I can't understand the negative comments here, I went there today and was greeted warmly. The mini pizza for €3 was very good even for this cheap price and the spaghetti bologna tasted very good. I was satisfied, the shop was also beautifully decorated and clean. My first stop for pizza and pasta :)

Best dough in the chain—deliciously puffy and flavorful! Service was super friendly. A shame you can’t eat in, but worth the delivery!

You serve completely UNCOOKED pizza and your courier has audacity to PUSH people to tip him? Excuse me, i know it's Christmas but y'all don't have to play Grinch. DECLINE the order if you don't want to cook anymore and close, yea? Give my money back, i don't want diarrhea from raw dough.

It's a shame that the franchise operators were in financial trouble and are no longer there :(, it was really great service

Customers are not welcome here. When you come into the store, you first sigh loudly and then you are looked at askance without greeting and without words until you say what you want. Then I pay in cash and the guy doesn't want to give me my change and stares at me stupidly again until I ask for my change. Does your pizza maker expect a tip if he treats customers like that? If that were my employee, I would have sent him straight to the job center. Outrageous.

We ordered 2 pizzas to pick up. A 20% pick-up discount is advertised in front of the store. When we picked up our pizzas shortly after 7pm, we were told the discount no longer applied. The boss has decided that this is probably only valid until 6 p.m. There is nothing about this on the sign and when we asked, the employee only told us that he only works here and then he turned away from us. That doesn't work at all. You can't advertise discounts and then not keep them!

Warning, this store should be avoided at all costs. Frozen goods, cold food and late delivery are very important here...

Ordered 2 pizzas on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. and delivered at 6:40 p.m. The pizzas were still warm enough. One pizza was OK, the other had no cheese in the crust (it was a promotion, on Saturday cheese in the crust was free, it was also on the bill), and it was bone dry and only hunger drove it down. Paid €37 with pizza rolls and the pizzas weren't worth it.

We ordered for the second time, delivery time 10 minutes, hot and crispy. Delicious, nice suppliers and also on the phone. Keep it up.

Far too little for the price. I ordered spaghetti gorgonzola and the mixed meat platter with “grilled tomatoes” The chicken was dry and the lamb was burnt, there were 3 mini pieces, accompanied by a strip of black tomato. The amount of pasta was adequate, but the sauce wasn't great. If the mixing board had been ok for the price I would have been satisfied with it. The supplier was fine

There probably should be an option to give zero stars just for when you don't get anything. Especially if you called after an hour and they told you it's on it's way and you wait another two hours and they dont even bother picking up the phone anymore.

Sent me the wrong size in boots and never got back to me despite me reaching out to them on EVERY PLAYFORM. Worst customer service I’ve ever had by far. I wouldn’t bother with them
