So far the delivery service has been great, but today it was absolutely poor: cold pizza, pieces of plastic in the salad, wrong dressing delivered, delivery employee absolutely incompetent: salad top came off and several slices of cucumber were in his delivery basket. He took the cucumber slices out of his delivery basket with his bare fingers and put them in my salad!

Delivery time is ok. We ordered pasta. Once Carbonara and once Al Forno. The taste was below average, the Pasta Al Forno was just tough pasta in tomato sauce and the Carbonara consisted of tons of oil, cream, a few strips of ham and was burnt on the bottom. An insult to Italian cuisine!

Landshuter Str. 33If you could give 0 stars, I would definitely do that. I ordered a family pizza. Even after repeatedly emphasizing this, a 30cm diameter pizza was still delivered to me. The conclusion of the whole thing was that I paid €40 for a pizza and a portion of pasta (in which I incidentally found A BOILED RECEIPT while eating???)... absolute disgrace, I had to puke.

Unterislinger Weg 39Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with my order last night. The pizza dough was undercooked and the chicken wings were so greasy that the fries became soggy and soggy. I also had to wait over an hour for delivery. When I contacted customer service I was offered to have the food sent again. However, I politely declined this offer as I wanted a refund instead. Unfortunately, this was refused even though I paid for a service that was not provided satisfactorily. The boss showed little understanding and was not particularly customer-friendly.
