor Ort, aber das macht die Qualität des Essens mehr als gut.

I ate here while visiting my friend who lives in Wegberg. It was fantastic, the owner is Italian (I believe from Naples area?) and so the food is authentic as can be. I definitely recommend it!

Wir haben schon oft bei Roma bestellt und es gibt wirklich nichts an dem Essen was geliefert wird auszusetzen. Egal ob Pizza oder Pasta, immer warm frisch und lecker. Auch die selbstgemachten Nudeln schmecken wirklich sehr gut 👍🏼. Jetzt kommt das aber und das ist ein großes und nerviges aber. Es kommt leider sehr oft vor, dass man anrufen möchte und man entweder sofort aus der Leitung geschmissen wird oder man endet in einer endlosen Warteschleife, die einen am Ende auch wieder aus der Leitung wirft. Dadurch konnten wir locker schon 5 mal nicht bestellen. (Leider) Daher auch der abgezogene Stern. MfG

Das erste Mal bestellt und was soll ich sagen? Absolut empfehlenswert. Absolut freundliches Personal, schneller Lieferservice und gabz tolles Essen. Dieses kam heiß und gut verpackt bei uns an. Die Zutaten waren frisch verarbeitet und einfach nur lecker. Da können sich einige Möchtegernpizzerien eine dicke Scheibe von abschneiden. Dazu die hausgemachten Nudeln, einfach ein Genuss. Für die negativen Bewertungen kann ich kein Verständnis aufbringen. Wer hier schnelles Fast Food von der Stange erwartet, ist hier fehl am Platz. Diese Leute sollten lieber weiter bei Lieferando und Konsorten bestellen.

Wir haben letztens mit Freunden bei Roma bestellt.Ich übertreibe nicht es war einfach mega lecker.Als Nachtisch haben wir uns die Tiramisu bestellt und ich muss sagen einfach perfekt!!!!! Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal!
