Pickup went well! It was ready upon arrival! However, the food was cold. The chicken wings and the cauliflower nuggets were cold and apparently hadn't been warmed up properly! It's a shame, I won't order again. Pizzas were okay, but only lukewarm. That was nothing this time, a waste of money!

Very poor and unfriendly customer service from the office staff. Yesterday I ordered an appointment delivery but unfortunately, as usual on a Sunday, they arrived an hour late. Not a problem in itself, but when I called the branch to find out the current status, I was only laughed at and treated condescendingly. It's clear for a Sunday that we won't be able to keep the deadlines, said the employee. Then you are not allowed to offer this selection. I also said that the minimum would be to call the customer once and inform them that it would take longer. Again, the employee had the excuse that he couldn't call the whole of Rostock. Very accommodating! I said that unfortunately this was part of his job and that you could at least accommodate the customer a little with a small compensation, such as a free dessert, voucher, etc. He also said no to this. Unfortunately, when the food came, it was also wrong. Instead of bolognese sauce I got tomato sauce. But since I don't expect anything from the service, I didn't report this. In short: you have lost us as a customer. We will switch to other supply chains that at least accommodate customers and treat them in a friendly manner! Addendum to the answer: Unfortunately, my statements are not contradictory. I'm very sorry that you don't seem to understand my concern. I complained about the poor customer service and not the delivery time. But to put it in your extremely professional words: Anyone who can read... I really like how unprofessional and below the belt you answered me. At least this way other customers can get a correct impression of you and your business. Compensation would have been appropriate since you do not stick to agreements and do not even have the courage to inform the customer about this. A one-hour deviation in delivery time is probably slightly more than “not delivering on time”. Furthermore, it is unfortunately a lie that someone apologized to me on the phone. Only the driver did this. For you too, to put it in your words: “You probably didn’t notice that at all in your Bratz”. This shows once again how well you do your business and what a thoughtful owner you are. Too bad, too bad.
