I've been ordering from Schlemmer Pizza for years, and again yesterday. Unfortunately, I have to notice that the quality and service is decreasing more and more. So yesterday I waited almost 2 hours for food. Not only has everything become significantly more expensive, the packaging and contents of the baked goods have also shrunk. Although there was supposed to be a salad with the meal, I searched for it in vain. I think I'd rather order somewhere else where customer satisfaction is the top priority.

The food is great, I like the vegan selection. But for the third time my order for a bowl was not fulfilled correctly. Twice no dip arrived, today the wrong one arrived (not vegan...). Won't try it a fourth time.

Berlin and Bern were ordered. Berlin, which costs almost €20, came without chili sauce and peanuts! The prices are absolutely exorbitant for the fact that you pay a delivery fee and give the supplier another euro anyway. Other suppliers can do this better/cheaper!

So never again. Pizza was cold and very thinly topped. the dough like rubber. We wanted the burger without onions, but we were told there were onions on it. We won't be ordering there anymore. The price is no longer worth it.
