For the first time in a long time on Sunday I treated myself to a kebab with 6 chilli cheese nuggets. In the end the kebab was cold, the devil flies, the nuggets were warm

Smiley's has been my preferred delivery service so far because pizza and especially the in-house pizza burgers are unbeatable for me. The drivers are always quick and friendly, which is by no means normal for delivery services. However, I recently ordered the breaded cauliflower and was sorely disappointed. The parts were ice cold and just tasted old. Even after warming up there was nothing edible about it. Based on my otherwise very good experiences, I assume that this was just an oversight and I can only hope that I won't be offered something like this again. Food from delivery services is simply too expensive for that.

Apparently they also work as ghost kitchens for other chains, which seems to be too much for them. Stated delivery time 20-30 minutes, tried to call after 1 1/2 hours, pushed away, waited another 30 minutes, pushed away or left the bell ringing, contacted via, they can't reach the restaurant either, canceled, what a shame.

Absolutely the best delivery service in HRO. Always delicious, crispy dishes at a fair price, special requests are always fulfilled and the delivery is always fast and friendly. Highly recommended. Absolutely top👍🏻
