Have new kebab meat... a poem. Really....just order meat...a little onions and lettuce...A culinary delight....

Food is cold, kebab is dry and doesn't taste good. Absolutely not recommended.

So far we have always been happy, but what happened yesterday is the height. We ordered something to be delivered by phone at 9 p.m. Duration: about an hour. No problem. When we still hadn't gotten anything to eat at 10:20 p.m., we called to ask. Of course we couldn't get to anyone else because according to the flyer the store is only open until 10 p.m. (unfortunately we only noticed it at 10:20 p.m.). There was no information that we would no longer receive our food. We also received no response to our query on the answering machine. For us, that was it. Pretty rude and absolutely not customer oriented.

I ordered food twice. Ordering was unproblematic and easy. The food arrived on time. The driver brought a very warm meal. The food was very good and tasty the first and second time 😋 That was definitely not the last time I ordered from Kepinu Wegberg. I ordered the Turkish and the German food. Thank you! Please keep it up 👍

Best pizza in the whole of Wegberg

A pizza that is far too small for the price

I have always been very satisfied with the entire restaurant, but recently there have been more and more errors with orders. Today I discovered that an entire menu had been mixed up and I called and described the situation. I then received rude answers and ultimately had to ask several times for the correct menu to be delivered to me. I have never experienced such poor and rude service. Unfortunately it was the last time I ordered there.

I am (now rather was) a regular customer at Kepinu and a treatment like today has done the rest for me. A salami pizza and a cheeseburger menu were ordered. A hamburger menu with the wrong filling was delivered to Staessen. When the local was contacted, they were initially friendly towards us. After the situation was described and in the background of the phone call you could hear the chef confirming that he had prepared the wrong dish... they suddenly became very unfriendly towards us. We were offered the missing ingredients by post. After several discussions, we were assured that a replacement would be prepared under the agreement that the incorrectly delivered dish would understandably not be consumed. Done and done, 45 minutes later the replacement arrived, the hunger was almost gone. Now to the replacement: The cheeseburger was put together with a brutality that you don't even know from McDonald's, it's hard to believe that it's supposed to be a burger. As an addition, a large package with the ingredients that were not wanted on the burger. I notice Kepinu is no longer what it was, time to separate from them.

I ordered a grill plate online and then a kebab plate arrived. When I called, they said I could keep the kebab plate and they would bring me the right plate. Then I just ate the fries. A short time later the boss called and told me not to eat anything. They wanted the plate back (resale?) I said I had already eaten the fries. When the grill plate came, the other plate was still taken away and the grill plate was only half full. Food was O.K. Service miserable.

Super leckeres Essen, toller und freundlicher Chef. Gute und frische Qualität. Nach meinem empfinden der beste Döner in der Umgebung!! Knuspriges Brot, sehr gutes Fleisch und knackige und frische Salate.

Super leckeres Essen! Mein persönlicher Favorit ist die Pizza. Man schmeckt die Qualität raus und es schmeckt fabelhaft. Der Döner ist auch super wie immer, leckere Soßen, frischer Salat und das wichtigste, leckeres Dönerfleisch!! Es zahlt sich aus jeden Samstag mein Essen vor Ort abzuholen.

Heute wider nach 2 Monate da gegesen und muss ehrlich sagen das beste was es in Kreis Heinsberg gibt, Da können so einige Läden einpacken.

Meine Frau und ich wohnen in Wegberg und bestellen seid ca 6 Monaten jeden Freitag bei Kepinu und das Essen ist immer super lecker und vor allem immer gleich 👍 Bei anderen bekommt man Mal eine kleine dann eine große Pizza hier jedoch ist die Portionsgröße und der leckere Geschmack immer für uns perfekt und gleich 👍👍👍

Es wurde heute bei Kepinu bestellt, 1 Stunde gedauert was ja noch ok ist, dass Essen war kalt. Dürüm lief aus, schon bei Lieferung, die anderen 3 Dönertaschen schlecht in Alufolie eingewickelt, kein Wunder das diese kalt waren. Dem Fahrerer konnte man anmerken das er keine lust hatte zu liefern oder ggf. einen schlechten Tag hatte. Würde dort nicht nochmal bestellen. Preis Leistung und Qualität ausreichend.

Der Kunde steht im Vordergrund! Sehr netter Fahrer.. wenn mal etwas nicht nach Plan läuft, wird zu Gunsten der Kundschaft gehandelt! Das schätzen wir sehr. Im Umkreis bestellen wir hier am liebsten. Das Essen schmeckt uns gut 👍🏻 für Lieferungen sind die Pizzen zu empfehlen. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

für mich sehr lecker, besonders die "klassische" Pizza Calzone.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, vor allem nach einem nicht erfreulichen Ereignis haben die Mitarbeiter sich danach sehr ins Zeug gelegt. Essen sehr schnell da und sehr lecker alle sehr freundlich. Top, weiter so!

Bis jetzt waren wir primär zufrieden. Lieferung erfolgt meist schneller als angegeben. Qualität ist meist gut. Punktabzug für das Fleisch. Geschmacklich schwankt die Qualität. Manchmal recht fettig. Das kenne ich so nicht vom Döner bzw. vom Fleisch. Wir bestellen eingl. recht gerne dort.

Nicht unsere Erste Wahl wenn es um Döner und Co in Wegberg geht. Alles in Allem gut. Beim letzten Mal hat echt gedauert vier Lamacun zu machen, das wir diese nur echt kalt genießen konnten.
