So far the delivery service has been great, but today it was absolutely poor: cold pizza, pieces of plastic in the salad, wrong dressing delivered, delivery employee absolutely incompetent: salad top came off and several slices of cucumber were in his delivery basket. He took the cucumber slices out of his delivery basket with his bare fingers and put them in my salad!

Ordered here for the first time. 1 meter pizza. Pizza was only slightly warm and hardly any toppings, a lot of cheese, a few onions, a few jalapenos and about 31 small thin slices of sucuk. For such a huge pizza that costs around €35, that's very little, I actually only tasted cheese. It's a shame but we won't be ordering from them again.

I recently ordered from Pizza Ruma and was completely satisfied! The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with a perfectly crispy base and delicious, high quality ingredients. I particularly liked the topping, which was really plentiful and tasted great. But the burger was also a highlight: juicy, well seasoned and with fresh ingredients. Both definitely exceeded my expectations. The delivery was on time and the driver was very friendly. I will definitely order again and can only recommend Pizza Ruma!”

Pizza arrived after 1.5 hours, lukewarm, dry, ingredients simply slapped on top. The pizza box was soggy with grease. No apology or discount for the delay.
